Mark Henry to retire in the next 1 1/2 years?
In a recent interview Overseas Mark Henry said this Quote
A relative veteran at 39, Henry says he will bow out within the next 18 months to leave at the top of his game despite having "a good three years left in me"

I think I will miss the big guy he's not the best but he's not bad IMO. I just wish h would have gotten a real push and not phony WWECW Push.

I agree WWE has used and abused Mark at times. But he has been faithful and loyal. I wish he would have gotten a title push with a real title like the wwe or whc even if it was for a 24 hr title push like Kane's first title push. I to will miss him when he goes. Last year Kane got a loooooooong overdue push where he dominated Undertaker and held the World Title for months. Mark Henry deserved the same thing for all his years of high level service, but his needed to happen 3 or 4 years ago because he's not the same guy he used to be. I just read about this. I will too miss Mark. He did have a decent title push as the WWE European Champion, but he definitely deserved more, even if it was the WWE Intercontinental Championship, but it'd be nice for a World Title run. I remember the segment with Mark Henry and Mae Young where she gave birth to a hand. That was a classic segment between the two. I respect Mark and if he did win a World Title, it should've been in 2006 when he was feuding for the title with Kurt Angle and then went on to feud with Undertaker in the Casket Match at Wrestlemania 22. Mark deserves better, but now he is either jobbing or he's winning on Superstars with rare appearances on Raw. Posted on March 25, 2011 at 8:18 PM |
