Gamma Championship Wrestling : Dominion Championship Wrestling Episode 1

DCW , the Pro Wrestling Network's flagship program begins its weekly broadcast. The fans have already filled the seats and are awaiting the red light to show that the program has gone live. At 9 p.m. the red light comes on and the fans erupt as the DCW logo appears on the screen of home viewer sets. As the DCW logo appears, a red X appears and the logo for EWO takes its place. The arena is electric tonight as Jim Ross and guest broadcaster Jerry "The King" Lawler are at their positions to begin the live broadcast.

Jim Ross: "Welcome DCW fans to the broadcast. No you are not having a "deja vu" moment. It is "The King" seated next to me. He's filling in for JBL who was viciously attacked last week by ICU, the newest member of the Elite World Order. Jerry, it's great to be along side you here in DCW."

Jerry Lawler: "JR, it's great to be a part of the most exciting sports entertainment program on TV today bar none! However, it appears you guys are not safe at ringside after what happened to JBL last week."

JR: "I know, I thought I was going to be carried out on a stretcher myself, but thanks to the DCW loyalists that came to my aide, I was spared. But right now, let's get to the ring and do what we do best."
Lawler: "Let's do it!"

Matt Stryker: "This first match is a qualifying match for the 'Contract on a Pole Match' at Summer Showdown. Introducing first, from Chicago IL, Colt Cabana!" As the former cruiserweight champion makes his way to the ring, he gets a nice pop from the fans in the DCW Arena. "And his opponent, from Los Angeles CA, John Morrison!" As Morrison makes his way to the ring, he gets a warm welcome from the fans as well.

JR: "Morrison is making his DCW debut tonight, King."

Lawler: "This guy is incredible in the ring. He's capable of winning it all. His opponents better be prepared for him and not take him lightly."

The match begins and Morrison surprises Cabana with a quick drop toe hold takedown. Morrison floats over and applies an ankle lock submission. Cabana barely reaches the ropes to break the hold.

Lawler: "Morrison has added that hold to his arsenal. It's the first time I've seen him use it in a match."

Morrison whips Cabana into the ropes and goes for a dropkick. Cabana hooks the ropes with his arms and Morrison hits nothing and crashes. Cabana quickly goes for a cover but Morrison kicks out at two. COMMERCIAL BREAK After the break, we are back with Cabana holding Morrison in a sitting side headlock. Morrison rolls him over for a quick two count. Cabana gets to his feet maintaining the hold. Morrison lifts Cabana with a side slam. Morrison climbs to the top rope and goes for Starship Pain. Cabana moves, and Morrison manages to land on his feet. He quickly drops Cabana with a Spinning NeckBreaker. Morrison goes for another cover, Cabana kicks out again at two. Morrison continues to frustrate Cabana with his move set and his speed. Cabana appears to be out of breath. Morrison is in far superior cardiovascular shape and is barely breathing hard. Morrison hits a Fisherman's Suplex on his opponent and floats over for the pin. Cabana kicks out at two once again. Morrison pulls Cabana up and goes for a suplex. Cabana shifts his weight and comes down behind Morrison and hits a CodeBreaker type manuever. Cabana climbs to the top rope and leaps off with a big splash. He covers. Morrison kicks out at two. Colt Cabana goes for a Boston Crab and locks it in. Morrison powers up and uses his strong legs to escape the painful hold. Morrison gets to his feet and hits another drop toe hold as Cabana charges toward him. As Cabana goes down from the manuever, his face hits the second turnbuckle. Morrison climbs to the top rope and hits Starship Pain. He covers. One....two...three!

Stryker: "Your winner and the first to qualify for the 'Contract on a Pole' match at Summer Showdown, John Morrison!"

The fans cheer for Morrison as he helps Cabana up to his feet. Cabana points at Morrison and raises his hand to show good sportsmanship.

Lawler: "What exactly is this contract on a pole match, JR?"

JR: "It will be a fatal fourway match. The first to retrieve the contract will be given a championship with either the Cruiserweight, United States or World championships."

Lawler: "Is it like the Money In The Bank contract, where the hold can cash it in anytime?"

JR: "No, the contract will stipulate the time and place and the holder of the contract merely has to say which champion he wants to face at that time."

The music of the Elite World Order begins and we see Kevin Nash, Drew McIntre, Bobby Roode, ICU and new World Heavyweight Champion, Flame coming to the ring. The fans are giving huge heat.

Nash: "The EWO is here! I want to publicly congratulate Flame on becoming the new EWO World champion last week. Champ, that was an awesome match!"

Flame nods to Nash.

Nash: "Now for the business at hand. We are now accepting new recruits into the EWO. Any of you DCW guys in the back that want to join, now is your opportunity. If you do not, the consequences will be dire!"

McIntyre: "And now for the next order of business. Mr. America, get your stars and stripes behind down here!"

Mr. America's music begins and he comes out on the stage.

Mr. America: "Drew, I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. I'm not coming down to that ring with all 5 of you to jump me. Say your piece and I will hear you out from here!"

McIntyre: "Next week right here on the EWO program, I challenge you to a United States championship match. The match will be no dq and no time limit, no count outs!"

Mr. America: "I accept with one condition....if I beat you and I will....you step away from your friends in the EWO and come back to the DCW. If I lose to you, you not only will be the new United States Champion, but I will join the EWO!"

McIntyre, Nash and Roode look at one another in disbelief. They all were caught off guard by the proposal.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

After the break, we see the EWO members arguing backstage among themselves.

Nash: "McIntyre, you didn't just do that. What were you thinking? What if you lose?"

McIntyre: "I'm not going to lose. I am the Chosen One and I will prevail and we will have Mr. America fighting alongside us!"

Roode: "McIntyre, if you don't defeat him, you will be removed from the EWO the hard way!"

McIntyre glares at Roode as the fans chant "USA, USA, USA"

Matt Stryker: "This next match is another qualifying match for the 'Contract on a Pole' Match at Summer Showdown. Introducing first, from Gainesille GA, "The Phenomonal" AJ Styles!"

The Phenomonal one comes to the ring with a great pop from the fans, as he is only a few miles from his hometown. Many family and friends are in attendence.

"And his opponent, from Detroit MI, Chris Sabin!"

As the former Motor City Machine Gun makes his way to the ring, the fans are divided in their support of him. Both men shake hands and begin the match. They lock up, Sabin Monkey Flips AJ over, but he hands on his feet and hits an enziguri to the back of Chris's head. AJ grabs Sabin and whips him into the ropes and hits him with a leg lariat as he returns. AJ floats over for the pin, Sabin kicks out at two.

JR: "Fans, we'll keep the cameras rolling during this commercial break."

COMMERCIAL BREAK

The action continues after the break as Sabin as mounted an offense on Styles. He connects with a head scissors and flips AJ over. Sabin springboards off the second rope with a splash on Styles. He hooks a leg and covers. AJ kicks out at two. Sabin goes for a small package, but AJ blocks it and rolls Sabin into a small package and gets a two count. Both men are back up to their feet. Sabin kicks AJ in the thigh and hits a clothesline that sends him out of the ring. Sabin launches himself over the top rope with a cross body block outside the ring. The fans chant, DCW, DCW, DCW!

Paul Heyman comes out to the announce position and dons a headset.

JR: "Mr. Heyman we don't want any trouble out here this week."

Heyman: "Why JR, I'm shocked, what kind of man do you think I am?"

Lawler: "I can answer that Heyman, you're a low life weasel!"

Heyman: "Lawler, you are our guest here tonight, but don't think you are untouchable! But I'm out here to remind you all that this is the EWO program and those morons chanting DCW, DCW, DCW will be ejected if they continue to do so!"

The fans chant louder, "DCW, DCW, DCW, DCW, DCW, DCW, DCW"

Heyman: "Security, find those marks out there and escort them out of the building!"

Lawler: "You can't do that, they paid for their tickets and have a right to cheer as they wish!"

Heyman: "Lawler, shut up your hole!"

Lawler stands up and lays Paul Heyman out with a right hand. The fans chant, "Lawler, Lawler, Lawler!"

Out comes the EWO members, ICU, Bobby Roode, Kevin Nash, Drew McIntyre and Flame. The DCW locker room follows and we have a brawl at ringside as they all battle back to the locker room as fans chant DCW, DCW, DCW.

Back in the ring, AJ has taken over again while Sabin was distracted by the brawl. He has Sabin in his "Styles Clash" finisher and delivers. One...two...three.

Matt Stryker: "Your winner and second qualifier for the 'contract on a pole' Match at Summer Slam, AJ Styles!"

AJ celebrates in the ring and turns to walk away and is met by ICU. The new enforcer of the EWO hits a big boot on AJ and grabs him up with a piledriver and delivers. ICU leaves AJ lying in the ring as he gets huge heat for the sneak attack.

JR: "We have a medical update on The Rock. As you know, he was burned with a fireball last week while defending his DCW World Heavyweight Championship. The Rock has 1st and 2nd degree burns and will be out of action for several weeks. He wants the fans to know that he will be back and will make ICU and the EWO pay for what they have done."

Backstage, General Manager Stone Cold Steve Austin is in his office speaking with Mr. America.

"Are you sure you are willing to gamble in that match next week? Come on, a no dq, no time, no count out against McIntyre. They have the deck stacked against you."

Mr. America: "Steve, don't worry. I always train hard, take my vitamins, say my prayers and I believe in myself. I will prevail and Drew McIntyre will go down and will be the first of the EWO to defect and the walls will begin to come down."

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Jerry Lawler: "Welcome back, JR, what do you think about Mr. America's conversation with GM Austin. Did he seem a bit overconfident to you?"

JR: "It did sound that way king, but the Mr. America I have seen since he came to Dominion Championship Wrestling has never been overconfident and always seems focused on the match at hand. I suppose we will have to wait and see."

Matt Stryker: "This is the third qualifying match for the 'Contract on a Pole' match that will be at Summer Showdown. Introducing first, from Los Angeles CA, Christopher Daniels!"

As Daniels comes to ringside, he is greeted with a chorus of boos. Many remember him humiliating AJ Styles over in TNA with rumors of an affair with President Dixie Carter and fathering the child of Claire Lynch. "And his opponent, from Detroit MI, Alex Shelley!" The fans cheer for Shelley as he makes his way to the ring.

The bell rings and the two smaller men lock up. Daniels strikes first by dropping to his knees and hitting a Fireman's Carry takedown. Both are quickly back to their feet. Shelley strikes next with a standing dropkick that lands on Daniels chin and sends him through the ropes and to the floor below. Shelley hits a baseball slide beneath the bottom rope as Daniels gets to his feet. Shelley is quickly back into the ring as Daniels
paces around the ring, stalling for time.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

After the break, Daniels is in charge and is delivering a series of kicks to the legs of Shelley. Daniels fakes a headlock and drops below with a headbutt to the stomach. Daniels hits a snap suplex and floats over locking in a double arm chicken wing. Shelley uses every ounce of strenght and determination he has and flips his body over Daniels and reverses the hold into a standing surfboard. Shelley places is foot on the back of the knee causing Daniels' leg to buckle. Shelley applies the surfboard with Daniels on the mat. He applies extra pressure. Shelley continues to maintain the pressure when Frankie Kazarian comes to ringside in support of his friend, Daniels. This is enough distraction for Daniels to escape. Daniels hits a DDT on Shelley and quickly climbs to the top rope and hits his BME (Best Moonsault Ever) for the win.

Stryker: "Your winner and third qualifyer for the 'Contract on a Pole' match at Summer Showdown."

Backstage, Angel, the beautiful young interviewer has DCW Women's champion Mickie James standing by.

"Please welcome my guest at this time, the DCW/EWO Women's champion Mickie James!"

The fans boo after the champions introduction.

Angel: "Mickie, last week after the #1 contenders match you hit Lisa Marie Varon with the belt after her victory over Beth Phoenix. What was your motive for doing so?"
Mickie James: "Well, it's like this, Varon thinks she is the number one contender for this belt. I'm the dominant woman here in this company and she's not going to fly in and take this strap from me. I've been here since the relaunch and I am not a flash in the pan superstar that will be here today and gone tomorrow."

Angel: "Also, I have been receiving Tweets that you do no acknowledge that the title is either DCW or EWO, are you on the fence on where you are going to align yourself?"

Mickie: "Just shut up little girl. I'm the Women's Champion and that's all that matter!"

Mickie walks off from the interview area. As she walks away, Paul Heyman is standing nearby along with Bobby Roode, they both eye Mickie carefully as she acknowledges them but no words are spoken.

JR: "As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words king." Lawler: "It appears that the women's champion may be thinking of aligning with the EWO."

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Matt Stryker "The following match is for the United States Championship. Introducing first, representing the EWO, from Green Bay Wisconsin, Mr. Anderson!"

As the Green Bay loudmouth and self proclaimed A**Hole comes to the ring, the fans chant, "you sold out, you sold out, you sold out!" JR: "Looks like Anderson has decided to align himself with the EWO."

Matt Stryker: "And his opponent, from Philadelphia PA, the United States Champion, Mr. America!"

As the American Patriot comes to ringside carrying his U.S. flag, the fans chant, "USA, USA, USA!"

Before the bell rings, Drew McIntyre's music plays and he comes to the announce table and dons a headset.

JR: "Looks like we have been joined by Drew McIntyre at the announcer's table. Welcome Drew."

McIntyre ignors JR and stares intently at Mr. America who is in turn starring him back. Mr. Anderson attacks from behind while Mr. America is distracted by McIntyre's presence.

McIntyre: "You see guys, Mr. America is concerned with me and that will be his downfall. Mr. Anderson has smartened up and stopped catering to these morons in the stands and has decided to further his career by joingin the Elite World Order."

Lawler: "Drew, are you concerned at all about the stipulation about walking away from the EWO if you lose at Summer Showdown?"

McIntyre: "King, I am not the least bit concerned. After Summer Showdown, Mr. America will be one of our lackey's in the EWO!"

In the ring Anderson is hitting Mr. America with lefts and rights and sets him for his Mic Check finisher. Mr. America blocks it and takes Mr. America down with an armdrag. Mr. America hits Anderson with a dropkick that sends him out of the ring. Anderson walks around the ring stalling. Mr. America leaves the ring and begins to chase Anderson. McIntyre leaves the announce position and as Mr. America rounds the corner of the ring, hits him with a clothesline and follows it with a Future Shock DDT outside the ring. The referee calls for the bell as other members of the EWO come to ringside.

Flame chokeslams Mr. America and Kevin Nash grabs him with a Powerbomb. ICU grabs the United States champion and hits a Tombstone Piledriver. The EWO stands over the fallen champion. McIntyre sneers and holds the United States Championship high above his head declaring that he will become the new champion. The fans are tossing debris into the ring. Bobby Roode is hit in the side of the head with a cup of beer. McIntyre paints the intials of DM on Mr. America's back. Nash looks on and questions him why he didn't do the EWO symbols. The other members look at Drew disapprovingly by using his initials and not the EWO's.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

JR: "Mr. America has been taken to a local medical center for treatment. Hopefully, there will be no serious injuries to the United States champion."

Lawler: "These EWO members are ruthless

JR. How will DCW restore order?"

Matt Stryker: "This next match is a non title match. Introducing first, from Liepor's Fork TN, Cowboy James Storm!"

As the popular Cowboy comes to the ring with his Rednecks and Longnecks theme music he gets a huge pop from the fans.

"And his opponent, the EWO World Heavyweight champion, Flame!"

As the newly crowned World champion makes his way to the ring, Storm braces himself for a fierce match as the fans give huge heat to the champion.

The main event of the night begins and Storm hits first with a boot to the stomach followed by a right uppercut, which staggers Flame. The Cowboy hits a dropkick that sends the big man out of the ring to regroup. Storm motions for him to get back inside the ring and fight. Flame climbs the steel steps and enters the ring as Storm grabs him and whips him to the turnbuckle. He follows him in with a running clothesline that staggers the champion. Storm picks up Flame and bodyslams him. Storm climbs to the top rope and waits. Flame gets to his feet and Storm leaps off with a flying forearm that puts Flame down on the mat. Storm goes for the cover. Flame kicks out at two. James Storm pulls the champion up and as he gets to his feet, the champion kicks Storm in the stomach and drops him with a DDT. Flame sets himself in the corner and as Storm rises, Flame hits a hard spear that knocks the wind out of his opponent. Flame goes for a cover, Storm kicks ou at two. Flame pulls the Cowboy up and tosses him over the top rope to the floor below. Flame follows him out and tosses him into the barrier separating the fans from the ring area. Flame grabs Storm and whips him shoulder first into the steel steps.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

We come back to the action after the break and Flame has James Storm back in the ring and has him goozled for a chokeslam. Storm blocks it out of desperation. Storm bodyslams Flame and sets for his Last Call superkick in the corner. Flame is slow to his feet, the fans are chanting "DCW, DCW, DCW."

Bobby Roode comes out from the fans and grabs Storm's foot, distracting him from his mission. Just as he turns to deliver the superkick, Flame hits a fireball in Storm's face. James Storm hits the mat, screaming in pain as the referee calls for the bell disqualifying the champion. Roode and Flame leave the arena laughing as the medical staff tend to James Storm's burns. JR and Jerry Lawler are sitting in silence as they view what has just transpired.

Lawler is the first to gather his thoughts.

"I know when I was a lot younger and dumber I was known to throw a fireball at my opponents. But this is over the top, Flame is doing it purely to hurt his opponents."

JR: "I know Jerry, this type of action needs to be dealt with."

Backstage Storm is beside himself. He pushes the medical staff away. "I'm going to get him, he will pay for this!" The medical staff try to calm the Cowboy down but he is livid. Stone Cold enters the trainers room and talks to Storm.

Austin: "Storm, your burns are not severe. But as soon as you recover from this injury, I'm granting you a rematch with Flame. If he uses the fireball again in a DCW ring, I will strip him of that World Title and fine him $100,000 and suspend him for 30 days!"

Storm stares at Austin as the cameras go back to JR and Jerry Lawler.

JR: "Jerry, looks like Austin is doing all in his power to at least hinder the EWO, is that going to be enough?"

Lawler: "I don't know JR. Flame has a huge target on his back as the World Champion, and now with these new stipulations we will see what kind of champion Flame really is."

JR: "Fans, that's all the time we have for this week. Tune in next week here on The Pro Wrestling Network and see the highest rated program, DCW right here with all the action and drama! Jerry, thank you for sitting in for JBL this week."

Lawler: "No problem JR, it was my pleasure. Maybe if JBL isn't back next week we can do this again."

As the DCW logo appears on the TV screen of all the home viewers, a big red X appears over it and the EWO logo appears as the program ends the weekly broadcast.
