INTERFERENCE RULES:
If a match has the optional interference question attached to it, interference is defined as:

Backup referees who have to run-in after a ref bump, however, are excluded.

Cena over Punk any day. If I had to make a list of who I'd like to see carrying the belt, Punk wouldn't make the top 10. He has the phoniest looking finishing move in the WWE and his mic skills don't begin to compare with Cena's.
