WWE Optimus Raw 7/30/12

Opening Segment (0)~
The opening pyro explodes as WWE Optimus Monday Night Raw comes live on the air! Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler welcome us to the show and hype up a match for tonight, when Big Show & Sheamus take on Tyson Kidd and The Miz! Also The Rock is supposedly here, not to mention The Undertaker will be addressing his actions of last week!

Segment (1)~
Damien Sandow’s music hits and he comes out to a lot of heat. He grabs a mic and climbs into the ring.

Sandow: Please allow me to beg your indulgence for a moment!

The fans boo.

Sandow: It is not I that you should be booing! Because I’m the intellectual savior of the masses! You should be booing the United States Champion, Justin Gabriel! The man who stole a cheap victory thanks to AJ, and took my chances of getting a title match against him at Summerslam!

Just then Justin Gabriel’s music hits. Gabriel walks out with his championship and he walks down to the ring to a big reaction. The fans cheer him on as he climbs into the ring and is handed a mic from a crew member!

Gabriel: Why would these great fans boo one of the best United States Champion in this company’s history? Why would these great fans boo me Damien, because the fact that I beat you is not a good reason! Don’t be upset with me, be upset with AJ! Because quite frankly I’m not happy with her!

Sandow: Please do not pawn the blame onto that beautiful woman!

AJ’s music then hits and she skips down to the ring holding a mic.

Gabriel: AJ I need answers, and I need them now!

AJ: Justin I suppose you’re wondering why I kissed you! And Damien I suppose you are also wondering why I kissed you! I guess all of these fans are wondering why I did what I did! Well it’s simple, I just can’t decide which one of you studs I like more!

The fans cheer.

AJ: Damien, your so hansom, and your so intelligent that you give me goose bumps!

The fans boo.

AJ: And Justin, you are just so talented and sexy!

The fans cheer.

AJ: And at Summerslam, I will reveal who my heart truly lies with…

AJ drops her mic and skips out of the ring.

Sandow: That still decides nothing about the championship!

Ric Flair then comes out onto the stage.

Flair: It’s funny that you say that Damien! Because at Summerslam you will be taking on Justin Gabriel for the United States Championship! Good luck to the both of you.

Damien smiles and drops his mic and goes to charge at Justin. But Justin hits him in the face with the title belt and nocks him to the mat! The fans cheer as Justin stands above his Summerslam opponent and raises his title belt high!

Segment 2 (2)~
Ryback’s music hits and he comes out with a mic. The fans are booing him as he walks down to the ring and climbs in.

Ryback: For the past week I have been taking so much heat for what I did last week to Brodus Clay! So many people are upset because I beat their precious Funkasaurus by count out! The social media is being flooded with hate toward me! Wrestlers in the back have been giving me dirty looks! But the fact still remains that I’m undefeated!

The fans boo Ryback as Brodus Clay’s music hits. He doesn’t even come out with his dancers he just walks down the ramp with a mic and is speaking.

Clay: Ryback look I’m not going to give you crap about beating me by count out, because it was a fair win! But I am going to ask for a rematch right now!

Ryback: OKAY!

The two men throw their mic’s to the outside and a ref rolls into the ring and calls for the bell!

Match 1 (3)~
Singles Match
Ryback vs. Brodus Clay
The two men lock up and Brodus shoves Ryback into the corner! Ryback charges out but gets hit by a clothesline! Brodus then stands up Ryback and while holding him by the neck is unleashing right hands to his opponents face! The fans are cheering for Brodus as he then tosses Ryback into the ropes and on the return nails a shoulder tackle! Brodus then stands up Ryback and nails a fireman carry slam! Clay covers, 1…2…NO! Ryback kicked out at 2!

Brodus then stands up Ryback but gets pushed back. Brodus returns for a big boot, but Ryback dodges and shoves Clay into the corner face first! Brodus stumbles out and is then planted by a big boot from Ryback! Ryback covers, 1...NO! Kick out by Brodus! Ryback then stands up Brodus Clay and he picks him up and nails a suplex! Wow that was impressive! Ryback covers again, 1…NO! Again Brodus Clay kicked out at 1!

Ryback looks pissed that he can’t get past a 1 count! So he stands up Brodus and whips him toward the ref! Clay collides with the ref! Now the ref and Brodus Clay are down! Ryback leaves the ring and grabs a chair! He climbs back in as Brodus Clay is just standing up! And Ryback tosses the chair to Brodus Clay, and the ref is up now! Ryback falls to the mat and acts hurt. The ref sees Brodus with the chair and calls for the bell! And Ryback has won by DQ, but he is still undefeated! The fans give Ryback major heat as he rolls out of the ring and walks off acting hurt. Brodus looks pissed!
Winner: Ryback via DQ

Segment 3 (4)~
The lights go out, and then Chris Jericho’s music hits! The fans give Jericho as he walks down to the ring in his light jacket! He grabs a mic and gets into the ring! He goes to speak but then The Rock’s music hits. The Rock walks out to a huge reaction! He grabs a mic and climbs into the ring!

Rock: Hey Christopher!

The fans cheer.

Jericho: Shut up! Shut up! Last week you hit me with a Rock Bottom for no reason!

Rock: No you see Chris I had a perfectly good reason! I was merely preparing you for our match at Summerslam. Because I promise in that match you will feel the pain of more than just one Rock Bottom!

Jericho: You don’t get it do you Rock? Since I returned after WrestleMania 28, I have done great things! I faced The Undertaker at Extreme Rules!

Rock: And you lost that match you stuck up asshole!

The fans go wild.

Jericho: Rock your judgment is clouded my friend! I promise at Summerslam I will beat you!

Jericho and Rock both drop their mics, and Rock charges Jericho. But Chris catches him with the Codebreaker. And Chris Jericho walks off to major heat leaving The Rock in the ring!

Backstage we see The Prime Time Players with their manager AW! Tonight their tag titles are on the line against Hunico & Comacho!

Match 2 (5)~
Singles Match
Jinder Mahal vs. Santino Marella
Jinder Mahal is already in the ring when Santino’s music hits. Santino comes down to the ring to a lot of cheers! But when he climbs into the ring Jinder grabs him and begins to beat him down! Jinder nails rights and lefts to Santino, and then nails a ddt. Mahal then locks in the Surfboard Stretch. Santino is tapping but Jinder won’t let go! The ref never even could have the bell be rung, so this one is a no contest! Jinder finally lets go and he calls for a mic.

Mahal: Last week Santino defeated me, thanks to the help of that little nuisance named Hornswoggle! But no longer will I be disrespected like I was! Because now I have some friends on my side! Come on out!

Then Mason Ryan, Ricky Steamboat, Cassius Ohno, and Ted Dibiase walk down to the ring and begin to attack Santino Marella! When the assault is finally done Jinder begins to speak again.

Mahal: Please let me introduce you to the newest group that will stop at nothing to reach the top of the charts in WWE! Riot!

The fans boo as Jinder Mahal walks off with his lackies!

Match 3 (6)~
Singles Match
Alex Riley vs. Kane
Alex Riley comes out first to a big reaction. He climbs into the ring as the lights go out. Then Kane’s music hits and out comes the big man! Kane looks pissed off as he climbs into the ring. The bell rings and here we go! Alex begins to unload with body shots to Kane, but nothing affects the big man. Kane just pushes Alex into the ropes and on the return nails a big boot! Kane drops down and covers, 1…NO! Kick out at 1!

Kane then stands up Alex and pushes him into the corner. Kane then charges and nails a big corner splash! And Riley is stumbling around the ring as Kane charges and nails a running ddt. Kane covers again, 1…2…NO! Kick out by Alex Riley again! Kane then stands up Alex and tries for a suplex, but Riley pokes Kane in the eye! Then nails a rising knee lift that nocks Kane into the corner! And Alex charges and connects with a flying forearm smash! Riley is now standing in the center of the ring and Kane is stumbling toward him! And Alex tries for the Spinebuster. But Kane counters into a ddt! Kane covers again, 1…2…NO! Riley kicked out! Riley kicked out!

Kane then stands up and waits for his opponent to stand! Riley is up now and Kane tries for the Chokeslam. But Riley kicks Kane in the knee, and Kane drops Alex. Alex hits the ropes, returns, and nails a shoulder tackle! And Riley hits the ropes again as Kane stands up! And Riley hits a second shoulder tackle! Riley runs into the ropes again, Kane rises and takes a third shoulder tackle from Alex! And now Riley stands up Kane and tosses him into the ropes! On the return Alex nails the Spinebuster. And Alex is on fire! And I think he might try for the Your Dismissed.

Kane stands up and Alex tries for his finisher! But Kane deflects it and grabs Riley by the neck. But before Kane can lift up Alex, Alex elbows Kane in the stomach! Kane losses his grip and A-Ry nails the Your Dismissed. Riley covers, 1…2…NO! Kick out by Kane! Kane kicked out!

Alex Riley is shocked so he stands up Kane again and tries for a clothesline, but Kane reverses and finally nails the Chokeslam. And I think Kane finally wants his main finisher. Riley slowly rises to his feet and Kane tries for the Tombstone Piledriver. But while upside down Alex kicks Kane in the head and Kane drops Alex! Riley stands up Kane and nails the Your Dismissed for a second time! Riley covers, 1…2…3! And Alex Riley did it! Riley beat Kane! Riley is celebrating big! And we can only wonder what The Undertaker is going to say to Kane later tonight! Because he is obviously in Kane’s head at this point!
Winner: Alex Riley

WWE Tag Team Championship Match
Hunico & Comacho vs. WWE Tag Team Champions, The Prime Time Players/w AW
Hunico & Comacho are already in the ring taking heat when PTP’s music hits. The Prime Time Players comes down to the ring to a lot of cheers! The climb into the ring and hand their titles to the ref! It looks like Darren Young and Hunico will be starting off this match! The bell rings and here we go! Darren and Hunico lock up in the center of the ring, and Hunico goes behind Darren and nails a belly to back suplex! Hunico then stands up and hits the ropes, he returns and nails a leg drop! Hunico covers, 1…NO! Young kicked out at 1!

Hunico then stands up Darren and walks him to his corner! Hunico extends Darren’s arm, and then tags in Comacho. And Comacho springboards in and nails a leg drop across Young’s arm! And Darren is in obvious pain, as Comacho stands him up and nails a fisherman suplex! Comacho then stands up Darren again and nails a release suplex! Now Comacho locks in a headlock submission! But Darren is fighting to reach his corner! Darren is slowly moving across the mat, he reaches out, and tags in Titus O’Neil!

Titus comes in and Comacho quickly fleas and tags in Hunico. Comacho rolls out of the ring and Hunico looks pissed that Comacho ran out. But Hunico steps into the ring still looking at Comacho, and when he turns he his met by a big boot from Titus O’Neil. Titus covers, 1…2…NO! Hunico kicked out at 2! Titus then stands up Hunico and tosses him into the corner! Titus charges and nails a corner clothesline! Titus then picks Hunico up and puts him onto the top rope! O’Neil climbs up also and tries for a superplex! But Hunico shoves Titus off the ropes! Hunico dives and nails a crossbody on O’Neil! Hunico covers, 1….2…NO! Darren Young broke up the pin!

But here comes Comacho! Comacho quickly charges Darren, but Darren nails a huge dropkick to Comacho that sends the man into the corner! Darren then pulls Titus into their corner and checks on the man! As Titus is slowly standing up he doesn’t see Hunico tag in Comacho! And Hunico charges Titus, but O’Neil easily just pushes Hunico into the corner face first! But before Titus can continue to attack Hunico, the legal man Comacho spins his opponent around and nails a roundhouse kick! Comacho covers, 1…2…3!

And Comacho did it! Comacho just pinned Titus O’Neil! Hunico & Comacho have got a cheap victory here tonight but nonetheless they are the new WWE Tag Team Champions! Hunico & Comacho quickly leave the ring and grab their title belts! They walk off to a lot of heat.
Winners: The new WWE Tag Team Champions, Hunico & Comacho

Segment 4 (8)~
Backstage Kane is in his locker room and he is just tearing the room apart! He rips a locker door off its hinge and throws it into a TV. Suddenly the door opens but you don’t see who is there.

Kane: What are you doing here?

The door closes.

Match 5 (9)~
Divas Match
Divas Champion, Natalya vs. Kelly Kelly
Both women are in and the bell rings. Natalya right away begins to attack Kelly Kelly! Natalya tosses Kelly out of the ring and then follows. Natalya reaches under the ring and grabs a kendo stick and she smacks Kelly with it! The ref calls for the bell! But Natalya continues here assault! But here comes Katelyn running down to ringside! And now her and Natalya are trading blows! The fans are going wild! But here comes security! They run down and separate the two women as Ric Flair comes onto the stage!

Flair: Natalya your actions out here were uncalled for! And that is why at Summerslam you will defend your title in a triple threat against Katelyn and Kelly Kelly!

The fans cheer, as security haul off Natalya! Katelyn checks on Kelly.
Winner: Kelly Kelly via DQ

Match 6 (10)~
Tag Team Match
Big Show & Sheamus vs. The Miz & Tyson Kidd
Big Show’s music hits and he comes out with Sheamus. The fans give the two men heat as they walk down to the ring! Then Tyson Kidd’s music hits! Tyson comes down to the ring with The Miz! The two climb into the ring and get set for action! Tyson Kidd and Sheamus will be starting this one off as the bell rings! Sheamus charges for a Brogue Kick. But Tyson ducks and Sheamus gets caught in the ropes! And Tyson begins to attack Sheamus with punches and kicks! Sheamus finally gets out of the ropes but Tyson takes him down with a shoulder tackle!

The fans cheer as Tyson then hits the ropes, returns and nails a leg drop! Kidd then stands up, runs to the corner, hits the second turnbuckle, and nails a moonsault! And Kidd is on fire as he stands up, leaps over the ropes, lands on the apron, and goes to springboard back in. But Big Show pushes him off the apron. Show follows and grabs Tyson and smacks his face against the steel steps then rolls him back in the ring! But Tyson tags in Miz as Sheamus stands up! Miz climbs to the top rope, dives, and nails a diving clothesline! Miz covers, 1…2…NO! Sheamus kicked out!

Miz then stands up Sheamus and sends him into the ropes. But on the return gets hit by a clothesline from Sheamus! Sheamus then stands up Miz and nails the White Noise. Sheamus covers, 1…2…NO! Tyson Kidd broke up the pin! Sheamus then tags in Big Show. Big Show comes in as Miz rises! And Miz gets hit by the W.M.D. and Show covers, 1…2…3! Big Show and Sheamus celebrate as Miz and Tyson walk off!
Winners: Big Show & Sheamus

Main Event Segment (11)~
The lights go out but instead of Taker’s music hitting its Kane’s! Kane walks down to the ring.

Kane: Brother get out here and explain yourself!

The gong echoes through the arena and here comes Taker! He slowly walks to the ring with a mic.

Taker: Kane the reason I attacked you last week is because you’re the reason I nearly lost at WrestleMania 28! Kane you got beat up by Randy Orton on the first night of WWE Optimus Raw and were injured! And you spoke to me and told me it was my duty to avenge you! You made me guilty so I did! I challenged Randy Orton to a match at WrestleMania! And in that match I almost lost! And it was all because of you! The streak never should have come that close to being ended! And I blame you!

The fans cheer.

Kane: Do you want me to tell you something brother? I injured myself! Randy Orton did nothing! I injured myself and set you up! I wanted Randy Orton to end you! I wanted the streak to die because I’m tired of being second to you!

Taker: If that’s the case then I challenge you to a match at Summerslam!

Kane: Done!

Kane drops the mic and his music hits. Kane walks off to major heat!
