From the way John Cena spoke tonight, it almost sounded like he was planning on not challenging for the championship until WrestleMania - and was going to remain undefeated until then. (ugh, great, steal something that could have made Jack Swagger a bigger star and give it to someone who doesn't need it and who we're sick of)
So who would be a good challenger for Sheamus at the Royal Rumble? One would HAVE to think he's dropping the title there, since there's no chance he's going into WM at the champ. I suppose he could keep it til Elimination Chamber, but I think the champ going into EC is best as a face than a heel.
Out of the Raw superstars, I would like to see him potentially face:
Triple H - the irresistible force meets the immovable object kind of thing
Mark Henry - someone bigger and stronger than Sheamus, big man vs big man
Jack Swagger - another great physique to match up against him
What would you guys like to see?

We all said Sheamus had no chance of challenging for the championship let alone winning it, so I don't think its out of the question for him to keep the belt until 'Mania. The biggest obstacle is the Elimination Chamber, but I would assume Cena would at least challenge him at the Rumble unless he is the first guy in a long time to not utilize his rematch clause. I'd like to see HHH or Shawn Michaels fight get a shot at the world title. I'm kinda tired or seein Orton and Cena as champ. Don't get me wrong Cena is an awesome champ, Orton too, but I think its time for someone else to carry the torch. I think Sheamus has the potential, but I don't think he's the next big thing. Jack Swagger could easily go face against Sheamus, simply because Swagger is earning respect quickly with the fans. Since leaving ECW, Swagger has impressed me time and again, and I would love to see him win Sheamus' title. The face turn wouldn't be hard, how about Cena vs Orton, sheamus interferes, costing orton the match. i want to see some guy come in for a few months, toss around some 150 pound weaklings, get labeled as a bad ass for doing so, then in a ridiculous move by wwe management get thrust into the spotlight match and actually win the title. oh wait, i guess that already happened. i rather see santino as champ than sheamus!
