Gamma Championship Wrestling Money in the Bank: Part 1 Smackdown

The official Money in the Bank theme song, "Money, Money, Money" by Jim Johnston plays throughout the US Airways Center. There are ladders set up every where around the ring as Goldust's music hits. Goldust comes down to the ring to a quiet reaction, but a positive one none the less. Next Evan Bournes music hits as he comes down to the ring in bandages to a huge pop. Kofi is up next who is also bandaged up, and also comes down the ring to a huge pop. Next is R-Truth who comes down to the ring to a ton of heat. The Miz comes down after Truth and unlike Truth gets a mixed reaction. Alberto Del Rio is out next. He comes out in a nice Fiat Lenia 2012. The crowd hates him as they boo him crazily. And finally, Edge comes out to the loudest pop of anybody so far. The contestants take their places as the bell rings and the match begins.

Match 1: Kofi Kingston vs. Evan Bourne vs. Goldust vs. Edge vs. The Miz vs. R-Truth vs. Ryback vs. Alberto Del Rio (Smackdown Money in the Bank match)
Kofi and Bourne go straight for The Miz and R-Truth, taking both of them down with flying elbows. They begin to pound on Truth and Miz, but get lifted up into the air unexpectedly by Ryback and thrown out of the ring. Meanwhile Edge is beating up on Alberto Del Rio. Goldust brings a ladder into the ring, but is quickly taking down by a huge big boot from Ryback. Ryback then picks up the ladder and clears the ring. He sets the ladder up in the middle of the ring and begins to climb. Meanwhile outside Kofi recovers and leans a ladder against the side of the ring. Ryback finally makes it to the top of the ladder and begins to try to take down the briefcase. Kofi runs up the ladder that is leaned on the side of the ring and uses it as a ramp. He jumps off it and hits a huge missile dropkick on Ryback, sending both himself and Ryback down the ground. Edge then gets in the ring and begins to climb the ladder, as does Goldust. Miz and Truth get in the ring, and push the ladder down causing Goldust and Miz to both fall outside of the ring. The ladder lands ontop of Kofi and Ryback who were just beggining to recover.
Outside the ring Del Rio recovers and begins to attack an injured Evan Bourne. He irish whips Evan into the steel steps and begins to take off Evan's bandages. He then places Evan's right am on the steel steps and begins to stomp on it. Evan writhes in pain, but is unable to move as Ricardo is holding Evan down. In the ring R-Truth and Miz set up the ladder as Truth begins to climb it. Del Rio realizes what is happening and gets in the ring and takes out Miz with a running enziguri. He then climbs the other side of the ladder and begins to trade punches with R-Truth. Ryback slowly recovers and pushes the fallen ladder of himself and Kofi. He sees that R-Truth and Del Rio are fighting on top of the ladder so he picks up the ladder that had fallen on top of him and throws it at Truth and Del Rio in an act of streangth. The ladder hits both of them, causing them to fall off the ladder that stands in the middle of the ring. The ladder that Ryback threw goes flying over the ropes and out of the ring. Ryback then begins to climb the ladder in the middle of the ring, but is stopped by Ricardo Rodriquez who grabs a hold of Ryback's leg.
Ryback tries to shake Ricardo off, but Ricardo won't budge. Ryback then drops off the ladder and picks Ricard up over his head. He tosses Ricardo out of the ring and onto the ladder that he had thrown earlier in the match. Ryback then once again begins to climb the ladder, but Edge recovers and starts to climb the other side. Edge however is suddenly stopped by Del Rio who pulls Edge of the ladder and Irish Whips him into the ropes. Edge rebounds off of the ropes and into the ladder, causing the ladder to fall. Ryback lands on the top rope, accidently doing the splits and landing on the spot where you don't want to land. Miz and R-Truth recover and start to shake the rope, causing Ryback to bounce up and down. They then stop shaking and both punch Ryback at the same time, causing him to fall off the rope and outside of the ring. Truth and Miz then throw Edge and Kofi out of the ring. They stare each other down, but get interrupted by Goldust who was hiding in the corner. Goldust takes Truth down with a bulldog. Miz then tries to punch Goldust, but Goldust blocks and irish whips Miz into the turnbuckle. Goldust then sets Miz up into a Tree of Woe and runs at him, succesfully hitting the Shattered Dreams on Miz. Meanwhile Kofi Kingston recovers outside the ring and slides into the ring. Goldust turns around and is greeted by a huge Trouble in Paradise from Kofi Kingston. Ryback then slides into the ring and turns Kofi around. Ryback attempts to hit Kofi with the Shell Shocked, but Kofi escapes and attempts to hit Ryback with the S.O.S., Ryback however counters the S.O.S into a Shell Shocked! Ryback taunts in the middle of the ring, but gets taken down by Del Rio who succefully hits a flying leg lariat on Ryback. Del Rio then locks in the Cross-Arm Breaker on Ryback.
Evan Bourne then recovers and climbs to the top rope unbeknownst to Del Rio. Evan then hits an Air Bourne on Del Rio. Evan starts to set up the ladder, but R-Truth knips up and kicks Evan in the stomach. Evan drops the ladder as Truth hits the Shut Up on Evan. Truth then turns around, but is hit by a Spear from Edge! Edge is the last one standing as he picks up a ladder and begins to climbs. Edge makes it the top and begins to unhook the briefcase. Just as it looks like Edge is about to win however Miz recovers and quickle climbs the ladder. Miz punches Edge, forcing him to let go of the briefcase which is now noticably hanging on by a thread. They began to trade punches as Edge gets the upper hand and slams Miz's head onto the ladder. Edge grabs Miz and attempts to push Miz off the ladder, but Miz grabs on at the last seconds. Edge once again reaches up to unhook the briefcase, but Miz slide in between the ladder and hits Edge with a sliding dropkick, causing Edge to nearly fall of the ladder. Edge and Miz both recover and begin to fight over the briefcase once again.
Edge once again gains the upper advantaged. He pokes Miz in the eyes and shoves Miz off the ladder! Edge beings to unhook the briefcase. The briefcase is slowly sliding off the hook, and just as it looks like Edge is going to win the match R-Truth recovers and grabs Edge's leg. Edge tries to fight off Truth and unhook the briefcase at the same time, but Truth is able to climb upon Edge and pull him off the ladder forcibly. The briface is no dangling off the hook and looks like the slightest touch could make it fall. Edge gets to his feet, as does Truth as they begin to fight. Truth attempts to hit the Shut Up on Edge, but Edge counters it and hits a Spear on Truth! Miz recovers and begins to climb the ladder. Edge realizes what is happening and also begins to climb once again. Truth however garners enough streangth to reach up with both hands and grab on to Edge's left leg, preventing Edge to climb the ladder. Miz begins to unhook the breifcase as Edge tries to fight R-Truth off. Finally Edge does and attempts to tip over the ladder which he does succesfully. Miz however holds on to the briefcase and hangs there, unable to unhook it from his position. Edge then climbs the top rope and Spears Miz, but at the same time causes the breifcase to come loose. Miz rolls over on to his back as the bell rings. In Miz's hands in the briefcase! Miz wins the Smackdown Money in the Bank match!

Edge can't believe it and begins to attack Miz and beat down on him, but R-Truth interfers and attacks Edge. Truth then holds Edge down, as Miz begins to attack Edge with the briefcase. Everybody else then recovers and the whole ring erupts into chaos. Security comes down to the ring and breaks up the fight as we go backstage to Josh Matthews who is interviewing AJ on her match with Alicia Fox, which is up next!

Josh: "AJ...Alicia Fox beat you last Smackdown in a non-title match. The Smackdown before that she did the same. Do you think that you even have a chance of holding on to the belt tonight?"

AJ: "Oh Josh...you know how to make a woman laugh. I'm going to show that no good slut Alicia Fox who the true champion is next! So Josh keep your eyes peeled...I mean, then again you have to don't you? Nobody can look away when I am in the ring. I demand attention Josh. And guys give it to me!!! YAY!!!!!!! I'm going to make my Kaney so proud!"

AJ walks away.

Josh: "Ummmm, thanks.......I guess..."

We go back to the ring just in time for Alicia Fox's entrance. Alicia comes down to the ring to a mixture of boos and cheers. AJ comes down next, to a ton of heat. The bell rings and the match begins.

Match 2: AJ vs. Alicia Fox (Womens' Championship Match)
AJ starts out the match by going straight for Alicia Fox. She takes Alicia Fox down with a seated senton and grabs Alicia Fox's hair. She then slams the back of Alicia's head against the ground repeadetly. Alicia uses her leg streangth to force AJ off her as the both stare each other down. AJ once again runs at Alicia, but this time Alicia counters it into a roll up. 1...2...KICKOUT! AJ slowly stands to her feet as Alicia runs at her, taking her down with a bycicle kick. Alicia then grabs AJ's left leg, lifts it up, and slams it to the ground. She follows that up with an elbow drop right onto the leg, causing AJ to scream in pain. Alicia tries it again, but this time AJ is able to kick Alicia away. AJ gets to her feet, just in time to see Alicia running at her AJ grabs Alicia'a arm and Irish Whips her into a corner. AJ then attempts to hit a Alicia with a corner clothesline, but Alicia counters. AJ runs right into the turnbuckle. Alicia gets AJ into posisition for a DDT on the rebound, but AJ counters the DDT into a DDT of her own followed by a two count.
AJ then climbs to the top rope and attempts to hit flying knee drop on Alicia, but Alicia rolls out of the way. Alicia then attempts to hit AJ with the Watch Yo Face, but AJ falls to her back, causing Alicia to miss. AJ then once again attempts to stand up, but Alicia runs at her. AJ grabs Alicia's legs and rolls her up. 1...2...KICKOUT! Alicia Fox and AJ both recover at the same time. They trade slaps, when suddenly AJ tries to take Alicia down with a huge kick to the face, but Alicia ducks and hits a chop block on AJ. AJ then gets to her knees, but is hit with a Watch Yo Face by Alicia followed by a pin. 1...2...KICKOUT! Alicia can't believe it and begins to stomp on AJ's stomach repeatedly. Alicia then attepts to hit the Officer Nasty on AJ, but AJ rolls out of the way, causing Alicia to hit the ground. AJ pins Alicia. 1...2...KICKOUT!
Alicia then slowly gets to her feet as AJ attempts to hit the Wheelbarrow Bulldog on Alicia, but Alicia counters. Alicia then attempts to take AJ down with a clothesline, but AJ counters the clothesline into an Octopus Hold! Alicia tries to break free but can't. She tries to get over to the ropes, but once again can't. Alicia begins to fade, but regains energy and attempts to break the hold. This time she does and irish whips AJ into the ropes. AJ rebounds of the ropes as Alicia tries to take AJ down with another bycicle kick, but AJ ducks out of the way and once again applies the Octopus Hold to Alicia.
Alicia tries to break it, but this time it is locked on tight. Alicia realizes that she has no choice but to tap and does. AJ retains the Women's Championship!!!!!!!

We go backstage and see Orton preparing for his match against Cody. Josh Matthews comes in and begins to interview him.

Josh: "Orton...up next you are facing Cody Rhodes for the United States Championship. Last Smackdown you both fought to a no contest. If that happens again tonight, then Cody will retain the title. Thoughts?"

Orton: "What are my thoughts? Well Josh...."

Orton RKOs Josh and picks up the mic.

Orton: "Tonight....the viper....strikes."

Orton throws the mic on Josh and walks away.

We come back to the ring just in time for Cody Rhodes's entrance. Cody comes down to a lot of heat. Randy Orton comes down next to a huge pop. The bell rings and the match begins.

Match 3: Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton (United States Championship Match)
Orton and Rhodes lock up in the middle of the ring. Orton gets the upper advantage and takes Rhodes down with a side headlock takedown followed by a knee drop to the face. Orton then lifts Rhodes up and once again takes him down, this time with a face crusher. Rhodes slowly gets up. Orton attempts to hit the RKO on Rhodes, but Rhodes counters and pushes Orton into the corner. Rhodes runs at Orton, but Orton moves out of the way causing Rhodes to run right into the turnbuckle. Orton then takes Rhodes down with a german suplex and begins to take off the turnbuckle padding. Just as he finishes he gets rolled up by Rhodes. 1...2...KICKOUT! Rhodes and Orton get up and Orton attempts to Irish Whip Rhodes into the uncovered turnbuckle, but Rhodes counters and ends up Irish Whipping Orton into the uncovered turnbuckle instead. Rhodes then follows up with a turnbuckle clothesline. Rhodes pins Orton for a two count.
Rhodes then begins to mock Orton by banging his fists against the ground. Orton gets up and stumbles straight into a RKO attempt by Rhodes. Orton counters however and pushed Rhodes into the ropes. Rhodes rebound right into a RKO from Orton! Orton pins Rhodes. 1...2...KICKOUT! Orton picks Rhodes up off the ground and hits another RKO on him followed by another pin. 1...2...KICKOUT! Orton begins to get frustrated and sets Rhodes up for the Punt Kick. Rhodes gets to his hand and knees just in time for Orton to hit the Punt Kick on Rhodes followed by a pin. 1...2...KICKOUT! Orton begins to stomp on Rhodes out of anger and picks him up, but Rhodes counters by raking Orton's face blinding him. Rhodes then sets Orton up for the Cross Rhodes, but Orton counters and attempts to hit a big boot on Cody. Cody ducks out of the way and just as Orton turns around drops him with a huge RKO followed by a pin! 1...2...KICKOUT! Rhodes climbs to the top rope just as Orton begins to get to his feet and jumps off the top rope, right into a RKO in mid air from Orton. Orton crawls over to Rhodes and lays an arm over him. 1...2...KICKOUT! Orton can't believe it as both Orton and Rhodes slowly stand to thier feet.
They begin to trade punches when suddenly Orton attempts another RKO on Rhodes, but Rhodes counters, slamming Orton to the ground. Rhodes then climbs the top rope again and jumps off it, this time successfully hitting Orton with a moonsault followed by a pin. 1...2...KICKOUT! Rhodes can't believe it and begins to scream for Orton to stay down. He lifts Orton's head up and begins to scream in Orton's face. Suddenly Orton pushes Rhodes away and attempts to hit Rhodes with a Super Kick, but Rhodes catches Orton's foot and spins Orton around. Rhodes then attempts to take Orton down with a clothesline, but Orton catches him and takes him down with an arm drag followed by an arm bar. Rhodes rolls out of it however and attempts to kick Orton in the face, but Orton catches the foot and rolls Rhodes up. 1...2...3! Orton pins Cody to become the new United States Champion....or so it seems.
The ref however hands Rhodes the belt and says that both men's shoulder were down causing the crowd to erupt in boos. Suddenly John Lauranitous's music hits and he comes onto the stage with a mic.

John L: "Unless one man in unable to continue the match, we will not have a no contest on our first ever pay-per-view event! SO, in the name of people power this match will continue with a new stipulation. There must be a winner! PEOPLE POWER!"

John Lauranitous leaves the stage as the ref signals for the bell. Rhodes and Orton slowly get to their feet and run at each other. This time however Rhodes hits Orton with a huge Spear from out of nowhere followed by a pin. 1...2...KICKOUT! Rhodes begins to scream at the ref when suddenly Orton rolls him up. 1...2...KICKOUT! Both men get to their feet as they lock up. Orton gets the advantage and attempts to hit Rhodes with yet another RKO, but Rhodes counter and pushes Orton into the ropes. Rhodes attempts to hit the Cross Rhodes on the rebound, but Orton counters that into a backbreaker.
Orton then sets Rhodes up for the RKO, but Rhodes rolls out of the ring and begins to walk away from the match. Orton gets out of the ring as well and hits a RKO on Rhodes outside of the ring. Orton then Irish Whips Rhodes back into the ring and pins him. 1...2...KICKOUT! Orton picks Rhodes up and attempts to hit Rhodes with a Killswitch, but Rhodes counters it and attempts to hit Orton with an RKO, which Orton counters and attempts to hit Rhodes with an RKO. Rhodes counters though and succesfully hits Orton with a Cross Rhodes followed by a pin! 1...2...3!!! And Rhodes wins the match to retain the United States Championship! Rhodes celebrates in the ring as we go backstage.

We go backstage to see John Cena warming up for his match with Kane.

A Be a Star commercial airs.

We go back to the ring to see Danny Larman, a local competetor in the ring. Next the lights dim and circus music begins to play throughout the arena. The happy music fades however into much darker music as evil laughter echoes throughout the arena. Suddenly Doink the Clown appears on stage to a loud pop. The camera zooms in on some kids crying in the audience. Doink gives a little kid a balloon and gets into the ring. The bell rings and the match begins.

Match 4: Doink the Clown vs. Danny Larman
Larman starts off the match by running at Doink, but Doink takes him down with a back body drop followed by a leg drop. Doink then picks Larman up and begins to laugh in his face as he throws him into the corner. Doink begins to beat Larman down aggressively. Doink then pins Larman, but lifts Larman's shoulder up at two. Doink then climbs the top rope and hits the Stump Puller on Larman followed by a pin. 1...2...3. Doink wins. Doink exits the ring and on his way out he pops the balloon that he gave the little kid, causing the audience to erupt in boos. Doink begins to laugh evilly as we go backstage.

We see Kane in the boiler room with a picture of John Cena. He looks at the picture of Cena, mumbles to himself, and then sets it on fire. He throws it behind him as the camera turns so you can see what it landed on. The picture landed on a John Cena mannequin inside of coffin. The mannequin and the coffin are both covered in gasoline so both begin to burn. Kane begins to chuckle as we go back to the ring just in time for Cena's entrance. Cena comes down to the ring to a huge pop. The crowd loves him. Kane comes down next with AJ following shortly behind. Both come get a ton of heat. The bell rings and the match begins.

Match 5: Kane vs. John Cena (I Quit Match for the World Heavyweight Championship)
Kane starts off the match fast by taking Cena down with a big boot. Cena gets to his feet, but Kane once again takes him down with an uppercut. Kane rolls out of the ring and grabs a steel chair out from underneath the ring. He climbs back in the ring, but gets attacked by Cena, forcing him to drop the steel chair. Cena clotheslines Kane to the ground and picks up the steel chair. Kane rises, but gets knocked right back down by a huge steel chair shot to the forehead, busting him open. The ref asks Kane if he wants to quit, and Kane replies no.
Kane stands up and pulls the steel chair away from Cena. He throws the chair at Cena and follows it with a big boot, causing the chair to slam into Cena. Cena falls down to the ground as the ref asks him if he wants to quit. Cena says no and rolls out of the ring. Kane follows, but Cena Irish Whips him into the steel steps. Cena then runs at Kane, but Kane hits a drop toe hold on Cena causing Cena's face to bounce off the steel steps. Kane then picks up the steel steps as Cena slowly gets up. Kane throws the steps at Cena, but Cena catches them. Cena then runs at Kane and knocks him down with the steel steps. Cena is about to throw the steps onto Kane, when suddenly he is stopped by AJ who grabs his arm. Cena fights loose, but the distraction was enough for Kane to get the advantage as Kane hits Cena with a huge upper cut followed by a fall away slam. Kane goes over to the Spanish Announcers Table and removes the cover. Cena slowly gets to his feet, but is met with a Chockeslam attempt by Kane. Cena breaks out and drops Kane with a DDT. Cena then pulls out a Kendo Stick from underneath the ring and begins to beat Kane down with it. The ref asks Kane if he wants to quit to which he responds no. Kane then slowly gets to his feet just as Cena attempts to hit Kane upside the head witht he Kendo Stick. Kane catches the Kendo Stick and hits Cena hard across the forehead with it, causing the Kendo Stick to break apart and Cena to start bleeding. The ref asks Cena if he wants to quit, but Cena says no. Kane then begins to stomp on Cena's downed body. Cena gathers enough streangth however to push Kane into the exposed announcers table. Cena gets up, as does Kane and they both begin to trade blows while moving. Kane forces Cena to climb over the barricade and Kane follows, both still exchanging blows. AJ and the ref follow closely behind. They begin to climb the steps with Kane suddenly getting the upper advantage by slamming Cena's head against the steel railing. Cena falls to the ground as Kane picks him up by the throat. Kane attempts to Chokeslam Cena onto the steps, but Cena counters and pushes Kane, who stumbles and falls down the steps to the bottom. AJ runs over to Kane and begins to check on him as the ref asks him if he wants to quit. Kane says no, as AJ helps him up. Cena taunts him from the top of the stairs, which angers Kane.
Kane begins to climb up the steps and finally reaches the top where he and Cena begin to brawl again. They brawl out to the entrance of the arena, where Kane once again gains the upper hand, this time by poking Cena in the eyes. Kane then Chokeslams Cena through one of the vending stands! The ref rushes over to Cena and asks if he wants to quit...Cena strains to say no, but does.
Kane then begins to choke the life out of Cena, but Cena musters enough streangth to shove Kane off of him. Cena stands up as Kane runs at him, and lifts Kane onto his shoulders, dropping him onto the concrete with an Attitude Adjustment. Cena then locks in the STF on Kane. AJ runs off somewhere as the ref asks Kane if he wants to quit. Kane says no, but begins to noticably fade. After two more minutes, the ref once again asks Kane if he wants to quit. Before Kane can answer AJ runs back on screen and hits Cena across the back with a baseball bat. Cena releases Kane and grabs the baseball bat from AJ. AJ slaps Cena and cowers in fear. Cena decides to let her go and turns around, but gets greeted by a huge closed fist punch from Kane. Kane picks up the baseball bat as Cena slowly gets to his feet and nails Cena across the head with the bat. The ref asks Cena if he wants to quit...Cena doesn't say anything. Kane puts his foot on Cena's neck, choking him, and the ref once again asks Cena if he wants to quit. This time it looks like Cena is about to say yes, before quickly changing the answer into a no. He forces Kane's foot off of him and nails Kane with a huge clothesline. He then picks Kane up and attempts the throw him down the escalators, but Kane counters and attempts to Chokeslam Cena. Cena counters the Chokeslam and successfully hits the AA on Kane. Cena then picks Kane up and chucks him down the escalators. AJ runs away and the ref runs to Kane and asks him if he wants to quit. Kane doesn't reply. The ref asks again. Kane still doesn't reply. The ref asks one last time, to which Kane replies no.
Cena then attempts to jump off the railing and onto Kane, but Kane rolls out of the way causing Cena to fall straight through the floor. Kane then notices that there us a huge stack of merchandise near them. He topples it over on Cena, causing Cena to begin to lose air. The ref asks Cena if he wants to quit...no response. The ref asks again....no response. The ref asks one last time...to which a no is heard coming out of the pile. Cena then emerges from the merchandise pile and runs straight at Kane, but Kane catches him by the throat and chokeslams him through another section of the floor. AJ comes back from wherever she ran off to and hands Kane a gasoline can and a matchbox. Kane pours the gasoline on Cena. The ref asks Cena if he wants to quit, and Cena says no. Kane then pulls a match from the matchbox and lights it. The ref asks Cena if he wants to quit...Cena once again says no. Kane then throws the lit match onto Cena, causing flames to erupt on his body. Kane then crawls down into the hole and begins to choke the life out of Cena, who was still on fire.
The ref asks Cena if he wants to quit. Cena still says no. Kane beings to laugh as he continues to strangle Cena. The ref asks again....no reply. Kane continues to laugh as he tightens his grip. The ref once again asks Cena if he wants to quit....no reply. The ref asks one final time...no reply.
The ref runs for some water and puts the flames out. He forces Kane away from Cena and says that this match will end in a no contest as John Cena is physically unable to continue. AJ and Kane begin to make out over Cen'a lifeless body.
