More league admin updates, various site improvements
A lot of updates went up just now.
For regular users - check your inbox now. I've gone ahead and updated it so it should be a little more functional. You can delete messages, mark them as read, or delete all system messages at once.
Also, the Question and Card pages have both been majorly updated! Tried to make them look a little nicer. And now it clearly shows you which items are counted for the current season - anything in an old season is darker. You'll have to go to page 3 of the questions page to see, but should be able to notice on page 1 of the PPVs. Also, questions are now also clearly marked to let you know which are still unanswered. Remember, WHEN a question is answered determines which season the points count towards.
For league admins, I actually got some stuff done! In the league admin page, you'll now be able to warn, kick, promote, or message any user in your league from one central spot. Warn will increment a warning counter for the user you choose - it's up to you what to use that counter for and when you think it should be used. It's not tied into anything, but if you wanted to implement some "three strikes you're out" deal, that's how you'd do it. Kick will remove the person from the league. Admin (promote) will make that user the admin - but be warned, you immediately lose admin access and will get kicked to the homepage. Note just lets you send a quick note. ALL of these items tie into users' email preferences for "league messages" - they'll get an email from each of these items if they've chosen to.
You can also now add an RSS feed. If your community has a news board or other source of data that builds an RSS feed, you can have it displayed here on the site! You'll get to choose to have it go onto the homepage, onto your league's public page, both, or neither. It likely won't immediately appear on the homepage, because that page is cached, but give it an hour and it will show up.
