WWE Superstars for August 20th - Match Line-Up and Thoughts
WWE Superstars on WGN America August 20th, 2009 at 8pm Eastern
On the next "WWE Superstars," Raw Superstars Mark Henry will go head-to-head with Chris Masters. Will The World's Strongest Man steamroll his competition or fall victim to the dreaded Masterlock?
On "WWE Superstars," Shelton Benjamin will face off against ECW's favorite surfer, Tyler Reks. Will The Gold Standard put a stop to the rise of this exciting young Superstar?
SmackDown's rapping Superstar, R-Truth will appear on "WWE Superstars" to compete against Charlie Haas. Can Haas' impressive amateur background compete with the unorthodox style of R-Truth?
Two of Raw's sexiest, smartest and powerful Divas will collide on "WWE Superstars," when Kelly Kelly challenges Beth Phoenix. But can the athletic Kelly compete wtih the power of The Glamazon?
Wow, this sounds like a pretty awesome edition of Superstars! Seems like they're coming on strong with the matches now.
Masters and Henry - well, I'm hoping this is a dominant performance by Henry. He needs it more than Masters, though I'm wondering why they brought Masters back to the company if all he's going to do is job out to everyone.
Benjamin and Reks should have a pretty good match. I'm enjoying both guys over on ECW now.
And hey, R-Truth is going to squash Haas! Cool, cause I want to see R-Truth back in the IC title picture soon. (maybe once Ziggler gets the title and lets Mysterio move on to challenge Punk or Hardy)
Divas match.. hey, at least they've got divas on the show. Phoenix is the best female wrestler around!
