The pyro goes off . The theme music "Titanium" by SIA is played as Josh Matthews , Jim Ross & Booker T welcome everyone to the show . The crowd is going crazy here tonight at Money In The Bank! We are going to get things going with the Raw WWE Championship Money In The Bank Ladder Match !

Match 1~
Raw Money In The Bank Ladder Match-
Intercontinental Champion Zack Ryder vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Sin Cara vs. Tensai vs. Brodus Clay vs. Jack Swagger vs. Santino vs. Heath Slater
-Early on, Brodus Clay and Tensai clear the ring of everyone and have a stear down with each other. Tensai tries a clothesline on Brodus but Clay knocks him out of the ring with a huge chest bump ! Brodus then goes to the outside of the ring and grabs a ladder . He waits for Tensai to get up.Tensai gets up and is hit in the rib cage with the ladder ! In The Meantime, others try to take advantage . Zack Ryder and Dolph Ziggler enter the ring , both with a ladder in hand. Then they both set their ladders up . Ryder goes to climb his ladder but Dolph attacks Ryder from behind . Ryder falls and Ziggler starts stomping on him . Heath Slater enters the ring and attacks Ziggler . Heath begins to climb up the ladder. Santino begins to climb the other side of the ladder . They both get to the top and they start punching each other . Jack Swagger runs into the ring and pushes the ladder down . Santino and Slater go flying onto the concrete floor ! Medical staff attend to Santino and Slater ! It looks like they're hurt ! Swagger then picks the ladder up and sets it up in the corner leaning on the ropes. He then grabs Ryder and tosses him into the ladder . Swagger runs and charges the corner . Ryder moves out of the way and Swagger's head bounces off of the ladder ! Swagger turns around and is hit with the Rough Ryder ! Swagger rolls out of the ring . Ryder begins to climb the ladder . He is near the top when Ziggler jumps and hits the Zig-Zag ! Ryder and Ziggler are out ! Sin Cara rushes into the ring and begins to climb the rungs . He gets to the top and instead of grabbing the briefcase , he stands up and hits a crossbody onto Tensai and Brodus , who were fighting , on the outside of the ring ! It's only Ryder and Ziggler in the ring now ! Ziggler and Ryder get up and begin to climb the ladder. Ryder and Ziggler begin to exchange punches . Ziggler nearly falls off , but he regains his balance. Ryder swings , but Ziggler ducks . Ziggler grabs Ryder's head and slams it against the ladder ! Ryder falls onto the outside of the ring ! Dolph Ziggler reaches up, grabs the briefcase and pulls it down! Dolph Ziggler is Mr. Money In The Bank! The crowd gives Ziggler good heat as he celebrates ! He is on his path to becoming WWE Champion !
Winner : Dolph Ziggler

Backstage Segment~
Dolph Ziggler is celebrating backstage ! He's jumping up and down and screaming ! He turns around and bumps into....................
RIC FLAIR !

Ric Flair: Well , congrats kid . I was impressed tonight . Good Job .

Dolph Ziggler: That's an honor to be coming from you , Ric .

Ric Flair: That's right Dolph. This is going to be an even more bigger offer . How about I become your manager ?

Dolph Ziggler : Hell YES !

Ric and Ziggler shake hands and walk away together

Match 2~
Before The Match , Stephanie McMahon comes out and says that Kharma got injured . Therefore , she let the fans decide who her opponent should be . It was revealed that it's going to be Layla taking Kharma's spot !

WWE Diva's Championship
Eve (c) w/ Beth Phoenix vs. Layla
Eve and Layla lock up . Layla grabs Eve's head and hits a DDT ! Layla goes for the cover ! 1..2! Eve just gets her shoulder up in time . Layla grabs Eve and picks her up . Eve slaps Layla across the face and kicks her in the stomach . Eve then hits a spinning neckbreaker ! Eve got it ! 1..2... NO ! Layla gets the shoulder up . Eve locks in a headlock and Layla's struggling to escape ! Layla elbows Eve in the ribcage and she breaks the hold . Eve goes for a clothesline , but Layla ducks and grabs Eve and hits the Lay-Out ! Layla goes for the cover ! 1...2.! Beth appears on the apron and distracts the referee . Suddenly , Michelle McCool comes running down the ramp and pulls Beth off the apron ! Eve runs over to the ropes and starts yelling at Beth and Michelle McCool . Layla runs up to Eve and hits the Lay-Out again ! Layla goes for the cover ! 1..2....3 ! We have a new Diva's Champion ! Michelle McCool and Layla celebrate ! Lay-Cool has re-united !
Winner and NEW Diva's Champion : Layla

Michelle McCool exits the ring and grabs two mics and hands one to the NEW Diva's Champion , Layla .

Michelle: Congrats Lay' , you are absolutely FLAWLESS !

Layla: Thanks Michelle .

Michelle: It feels so good to be back , preforming for the fans .

Layla: I have something to tell all of you guys.... Lay-Cool is back !

Michelle: But this time , we're even better !

Layla: I am officially stating that Michelle and I .. are the Co-Diva's Champions !

Michelle's music hits . The crowd cheers as Layla and Michelle celebrate in the ring ! The Diva's Division is starting to get interesting !

Backstage Segment~
WWE CM Punk is in the back and is about to be interviewed by Scott Stanford

Stanford: Punk, tonight you are up against 3 other men . What are your thoughts on heading into that match tonight ?

Punk: Honestly, I'm nervous . My title's on the line against Bryan , Show, and Christian . I'm the Best In The World ...... better than Show , Bryan , and Christian . I am the WWE Champion , I am better than you , and I am CM Punk and you're not !

Suddenly , Hornswoggle wraps his arm and legs around Punk's leg.

CM Punk: This is what I put up with everyday .

The crowd laughs as we fade to the arena .

WWE Tag Team Championships
Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd (c) vs. Epico and Primo vs. PTP
Gabriel & O'Neil start off in the ring as only two men start the match. O'Neil dominates Gabriel . Titus waits for Gabriel o get up and tries for a clothesline but Gabriel ducks and tags in Kidd . Kidd comes in and springboards off the ropes onto O'Neil and hits a cross body . Kidd goes for the cover . 1..2.! O'Neil kicks out at two. Kidd picks Titus up and tosses him into the ropes . Epico tags in . Kidd then hits a dropkick on O'Neil . Kidd taunts the crowd . Epico grabs Kidd and goes for the backstabber ! Kidd grabs the ropes and Epico falls on his back . Kidd goes for the cover on Epico and gets a two-count . Kidd grabs Epico and picks him up . He goes for a suplex but Epico reverses and hits a reverse DDT ! Epico then tags in Primo. Primo comes in and drops a knee on Kidd ! Primo goes for the pin . 1..2..! Kidd kicks out at two . Primo gets up and runs into the ropes . Young punches Primo in the back, tagging him in . Young enters the ring and he and Primo begin arguing . Primo hits a jawbreaker on Young . Then Kidd grabs Young's legs and locks in the Doungeon Lock ! Young has to tap out ! The champions retain!

Sheamus vs. Johany Olovoers
Johany Olovoers is a very small local competitor . The bell rings and Johany Olovoers quickly charges Sheamus , but gets hit with a Brogue Kick out of no where ! Sheamus goes for the cover ! 1..2...3 ! What a quick and impressive win for Sheamus over Johanay Olovoers !

CM Punk (c) vs. Christian vs. Daniel Bryan vs. The Big Show
The four men stare each other down . Punk and Christian attack Big Show and Bryan . Big Show powers Punk off of him . Christian is dominating Bryan . Christian tosses Bryan into the corner and hits a dropkick . Chrisitan goes for the cover , but only gets a two count .Christian gets Bryan in a headlock . Bryan pushes Christian off and into the ropes . Bryan hits a hip toss and targets Christian's arm . Bryan applies an arm lock . Christian flips Bryan over with a fireman's carry takedown. CM Punk kicks Christian in the head ! Big Show charges Punk with a clothesline . Punk ducks . Big Show turns around and CM Punk kicks him in the stomach . However , Big Show doesn't finch . Big Show clotheslines Punk down . Show grabs CM Punk by the hair and gets him back to his feet . Big Show picks Punk up and hits a suplex . Show goes for the cover ! 1..2.. ! CM Punk kicks out at two . Big Show stands up and walks across Punk's ribcage ! Big Show grabs Punk by the hair once again . He hits him with a bodyslam ! Big Show goes for the pin ! 1..2. ! Punk kicks out just in time ! Bryan kicks Big Show , but is pushed away. Bryan then falls back and is laying down . Big Show grabs Bryan and tosses him into the ropes and clotheslines him . Punk goes to the top rope . Punk points to the sky and goes for an elbow drop . Before Punk can make contact , Bryan rolls out of the way ! Bryan goes for the cover ! 1..2.. ! Punk kicks out at two ! Bryan puts Punk in a pumphandle slam hold and Big Show punches him in the stomach and Bryan hits the pumphandle . Bryan goes back onto the apron. Chrisitan grabs Bryan's leg and swaps him off the apron ! Big Show goes to grab Punk up , but Punk kicks him in the head ! Punk grabs him for the GTS and he hits it !

The crowd goes crazy as CM Punk celebrates . Punk celebrates by hitting a suicide dive onto Christian and Bryan on the outside ! The crowd goes wild ! Punk grabs Christian and tosses him into the ring . Punk picks him up for the GTS , but Christian reverses and hits a DDT ! Christian goes for the cover ! 1..2...! Punk kicks out ! Chrisitan can't believe it ! Christian's gonna' go to the top rope . Christian leaps and goes for the frog splash . Punk gets his knees up ! That didn't work out too well for Christian ! Punk flips Christian over into a small package ! 1..2...3 !

Christian's out of here ! CM Punk gets back up to his feet and Daniel Bryan leaps from the ropes ! Punk catches Bryan and gets him in a fireman's carry ! " If you smell ..What the Rock is Cookin' !" The Rock's music hits and the crowd goes crazy ! The Rock comes out on the stage and stares CM Punk down ! CM Punk goes for the GTS , but Bryan reverses and gets a sunset flip pin on Punk ! 1..2...3 !

Winner and NEW WWE Champion : Daniel Bryan

Daniel Bryan grabs the WWE Title and starts celebrating like crazy . CM Punk grabs Bryan and hits the GTS ! The crowd goes crazy ! Punk stares down Rock , who is on the stage . Suddenly , DOLPH ZIGGLER'S MUSIC HITS ! Out comes Dolph and Ric Flair to a good reaction ! He's going to cash in his Money In The Bank contract !

WWE Championship-
Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler waits for Bryan to get up ! He hits the Zig-Zag ! Ziggler grabs Bryan's legs and locks in the Figure-Four Leg-Lock ! Bryan's gotta tap ! Bryan taps out ! We have a NEW WWE CHAMPION !
Winner and NEW WWE Champion : Dolph Ziggler

The crowd goes crazy as Ziggler celebrates his title win ! He is the first Triple Crown Champion ! Ziggler has made history here tonight!
Ric Flair grabs some champagne and starts spraying it on Ziggler !
Kelly Kelly enters the ring . She grabs Ziggler and the two kiss ! Ric Flair has turned Ziggler's career and life , upside down !
