Desmond Wolfe and Sheamus Already Big Favorites?

I saw on the home page of the site that Desmond Wolfe was one of the top 10 highest voted favorites for last week.  I thought that was pretty crazy and so checked out what the top wrestlers so far this month are.  It's interesting to me to see who all of us are picking as our favorites and I think proves that most of the people here are real wrestling fans. 

These are the top 15 so far for November:

Cena and Undertaker having the top spots isn't surprising, the two top world champions.  That Chris Jericho is right under them proves that the people voting here are people who appreciate how great he is.  Then Styles, the TNA champ, right after.  That is pretty surprising to me since I would think most people pick WWE guys, and maybe that bodes well for TNA's future.  Then HHH and Orton - HHH isn't a surprise but again having a top heel so high in our list of favorites is a cool thing. 

Kingston right behind is another of the pleasant surprises.  I hope WWE keeps his roll going.

Christian, Big Show, and Shawn Michaels next.  No surprises there, but it is nice to see the ECW champ get some respect.  Well, Big Show is a bit of a surprise, but Jericho has helped him pick his game up. 

Then the big shock for me.  Desmond Wolfe at #11.  I don't really know much about him, I know he was Nigel McGuinness from Ring of Honor but I never saw any of his matches.  I am intrigued about seeing him at Turning Point since he seems to be getting a lot of early praise from all of you.

Then Punk, Miz, and Sheamus.  I bet Punk would be higher if WWE hadn't just fed him to Undertaker and are now making him a small bit player in Team Orton vs Team Kingston.  The Miz should be higher in my opinion but considering he's on this list and Morrison (who I'd say belongs before Big Show) isn't is interesting.  And then another shock - Sheamus coming in at 15.  (and the list went down to around 60 different wrestlers people had voted for)  He's another one like Kofi - WWE has something special with him right now and they need to keep it up.  There's no reason to feed him to HHH or Cena or cut his feet out from under him like they just did with Jack Swagger.

I love that the site has this feature, it's really fun to see how things change from month to month over the last 2 years.
