Yet Another Smark Predicts the Rumble
Card subject to change, of course. The card as it stands right now is fairly solid so I don't expect them to change much except the Rumble participants and maybe add another match. Of course, I'd prefer if the card was fully announced about a month ahead of time so we have solid build up but whatever.
ECW Championship
Jack SWAGGAH (c) vs. Matthew the Tornado Slapper
Prediction: Swagger wins via pinfall (All-American Smarm)
Swagger sure is getting pushed to the moon, isn't he? He certainly has enough heat to warrant it and the way his attitude comes off makes people want to pay to see him get punched in the mouth. I don't see that stopping at the Rumble; expect Matt to get pinned cleanly to help elevate Jack even more. Of course, whey they couldn't have him win the title at the Rumble is beyond me but that's another topic.

He means WM 25 is the 25th WrestleMania. HHH hasn't won at a WM in a long time. I don't think HHH put people over at so many WMs with the idea he'd get a big win at WM25. Hell, what if he got injured again and had to miss it? Then that plan would have been all for nothing! 1/21/09 11:45 PM |
