To count, the defection must take place during the Bragging Rights match, and we must find out for sure that it was an actual jump to another brand during the PPV. For instance, if Cody Rhodes gets counted out or disqualified costing Raw the match, and later during the show Cody removes his Raw t-shirt to reveal a Smackdown t-shirt, that would count. If however it only appeared he threw the match but nothing is done during the PPV to make it clear he has jumped to either Smackdown or ECW, it would not count.
