Edge to Return at Hell in a Cell?
I just saw Cletus must have added a new question to the Hell in a Cell PPV game. Asking if Vickie Guerrero or Edge will interfere in the CM Punk vs Undertaker match.
I think this is interesting. I saw Edge and Vickie were also choices in the "who really was behind the screwjob of Undertaker" question.
Cletus, do you know something we don't?
The reasons I wonder are -
- Undertaker and Edge have had a HIAC match before
- Taker sent Edge to HELL
- Vickie originally banned the Hell's Gate move
- Vickie and Edge have had huge feuds with Taker
- There's a TLC PPV in December and Edge is the most associated person with that type of match. I doubt Taker can compete in a TLC match in his condition. Edge probably can't but could take on some type of role at the event.
And another reason is spoilered in this blog post, it's a spoiler for Smackdown so don't click to read unless you're okay with that!
Anyway I'm just wondering if we're on the verge of seeing Edge return to Smackdown, possibly as the General Manager. If not Edge, perhaps Vickie. Where that would leave Teddy Long - honestly, I don't care too much!

I agree with the whole Vickie/Edge thing. It'll happen at HIAC. But that's setting up for a final feud with Vince. No matter what happens, Vince is behind the screw job of the Undertaker. Vincent Kennedy McMahon..... Remember the Corporate Ministry?!?! Nothing has changed. Edge is gonna try to take Teddy Long's spot on Smackdown. I don't know how that's gonna work, but seeable. Oh yeah!! Don't get a possible love triangle with the new guy she was with on Smackdown. If Edge is GM, he's gonna drag the new guy into matches with the Undertaker. It's gonna be a while before Edge gets in the ring with Taker. I see a lot of DQ matches in their future. In other matches, The Miz will win the US title while John Morrison drops the I-C belt to Ziggler via interference from the Miz. In life, there are winners, and there are losers. That's gonna set up John Morrison taking the US title from the Miz at the Royal Rumble. Alicia Fox is gonna mop the floor with Mickie James. Mickie hasn't had a decent opponent in months. Alicia Fox will be the new Women's Champ. I'm torn about the WWE Championship match. I think Randy Orton is gonna take this some how, some way. I just feel it. Cena has had the title on numerous occassions and I believe the crowd is kinda bored with Cena. I like him, but what my outlook is on things is not what pays Vince McMahon's bills. I'm going with Randy Orton. CM Punk is going to win because Edge is gonna give himself a Freebie card to wrestle him anytime. Just like CM Punk did to win the title. It was an Edge move to start with. Edge is gonna exercise it again. Who cares about the tag title match. On paper, Jericho & Big Show should be the tag team champion until a team like Kronik comes around and beats them. That ain't gonna happen because Brian Adams is dead.
