Who are the next stars jumping from WWE to TNA and from TNA to WWE?

I really wish I had built this site back in the late 90s, when WWE, WCW, and ECW were all running.  Questions about who'd be next to jump between those three companies were a lot of fun to discuss on the wrestling forums back then.  It was a lot like trying to predict who'd be the next guy to join the nWo, when they were still hot. 

When WCW and ECW ended, these kinds of questions pretty much ended with them.  But maybe for a year now, I feel like a lot of guys in TNA have gotten me interested in their characters..  and now I'm starting to think about what TNA guys I'd like to see on WWE television.  TNA's still miles away from WWE when it comes to booking and production values, but a growing number of wrestlers in TNA are creating compelling characters or putting on incredible matches in spite of the problems that plague TNA management. 

When Christian would end up back on WWE TV, after being in TNA for a few years, was one of the hot topics earlier this year.  So I thought it was a good time to put up these two questions - questions asking you to predict who'll be next showing up in TNA or WWE.

The questions are worth 40 points each - almost a third of the total amount of points available in non-prize PPVs!  You're presented with a group of 10 guys, who may or may not be currently active in the other organization, and you're asked to pick who'll be the first of the group that will show up for either TNA or WWE.  You only have a few weeks to make your picks, but the questions have no time limit - you could earn 40 points in Season 100 here on the site if it takes that long before any of the 10 ever join the company.  10 years from now, you can PROVE you picked John Cena jumping to TNA - just show them your answer here on the site!

cletus42o's Thoughts: I made sure not to put a guy like Triple H on the list of choices, since something like that will never happen (99.999% sure on that..)..  though a few here might seem unlikely, like John Cena.  (who currently has no votes)  Sid Vicious and Val Venis leading - Vicious has been rumored to be trying out with WWE a number of times over the year.  Not sure I can recall hearing his name and TNA together, but it doesn't seem impossible.  Venis has been gone from WWE for a while, but while I always loved his work, I have a hard time seeing him fit into TNA.  Hope he's enjoying life, though. 

The #3 and #4 choices seem the most likely to me - Jeff Hardy has already been in TNA before, and though they weren't on the best of terms (story of his life?), TNA would be crazy not to go after him if he lets his WWE contract run out without re-signing.  Tommy Dreamer's contract is also up soon, and it didn't sound like WWE had any plans to keep him around longer - so I could definitely see him jumping to TNA.  Maybe not as a wrestler, but I'm sure he'd end up having a match or two for the company one day.  With Tazz reportedly being a done deal for TNA, and likely in a role where he's heavily involved with Samoa Joe, they could easily have Dreamer take on a similar role with one of Tazz's opponents.

The rest of the list is more unlikely to happen anytime soon, but if none of the others end up jumping, any of the names are possible one day.  The one I'd be most shocked about would be Jim Ross, but he's put up with a lot from WWE - he'd definitely help TNA seem more appealing to WWE fans, so maybe he'll wanna lend them a hand someday.

cletus42o's Thoughts: Kurt Angle dominating in this question.  It's been rumored a lot the past year that Angle wants to go back to WWE.  I think it's more a question of if WWE would want him back, given the way he departed.  But anything and everything happens in wrestling. 

The rest of the list is pretty close.  I've always heard WWE just simply has no interest in any of the TNA homegrown talent.  I'd love to see Styles, Roode, Joe, and Daniels in WWE someday, just to see what they can do on the bigger stage.  I hope one day we'll get to see it. 

Sting, I've always said I'd like to see him have his final run with WWE.  The last dream matches in professional wrestling involve Sting, as far as I'm concerned.  He's been on the decline lately in TNA, but I'd bet he'd get it back if he were involved in feuds with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, or (especially, so save this for his retirement match) The Undertaker.  Always heard he has no interest in it, but if they could just use him as a special attraction, only wrestling a few big dates a year, I think he'd be crazy not to do it.  I'll hold onto hope for a few more years.  He's not going to be able to go well enough to make it special if he waits too long to give it a go with them!
