Finley Officially released
Not that this matters that much but Finley has been relased.

There was an incident at Friday's Raw house show in Champaign, Illinois where The Miz interrupted the National Anthem to setup the opening bout against Randy Orton. The segment, scripted by Finlay, upset members of the National Guard who were in attendance.
As one of WWE's business partners WWE acted accordingly and terminated Finlay, a long-time backstage producer, for scripting the segment. This explains why his profile was removed from the official WWE website.

Finlay was doing two things in the WWE before he's been released. He was a producer and doing behind the scenes work, as well as being a trainer for the Florida Championship Wrestling development territory in Florida. He was helping a lot of the younger guys with their in ring work and promos. Finlay was a great talent and he did help a lot of the younger stars succeed. I am sorry to see him leave to because a lot of younger superstars aren't going to have him as a mentor anymore. Posted on March 29, 2011 at 7:42 PM |
