That's right, the best season of the year for the WWE fans is now upon us! This season, PPV-wise, begins with WWE's Royal Rumble (yes, TNA's Genesis comes to us first for the season, but let's be honest.. who cares with the Rumble right after?!), and culminates with WrestleMania 25!
There are a number of pending questions here at the site that will definitely be answered during the season. Certainly, the Royal Rumble questions that were asked back in October could make a few of our users very happy after that show ends!
I've just added three new questions to the site as well. A few that will hopefully get you in the mood for the 3-month Road to WrestleMania we're about to head out on! Two are asking who you think will be challenging for the two big titles (WWE and World Heavyweight), while the third question is asking you to pick who you think will walk away with the Money in the Bank briefcase this year! I've put a few unlikely picks in there, but I believe this list will likely include all of the entrants in the match. (I am personally hoping to see Shelton Benjamin get his chance to have a standard match on the show this year!)
Good luck! We have at least one new league joining in to play this season (though many new leagues just signed up near the end of season 3, likely to make a big impact this season) - so let's all welcome WrestlingForums.Net (visit their website)!
Also, mentioned before but they were really only warming up in the last two PPVs getting ready to show their stuff in season 4, but Talk Wrestling Online (visit their website) looks like they could be one of the big dogs! And if you're running a league and want to see what TWO does to explain how the process goes, check out this page to see a nice example on how you can show your members how to get in on the action!
And as always, we'd like to remind you all to check out the Drunkcast wrestling & MMA podcast! The top 3 winners of every PPV can send in a shout-out that will get read on the air of the show! You can find all episodes of Drunkcast over on a great site I only recently found out about (through the Drunkcast show, incidentally) - AngryMarks.com! (click here for the specific page listing episodes of Drunkcast amongst other shows)
Also, in addition to the awesome Drunkcast shout-outs you can win (because hey, who doesn't like to hit on their favorite WWE diva on the air, by way of having a drunk host read your love letter?!), StevieJ over at AngryMarks is also going to offer shout-outs on his show (also available at the link above) to ANYONE WHO BEATS HIM at predicting the Royal Rumble! That's right, ANYONE! So I say we need to get a couple hundred of us to knock his socks off so that he's stuck reading shout-outs until he passes out!
But please note that the Drunkcast show is not meant for the youngest of children (though if your parents approve, you're good to go!) and I can't say for sure that any other wrestling radio shows you'll find will be rated G to PG, either. That's not to say they talk about anything sick (well, not all the time!), but as we've got quite a few young players here, I can't link to shows without giving a little warning. But if you're of age, check the shows out! Wrestling radio is too much fun for when you're on the go and need something fun to listen to.

| # StevieJ | That's right, cletus is not BS'ing you. I don't care if it's 5, 55 or 555 people - if you beat me at predicting the Royal Rumble and you want a shoutout on the AngryMarks Podcast you've got it. The only catch is that you have to cash in your shoutout between your score being posted and 9 PM EST the Thursday after the Rumble, because that Thursday night we'll read entries from all the winners. You can PM them to me here, or at F4W, or e-mail them to me directly via steviej at angrymarks.com. Good luck! 12/28/08 7:34 PM |

| fourdown (fourdown.org) #whodat WHO DAT! Bret Hart in WWE and the Saints win the Superbowl! | |
| apsouthern (Andrew Southern) ECW scores are in @fourdown.org - enjoy while it lasts... | |
| WWEsAngel_Nef (Tenechia Haynes) @fourdown The crowd was already popping HARD for Orton during the breaks. It was crazy RKO chants all night. | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) Season rankings are all done now. | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) If Shawn Michaels faces Undertaker at WM26, it will be HBK's first PPV singles match since facing Undertaker at WM25. Most likely. | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) Rankings for the Rumble are complete! Now I'm scoring all the free-floating Rumble questions, then season ranks will be run. | |
| apsouthern (Andrew Southern) @fourdown no problem | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) @apsouthern I doubt there's any reason I'd need to use the backup. If I need to, I'll make a backup of the scores you entered first. Thanks! | |
| apsouthern (Andrew Southern) @fourdown Just put RR scores in for 4-UP - do you need me to do them again if you're running a back-up? | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) Getting ready to run the results for the Royal Rumble now. Making a quick backup of the database first. :) | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) @sagefreehaven LOL | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) @WWEsAngel_Nef I would love to see Orton set up the RKO with a kick to the gut. The crowd would go crazy, | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) Orton seems more over in this match than he ever was during his first world title reign. | |
| apsouthern (Andrew Southern) @fourdown Yeah I noticed you'd run them, never mind - I'm trying to keep track of the Rumble as well | |
| fourdown (fourdown.org) @apsouthern I already ran the scores for last week. I want to say I gave McCool points for being in a match, but none for winning. |
