The opening pyro explodes as WWE Optimus: SmackDown comes on the air live! Michael Cole, Booker T, and Josh Matthews welcome us to the show and talk about the matches for tonight! They say that the show is going to be opening with the World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk!

Segment 1 (1)~
CM Punk’s music hits and he walks out with the World Heavyweight Championship around his waist. He climbs up to the top turnbuckle and raises the title high and the fans cheer! He jumps down and calls for a mic and a crew member hands him one.

Punk: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! But I think the man that you all should cheer on is Christian! I mean I beat him two weeks ago at Money In The Bank, and he has been throwing the biggest fits anyone have ever seen in the world of wrestling since!

The fans laugh and cheer!

Punk: So Christian if you’re back there watching right you I would just like to say! Bravo!

Christian’s music hits and he comes down to the ring taking heat. He grabs a mic and then climbs in.
Punk: Ladies and gentleman the biggest sore loser of all time! The former World
Heavyweight Champion! Christian!

Christian: I’m so sick of you CM Punk! All you do is run your mouth but when it comes down to it you can’t back it up!

Before Punk can talk Cody Rhodes music hits. Mr. SmackDown MITB, Cody
Rhodes walks out with his briefcase! He grabs a mic and climbs into the ring.

Rhodes: The sad thing is that neither of you can hold a candle to my talent! Not to mention I’m the most powerful man on SmackDown considering I’m Mr. Money In The Bank!

The fans boo Cody Rhodes.

Punk: Cody this doesn’t even consider you. So please leave this to people who have actually been World Champions in this company!

The fans cheer big for Punk but just then the GM of SmackDown John Lauranitus comes to the stage.

Punk: Note the fact that Johnny Boy stays on the stage that way I don’t kick his ass!

The fans go wild as Lauranitus just laughs.

Lauranitus: Joke it up now Punk! But I spoke to Christian backstage before the show started and he said that he wants his rematch tonight! And he is getting it tonight! In the main event your title is on the line against Christian!

Christian smiles and Cody Rhodes breaks off laughing.

Lauranitus: Don’t laugh to hard Cody because tonight you face Kofi Kingston! And that match is next! People Power!

Lauranitus walks off to a chorus booing. CM Punk then acts like he is going to attack Christian and Cody Rhodes and both men leaves the ring quickly! Christian walks off, followed shortly by CM Punk! Rhodes stays down at the ring for his match!

Singles Match
Cody Rhodes vs. Kofi Kingston
Kofi Kingston comes out to a big reaction as Cody Rhodes waits patiently in the ring. The bell rings and here we go! Cody strikes first and begins to unload on Kofi with punches and knees! Rhodes backs Kingston into the corner, but Kofi is fighting back with right hands! And Kingston hits the ropes, but when he returns Rhodes nails a shoulder tackle! Rhodes then stands up Kofi and nails the Cross Rhodes. Cody covers, 1…2…3! And Cody picked up the quick victory here tonight! Cody grabs his briefcase and walks off to a lot of heat.

Segment 2 (4)~
Backstage the Intercontinental Champion Heath Slater is flaunting his title around to wrestlers like Alex Riley, Curt Hawkins & Tyler Rekks, and Trent Barreta.

Slater: I’m the best Intercontinental Champion ever! I’m the one man band baby! No one can beat me! In fact later tonight I’m going down to that ring and offering an open challenge, for my championship!

The superstars around Heath just shake their heads as Heath Slater walks off smiling and laughing.

Match 2 (5)~
Singles Match
Jinder Mahal vs. Santino Marella
Back in the ring Jinder Mahal has already made his entrance and is waiting for his opponent to come out. Santino’s music hits and here comes the master of the Cobra! Santino power walks to the ring then circles it and high fives fans. The bell rings and Santino begins to stretch! The fans are cheering as Jinder Mahal just shakes his head then unloads with right hands on Santino. Jinder then nails a double underhook suplex! And he rises to his feet and gets a crazed look in his eyes. He then begins to stomp on the chest of Marella and Santino crawls into the corner in a seated position! Jinder charges and hits Santino with a knee to the face! Mahal pulls Santino out and covers, 1…2…NO! Kick out by Santino!

Jinder then drops down and locks in a headlock. But the fans are getting behind Santino, and Marella is fighting to his feet. Santino is up and he runs backwards into the corner, and Jinder’s back collides with the ring post! But Mahal comes charging out but Santino nails a hip toss. Mahal is back to his feet but Santino hits another hip toss! And for a third time Jinder gets up but Marella nails one more hip toss! Santino then hits the ropes, rebounds, and nails a diving headbutt! The fans are really behind Santino as he backs into the corner and pulls out the sock for the Cobra. But Jinder counters with the Sands of Time. And now I think Jinder might try for the Camel Clutch. But wait? What is this? Hornswoggle is running down to the ring! He sticks his tongue out at Mahal. Jinder stands up and is yelling at Hornswoggle, but then Jinder turns around right into a Cobra. And Santino covers, 1…2…3! And Santino won with an assist from Hornswoggle! The fans cheer for Santino as him and Hornswoggle celebrate! Jinder walks off with a scowl on his face!
Winner: Santino Marella

Segment 3 (6)~
Backstage John Cena is walking around and he accidently bumps into Randy

Orton. Orton shoves Cena.

Cena: Oh sorry Randy!

Orton: Watch it Cena!

Orton gets into John’s face.

Cena: Is something wrong?

Orton: Is something wrong? Is something wrong? Of course there is something wrong! John on Monday Night Raw I lost in the number one contenders match for the WWE Championship! I hit The Miz with four RKO’s and somehow he survived! And you are wondering if there is something is wrong!

Cena: Easy buddy don’t take out your anger on me!

Orton: I’m not your buddy John. And you haven’t seen angry yet!

Orton walks off as John just stands there wondering what his deal is.

Match 3 (7)~
Intercontinental Championship Match
Heath Slater© vs. ???
Heath Slater walks out to a lot of heat as he walks down to the ring with his title slung over his shoulder. He grabs a mic and then climbs into the ring.

Slater: As I said earlier right now I’m issuing an open challenge for my championship! It’s a first come first serve situation to all you fools in the back! But I promise you, you won’t beat me! Because I’m the one man band baby!

Heath drops his mic as the fans are on the edge of their seats to see who challenges Heath. The lights go out and the fans are wondering who it could be! Rey Mysterio music hits! Oh my Rey Mysterio has returned after nearly a year due to injury! Rey Mysterio gets the crowd going crazy then he runs down to the ring! The ref rings the bell and here we go! Heath goes to grab Rey but gets a kick to the midsection. Heath then returns for a clothesline and it hits! Heath smiles and stands up Rey and sends him into the corner! Slater charges for a corner splash but Rey gets his knees up, and Slater is nocked backwards! And Rey goes to the top rope! He dives and hits a hurricaranna on Slater! And Mysterio is in control as we head to commercial!

Commercial Break

Were back from the break and Mysterio is pounding on Slater in the corner. Mysterio then pushes Heath to the center of the ring! Mysterio then charges and nails a running crossbody that nocks Slater down! Rey covers, 1…NO! Heath got his shoulder up at one and remains the champion! Rey then goes to stand up, but Heath rolls him up, 1…NO! Mysterio kicked out at 1! Both Heath and Rey stand and they charge each other! Rey ducks a clothesline then hits the ropes again. But when he returns Heath nails a huge scoop powerslam! Heath then waits for Mysterio to stand up and he connects with a spinning spinebuster! Heath covers, 1…2…NO!

Heath then pushes Mysterio out of the ring and follows! Heath grabs Mysterio and smacks his face against the ring apron! He then smacks his face against the ring post! He then goes to smack his face against the steel steps but Rey nails a back kick! Heath is in pain as Rey hits a release suplex that sends Slater into the steel steps! The fans cheer for Mysterio as he stands up the champ and rolls him back into the ring. Rey then climbs to the top rope and dives and hits a moonsault! Mysterio pins the champ, 1…2…NO! Kick out by the champ! Slater kicked out!

Mysterio backs away and lets Heath stand up! He then charges and nails a head scissors takedown that puts Slater in between the top and middle rope! And Mysterio hits the ropes and tries for the 619. But Slater catches Mysterio’s leg and pushes him! And Rey falls and smacks his chin on the edge of the ring apron! Heath then pulls Rey in and covers, and I think the champ is going to retain, 1...2…NO! Rey Mysterio kicked out! Heath can’t believe it! Heath backs off as Mysterio stands up! And Slater tries for the Sweetness. But Mysterio nails a nasty roundhouse kick to Heath Slater!

The champ is down and now Mysterio is getting the crowd fired up! Slater stands and once again Rey gets the head scissors takedown! And Rey hits the ropes, returns, and connects with the 619. Now Rey nails the Big Splash. And Rey covers, 1…2…3! And we have a new champion! Rey Mysterio on his return match as just won the Intercontinental Championship! The fans are cheering big for Rey as he is handed the title belt and celebrates big! But Heath Slater attacks from behind and beats Rey down! Slater walks off to heat leaving Mysterio down in the ring!
Winner: The new Intercontinental Champion, Rey Mysterio

Segment 4 (8)~
Backstage the WWE Tag Team Champions, The Prime Time Players are walking around with AW and then Hunico and Comacho walk up.

O’Neil: What you did to us on Monday Night Raw was dirt!

Hunico: Easy big boy we just want to talk!

Young: What could you possibly want!

Hunico: Me and my tag team partner Comacho, want to challenge you to a match this coming Monday for your titles!

Darren, Titus, and AW turn away and talk to each other for a moment.

AW: My clients agree to the match!

O’Neil: Watch your back boys!

PTP walks away and Hunico and Comacho high five each other.

Match 4 (9)~
Singles Match
Tyson Kidd vs. John Cena
The Raw Money In The Bank Winner Tyson Kidd has already made his entrance. John Cena’s music hits and he gets a big pop as he comes out and salutes to the fans before running down to the ring and tossing his hat! Tyson and John shake hands then the bell rings. The two wrestlers lock up and Tyson goes behind John and tries for a suplex. But John is preventing it by pressing down on Kidd’s grip around his waist. And Cena is able to break Tyson’s hands free and he pulls his opponent down into a side headlock! But Tyson shoves John into the ropes, but when Cena returns he nails a shoulder tackle to Kidd! And Cena hits the ropes again as Tyson stands, and he connects with another shoulder tackle! And once more Tyson stands and takes a shoulder tackle from a rebounding John Cena!

Cena then goes to pick up Tyson for a side slam, but Kidd slips through and lands on his feet, and instantly nails a back kick to Cena’s stomach. Tyson then lifts up John and nails a frankenstiener! The fans give Tyson a decent pop as he then climbs to the top rope and looks like he might go for an elbow drop! But Cena is up and shoves Tyson down. But Tyson lands on the ring apron and kicks John in the head! And then Kidd springboards in and hits the elbow drop! Tyson covers, 1…2…NO! Kick out by John Cena! Tyson then stands up Cena and tries for a neckbreaker! But Cena shoves Tyson into the corner! Kidd comes charging back out, but Cena nails a back body drop!

Cena turns around as here comes Tyson Kidd once more, but John nails him with a gutwrench suplex! But Kidd is relentless as he quickly stands back up and charges John again! But Cena hits a side slam! And I think it’s time for the Five Knuckle Shuffle. But right after Cena does the “You can’t see me taunt” Randy Orton’s music hits! Randy Orton comes running down to the ring and slides in! And Cena and Orton are going at it! There throwing right hands back and forth! But Orton is gaining the upper hand as he backs John into the corner and begins kicking him in the stomach.

But here is Tyson Kidd behind Randy and he is begins nailing forearm smashes to Orton’s back! But that only angers Randy as he turns around and begins striking Tyson! He tosses Tyson into the ropes and then nails a huge scoop slam! Orton is smiling but then turns back around to go after Cena! But John is waiting for him and he picks him up onto his shoulders and nails the AA. The fans cheer for John as Orton rolls out of the ring and Cena checks on Tyson Kidd!
Winner: Tyson Kidd via DQ

Match 5 (10)~
Divas Match
Layla vs. Kaitlyn
Layla comes out first to a decent reaction. Out next is Kaitlyn who gets a big pop! This past Monday Kaitlyn actually beat the Divas Champion, Natalya in a non-title match! The bell rings and here we go! The two women lock up, but Layla throws Kaitlyn down to the mat by her hair! Layla then hits the ropes, returns, and tries for a big boot. But Kaitlyn catches Layla’s leg and spins her around. Kaitlyn quickly stands up and Layla turns back around. And Kaitlyn nails a beautiful dropkick to Layla then covers, 1…2…NO! Kick out by Layla!

Kaitlyn smiles and stands up Layla and tosses her into the corner! But when Kaitlyn charges she is met by a stiff elbow to the jaw from Layla. Layla then hops to the top rope, then dives and hits a diving clothesline! The fans cheer for Layla as she then stands up Kaitlyn, but out of nowhere Kaitlyn hits a big spinebuster! And Kaitlyn covers, 1…2…3! And Kaitlyn did it! Kaitlyn beat Layla! She is on a roll! Just then Natalya comes out onto the stage and raises her title belt in the air and Kaitlyn just scowls.
Winner: Kaitlyn

You see Cody Rhodes in his locker room when John Lauranitus walks in.

Rhodes: What the hell do you want?

Lauranitus: I would like to discuss a deal!

Rhodes: I’m listening!

John Lauranitus closes the door behind him! And it is now time for the main event!

Main Event (12)~
World Heavyweight Championship Match
Christian vs. CM Punk©
Christian is out first to a lot of heat! Michael Cole says that John Lauranitus told Christian this is his only chance to regain the Heavyweight Championship! He says after this he will have to go to the back of the waiting line! Christian climbs into the ring and prepares for the match up! Out next is the World Heavyweight Champion, CM Punk! Punk stops at the top of the stage, kneels down, then yells “It’s clobbering time!” Punk walks down to the ring to a big pop! He climbs into the ring and hands his title to the ref who raises it high then hands it to a crew member at ringside! The bell rings and here we go!

The two lock up and as they both struggle for control, CM Punk backs Christian into the corner and the two are just locked up and clawing at each other. The ref breaks up the men and separates them. CM Punk smiles and then Christian meets him in the center of the ring and they lock up once more. But Christian quickly pulls Christian toward him and nails a forearm smash across Punk’s back! Christian then tries for a ddt, but Punk grabs Christian’s legs and flips him onto his back! Punk hangs onto Christian’s legs and kicks him in the knee! Christian screams in pain then Punk kicks Christian’s other knee! Punk then drops down and covers, 1…NO! Quick kick out by Christian!

The fans cheer as Punk then hits the ropes, returns, and tries for the rolling neckbreaker! But Christian counters with a sitout powerbomb! The fans give Christian heat as he then walks to the corner and climbs to the top rope! Christian dives for the Frog Splash. But CM Punk rolls out of the way and Christian hits the mat hard and now both men are down as we head to commercial!

Commercial Break

We return and we see Christian and CM Punk in opposite corners. They charge each other and CM Punk nails the rolling neckbreaker! Punk then stands up and walks into the corner! But before he can climb up Christian comes in behind him and strikes him in the back of the head with an ax handle! Christian then climbs to the top rope and nails a tornado ddt! Christian covers and we might have a new champ, 1…2…NO! Kick out by CM Punk! Christian then stands up Punk and tries for the Killswitch. But Punk counters with an uppercut to Christian’s jaw. Punk then pushes Christian into the corner and charges for the Step Up Knee. But Christian runs out of the corner and Punk collides with the ring post and falls to the mat! CM Punk is hurt but he slowly stands up and turns around! But he turns around right into a Spear from Christian! And this has to be it as Christian covers again, 1…2…NO! CM Punk kicked out! CM Punk survived!

Christian can’t believe it as he once again stands up and heads into the corner. He climbs to the top rope, dives, and nails the Frog Splash. And Christian is on fire but the fans are giving him major heat! He backs off into the corner and lets Punk stand up! Christian then grabs CM and tries for the Killswitch. But CM Punk breaks free and runs into the ropes. Punk rebounds and Christian tries for a clothesline, but Punk ducks it. Christian then turns around right into a roundhouse kick from Punk! The crowd cheers for Punk as he then stands up and walks into the corner! He climbs to the top rope, dives, and connects with the Macho Man Elbow. Cover by Punk, 1…2…NO! Christian got his shoulder up right before the three count!

Punk can’t believe it as he then goes to stand up Christian but gets shoved into the ropes. But when he returns he nails the rolling neckbreaker and the fans cheer! Christian tries to stand but he stumbles into the corner. And CM Punk charges and hits the Step Up Knee, Punk then follows it up with a running bulldog! And CM Punk taunts for the GTS. Christian stands up! Punk lifts him onto his shoulders! And Punk hits the GTS. Christian is down and out and CM Punk locks in the Anaconda Vise. And Christian has no choice but to tap out! And CM Punk retained, CM Punk retained!

Winner: The World Heavyweight Champion, CM Punk

Punk calls for his championship but before he can get it Cody Rhodes Music hits! Rhodes runs down to the ring with his briefcase and he is cashing it in! The ref calls for the bell as Rhodes climbs into the ring! Here we go Punk and Rhodes are unloading on each other! CM Punk then tosses Rhodes into the ropes! Cody rebounds and nails a dropkick! Punk is down as Cody is laughing! And here comes John Lauranitus running down to ringside! Rhodes stands up Punk and hits the Cross Rhodes. Cody covers, 1…2…NO! CM Punk kicked out! But what’s this? Lauranitus is calling for the bell! The bell keeper rings the bell! And Lauranitus grabs a mic.

Lauranitus: Here is your winner and the new World Heavyweight Champion! Cody Rhodes!

Lauranitus grabs the title and Rhodes quickly leaves the ring and grabs it. Lauranitus and the new World Heavyweight Champion, Cody Rhodes walk off. Punk is standing in the ring and is pissed off! Punk got screwed! It’s like the Montreal Screw Job all over again! Rhodes stands on the stage and raises his title belt and laughs at Punk as we go off the air!
