Gamma Championship Wreslting Smackdown: 8/5/12

The openening pyro goes off as "Do You Know Your Enemy" by Greenday plays throughout Rupp Arena. Suddenly Kane's pyro and music hit as he comes down to the ring with AJ following to a parade of boos. Kane grabs a mic and begins to speak.

Kane: "I have done the impossible...I have killed my brother, The Undertaker. Last Smackdown I dragged him straight down to the fiery pits of Hell, as he pleaded and begged for my mercy the entire way down. I AM TRULY UNSTOPPABLE!!!!"

Suddenly McGillicutty's music hits as he comes down to the ring to a mixture of boos and cheers.

McGillicutty: "Unstoppable? Kane, I am the one who BEAT The Undertaker last Smackdown for the right to face you at Summerslam! You say your unstoppable? Well at Summerslan, I AM going to stop the unstoppable when I beat you for the World Heavyweight Championship. I am going to do what the great John Cena couldn't do and that is beat you!"

Kane: "Hah! My brother could of beat you with his eyes closed and his right hand tied behind his back. McGillicutty, the only reason you beat 'Taker last Smackdown was because of ME!!! You claim that you are going to beat me at Summerslam...McGillicutty, you might as well throw in the towel now and save yourself the humilation of being decimated in the middle of this ring. Give it up kid...you don't stand a chance."

McGillicutty: "I don't stand a chance? Kane..........you don't sta....."

Suddenly Kane explodes and goes straight for McGillicutty, beating him down with the mic. McGillicutty however low blows Kane, and begins to beat down on Kane. AJ, realizing that Kane is in trouble, grabs onto McGillicutty's leg, allowing Kane to once again get the upper advantage and continue his beat down. John Lauranitous's music suddenly hits as he comes down to the stage with a mic in his hand.

John L.: "Kane...McGillicutty...AJ...calm down. I will not stand for this kind of mayhem on MY show. Tonight, both of you will be in matches. Kane, you will be facing Randy Orton in tonight's main event. McGillicutty, get your boots ready cause up next, you are going to be facing Jack Swagger! PEOPLE POWER!"

We go to commercial as John Lauranitous goes back backstage.

"Commercial Break"

We come back just in time for Jack Swagger's entrance. Swagger comes down to the ring to a ton of heat. The bell rings and the match begins.

Match 1) Michael McGillicutty vs. Jack Swagger
McGillicutty begis the match by going straight for Swagger. He quickly takes him down with a Lou Thesz Press and begins to repeadetly punch Swagger in the face. Swagger, however, quickly overpowers him and pushes him off of him. Swagger and McGillicutty proceed to stare each other down, untill once again McGillicutty runs staight at Swagger, attempting to take him down with a short armed clothesline. Swagger, however, ducks the clothesline and hits a huge German Suplex on McGillicutty. Swagger then grabs McGillicutty's left leg and snaps it to the ground three times. McGillicutty attempts to stand up, but Swagger knocks him down with a clothesline. Swagger then climbs the top rope and hits a flying elbow drop right on McGillicutty's left leg followed by a pin. 1...2...KICKOUT!
Swagger picks McGillicutty up and attempts to hit an Atomic Drop on McGillicutty, but McGillicutty counters it by flipping out of it and over Swagger. McGillicutty then his a chop block on a confused Swagger followed by repeated knees to Swagger's side. McGillicutty then begins to wrestle Swagger around the ring, but Swagger comes out on top. McGillicutty attempts to recover from the wrestling roll, but Swagger quickly kicks McGillicutty in the ribcage, causing him to fall back down. Swagger then does a victory lap before grabbing onto McGillicutty's left leg and slamming it down to the mat. Swagger once again climbs the top rop and attempts to hit a flying elbow drop on McGillicutty's left leg, but McGillicutty manages to roll out of the way. McGillicutty then sets Swagger up for the McGillicutter, but Swagger counters hit right into a side slam, followed by the Ankle Lock.
McGillicutty attempts to crawl for the ropes, but Swagger pulls him back to the center of the ring. McGillicutty then tries to use his leg streanght to flip Swagger over him, forcing him to leg go of the Ankle Lock, but Swagger somehow manages to hold on. McGillicutty once again desperatly crawls for the ropes. This time managing to scrape it with his finger tips. He tries again and successfully grabs on to the ropes as the ref begins to count. 1...2...3...4...Swagger over powers McGillicutty once again, forcing him off the ropes and dragging him back to the center of the ring. Swagger then falls to the ground and latches on the Ankle Lock even tighter. McGillicutty's face tightens in pain as he begins to writhe and depseratly attemps to force Swagger off of him, but Swagger remains unmovable. Just as it looks like McGillicutty is about to tap he somehow manages to roll Swagger up, but Swagger still refuses to let go of the Ankle Lock. 1...2...KICKOUT! Swagger kicks out, releasing the Ankle Lock at the same time. Swagger once again attempts to get McGillicutty into the Ankle Lock, but McGIllicutty uses the last of his leg streangth to push Swagger away. McGillicutty recovers just in time to see Swagger running at him attempting to take him down with a clothesline. McGillicutty ducks the clothesline and attempts to Irish Whip Swagger into the ropes, but Swagger counters, Irish Whipping McGillicutty into the ropes. McGillicutty however manages to hit the McGillicutter from out of nowhere on the rebound!!!! McGillicutty pins Swagger. 1...2...3!

Suddenly as McGillicutty begins to celebrate in the ring the lighting turns a dark red. Fire erupts from the turnbuckles as Kane makes his way out from the back and down the ramp. McGillicutty attempts to escape the ring, but walls of fire erupt from all sides of the ring, trapping him in the middle of a blazing inferno. Kane walks right through the flames and begins to attack McGillicutty in the middle of the ring. McGIllicutty attempts to fight back, but can't due to the daage done to him during his match with Swagger. Kane then tombstones McGillicutty in the middle of the ring before we go backstage.

Backstafe we see Ryback warming up for his match with Doink later. Josh Matthews enters to weight room and begins to interview him.

Josh: "Last Smackdown, you for seemingly no reason, came out after Doink's match with the Gobbely Gooker and began to attack Doink. Doink then attacked you backstage later on in the night. What exactly do you think of Doink?"

Ryback: "Doink is a puny clown...I don't like puny clowns. There is no clowing around when Ryback steps into the ring. NO!!!!!! I decimate my oppenents to the point where they can't stand straight. Doink has fun with his oppenents. Tonight, there will be no fun for Doink. NO!!!!!! There will be fun for Ryback though! Loads of fun for him as I destroy Doink. Ryback is hungry for competetion. FEED ME MORE! FEED ME MOOOOORRRRRREEEEEE!!!!"

Ryback stomps out of the weightroom as we go back to the ring to see The Miz and R-Truth in the middle of the ring with mics.

Miz: "R-Truth and I demand a tag tam championship match Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks immediatly! I am the Money in the Bank breifcase holder...I get what I want."

Truth: "Yea we allllllll three get what we want. Little Jimmy says that if yo don't give us a tag team championship match, that he is going to go backstage and piss on yo titles. Then he going to kick all of your asses."

The crowd begans to boo loudly.

Truth: "DON'T BOO ME!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! IF YOU DO IT, I SWEAR TO THE LORD ABOVE THAT I AM GOING TO GO CRAZY!!!! STOP IT!!!!!! NOW!"

Miz: "Truth calm down, we are out for a title match not so you can have a pyscotic breakdown. Just calm down. Now, we are willing to sit here for the rest of the show. So either give us our match, or the rest of Smackdown is cancelled."

Suddenly Air Boom's music hits as they run down to the ring. They begin to attack Miz and Truth and soon a wild brawl erupts. Teddy Long's music hits as he comes down to the ramp with a mic.

Teddy: "Alright players. Per orders of GM Mr. John Luarnitous you four will be in a match tonight..."

Truth: "You mean us five!"

Teddy: "Yeah...okay player. As I was saying, you fou...five...will be in a match tonight. Kofi and Evan vs. R-Truth and The Miz in a number one contenders match. The winner will get to face Hawkins and Reks for the titles at Summerslam. Oh and players...that match is next!"

"Commercial Break"

We come back as the bell rings and the match begins.

Match 2) Air Boom vs. Awsome Truth (Number One Contenders Match for the World Tag Team Championships."
R-Truth and Kofi start the match by locking up in the center fo the ring. Truth gets the upper hand by hitting a scoop slam on Kofi, followed by a leg drop. Truth then rebounds off the ropes and runs at Kofi, but Kofi jumps over Truth. Kofi then hits truth with a huge dropkick on the rebound followed by a pin. 1...KICKOUT! Truth scrambled over to Miz and tags him in. Miz runs straight at Kofi, taking him down with a swinging neckbreaker. Miz then picks Kofi up and Irish Whips him into the corner. Miz runs at Kofi attempting to hit him with a corner clothesline, but Kofi counters it by kicking Miz in the gut. Kofi then jumps on the top rope, but Miz quickly trips Kofi, causing him to fall into a seated position. Miz then climbs the top rope and attempts to hit a huge Superplex on Kofi, but Kofi counters the Superplex in mid air, turning it into a body splash followed by a pin! 1...2...KICKOUT! Kofi then attempts to hit the Boom Drop on Miz, but Miz rolls out of the way and out of the ring. Kofi recovers as Miz taunts the crowd, and quickly hops the ropes hitting Miz with a missle dropkick on the outside of the ring. Kofi then picks up Miz and attempts to push him into the steel post, but Miz counters causing Kofi to run into the steel post himself. Miz then gets in the ring and tags in Truth who climbs to the top rope.
Truth then attempts to hit a moonsault on Kofi, who is still outside of the ring, but Kofi gets his knees up in time. Kofi then pushes Truth back in the ring and follows. Kofi Irish Whips truth into the corner and attempts to hit a corner splash on Truth, but Truth quickly moves out of the way, causing Kofi to splash right into the turnbuckle. Truth then rolls Kofi up for a two count. Truth begins to scream at the ref in anger. Truth then regains his composure and goes back to work on Kofi. He attempts to pick Kofi up, but Kofi counters by poking Truth in the eyes. Kofi then hits a huge lariat on Truth, giving himself enough time to tag in Evan. Evan quickly cuts Truth off from tagging in Miz by stomping on his chest. He then hits a standing moonsault on Truth followed by a pin. 1...2...Miz runs in and breaks it up, causing Kofi to throw Miz out of the ring. Truth slowly gets to his feet, but is met by a double dropkick from Evan and Kofi. Miz however gets back into the ring and attempts to take Kofi down with a clothesline, but Kofi ducks it causing Miz to take down the ref.
All Hell breaks loose with the ref down as suddenly from out of nowhere Reks and Hawkins hit the ring with chairs. The begin to take out everybody and then grab mics.

Reks: "WE ARE THE KINGS OF CHANGE!"

Hawkins: "WE ARE THE WORLD TAG CHAMPS"

Reks and Hawkins: "AND WE WILL FOREVER BE KNOWN AS THE GREATEST TAG TEAM OF ALL TIME!"

Kofi and Truth stand up, but Reks takes them down with a double clothesline. Truth and Miz get up and go for Hawkins, Hawkins hits Truth with the mic and takes Miz down with a suplex. John Lauranitous suddenly appears on screen.

John L.: "At Summerslam, Reks and Hawkins, you will defend your World Tag Team Championships against........Miz and Truth............AND.........against Kofi and Evan in a triple threat tag match. PEOPLE POWER!"

Hawkins and Reks begin to scream and throw a fit in the middle of the ring as we go to commercial.

"Commercial Break"

We come back just in time for Ryback's entrance. Ryback comes down to the ring to a huge pop, but some Goldberg chants find their way in. Suddenly a man wearing a paper bag jumps over the barricade and bgins to beat Ryback down. THe man pulls off the paper bag and reveals that he is actually Doink. Doink ten grabs a steel chair out from underneath the ring and begins to smash Ryback's head against it, busting him open. Doink then puts the chair around Ryback's neck and is about to stomp on it, but a ton of security guards stop Doink just in time. The guards escort Doink backstage as Ryback lies lifeless on the ground.

We go backstage to see AJ talking frantically to Kane. Kane laughs it off and walks away as we go to commercial.

Somewhere else backstage Edge is talking to John L.

Edge: "Come on Mr. L. Give me a shot. How about this, next Smackdown, put me in a number one contenders match! I deserve a shot at the title.

John L.: "Fine Edge, next Smackdown you will be facing Doink the Clown in a number on contenders match for the United States Championship. The winner will face Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Chris Jericho in a fatal fourway match at Summerslam. Good luck."

"Commercial Break"

We come back just in time for Kane's entrance. Kane comes down to the ring to huge heat. Next Randy Orton's music hits. Orton comes down to the ring to a huge pop...possibly the loudest of the night. The bell rings and the match begins.

Match 3) Kane vs. Randy Orton
Orton and Kane lock up in the middle of the ring. Kane gets the advantage and lifts Orton up over his head. He then hits a military press drop on Orton followed by a two count. Orton slowly recovers, but gets taken down by a big boot from Kane. Kane lifts Orton up like a rag doll and flings him out of the ring. AJ begins to clap for Kane at ringside, which angers Orton. Orton begins to chase after AJ, but stops himself and slides back into the ring only to once again be taken down by a big boot from Kane. Orton recovers, and this time ducks Kane's big boot and takes Kane down with a perfectly executed drop kick. Orton then begins to rapidly stomp on Kane. He then sets Kane up for the RKO, but Kane counters the RKO attempts and follows it up with a huge backbreaker drop.
Orton writhes in pain on the ground as Kane sets Orton up for the chokeslam. Orton slowly recovers and walks right into Kane! Kane's hand closes around Orton's throat, but Orton manages to escape the chokeslam and hit Kane with a RKO from out of nowhere followed by a pin! 1...2...KICKOUT! Orton then kicks Kane over to his back and sets Kane up for the punt kick. Orton runs at Kane, but Kane counters the punt kick into a Chokeslam attempt. Suddenly the lights in the arena go off as sounds of a storm begin playing. On the titantron a video of somebody resurecting from a grave begins to play.

Voiceover: "I have survived Hell...I have conquered all. Now I am back, to claim what is mine."

Suddenly the arena lights begin to flicker as the storm sounds get louder.

Voiceover: "I've got the build, the intelligence, the looks, and the in ring ability. Fear me for I am the perfect storm."

The lights being to burst as glass rains down onto the ring. Suddenly the sprinkler systems turn on over the ring, drenching Kane and Orton.

The lights stop flickering and the arena once again becomes enshrouded in darkness.

Voiceover: "Kane........your life will become a inferno of nightmares."

Suddenly the lights turn back on. Kane turns around only to be RKOed once again by Randy. 1...2...AJ attacks Orton from behind, breaking the cover. The ref calls for the bell as Kane recovers. Kane then proceeds to beat down on Orton when suddenly Cena's music hits! Cena runs down to the ring and begins to fight Kane. AJ, however, distracts Cena long enough, for Kane to roll out of the ring. AJ follows. Cena checks on Orton as he grabs a mic.

Cena: "Don't worry Kane, I'm not here to insert myself into the championship match at Summerslam..................OH WAIT!!!! YES, I AM!!!! But, not in the way you think. You see, you gave me one Hell of a beating at Money in the Bank. In fact you beat me down so bad that I am STILL not cleared to compete. So, no, I will not be facing you at Summerlsam. I WILL HOWEVER BE THE SPECIAL GUEST REFEERE IN YOUR MATCH! I'll try to call it down the middle Kane...no worries."

Cena then drops the mic and winks at Kane before playing to the crowd as the show ends.

Okay, finally got it up haha. SOrry, but I have been really usy recently with school and stuff. Thankfully, this week I've had less to do so I was able to write last weeks SD, which is what this is.
