The WWE Is Going Downhill

Does anyone else think that the WWE is going downhill fast? And that TNA has actually become competition for the WWE? Now don’t jump the gun and say I’m jumping on the TNA bandwagon, or that if I don’t like the WWE then I should stop watching. But think about it. Since the three hour time change for Raw what have we seen? I’ll tell you what; we have seen a regular two hour Raw with an hour of replays and more commercials. I mean I can’t say I expected anything different but I still had hope.

If you compare WWE’s roster to TNA’s roster I would have to say TNA is way more balanced. Just think TNA actually has three categories on their roster, low card, mid card, and the main eventers. Then look at WWE, they have everyone involved in the WWE/WHC title scene, and then everyone else! I hear people complain about the mid card division in the WWE, but the fact of the matter is, there is no mid card. Until they don’t start moving guys around they are going to have serious problems (more than they already do).

Guys like Brodus Clay, Ryback, Damien Sandow, Santino Marella, and Zack Ryder all need legitimate feuds. And why the hell didn’t Cody Rhodes win the MITB? Because I don’t understand Dolph Ziggler winning the match, because he has been in and out of the title scene for the past year or so. And it’s sad for me to see guys like Rhodes and the others I listed be mistreated like they are because I started watching the WWE because of a mid-carder. And his name is Wade Barrett, and it was when he was a part of the Nexus. And of course they were pretty much in the main event scene but they were all mid card guys.

And what about AW being fired, I really don’t understand why he got fired! Yea what he said was obviously offensive but who cares. If Vince McMahon wasn’t so whipped by his wife and worried about her campaign or on such a short lease with his sponsors. Then what AW said wouldn’t have mattered. If Vince would surround himself with sponsors that don’t actually give a shit and are just on the long haul because it’s the WWE (one of the biggest sources of entertainment). Then he wouldn’t have to worry about taking heat from sponsors or the public in general for things like AW said. I mean back when Teddy Long was GM he made endless amount of sexual jokes to Aksana and nobody made a fuss about it, why complain now! Please Vince just stick your middle finger to the world!

And now I’m going to rant on Alberto Del Rio, or my personal favorite name for him Alberto Del Stink (childish? No not at all, because it’s true). Look how they built him up, oh wait that’s right they didn’t build him. They threw him into the Royal Rumble and he won, then they instantly shoved him down our throats like him winning the Rumble wasn’t enough. Look at how TNA brought up Austin Aries, that’s how you properly build someone. Pay attention WWE; learn something from your competition.

And please do not start on the rants on me that I don’t like WWE. Because I do like the WWE, no I love the WWE. I love watching it week in and week out, but the fact of the matter is that I also get upset watching it week in and week out. So until the WWE actually creates a low card and mid card I will be upset! Until the WWE actually puts ADR where he belongs in the low card (or fired for all I care) I will be upset! Until they get Sheamus out of the World Title scene I will be upset!

Until these problems are still around the WWE will continue to go downhill, and downhill fast. And within 10 years they probolly will not exist if they continue to do what they are doing! And let's be real TNA probolly wont exist in 10 years either! I'm seriously concerned for wrestling! And I’m sorry for those who disagree to this but this is my opinion, and on fourdown we are allowed to voice are opinions and that’s what I’m doing here.
