WWE Elimination Chamber - Live Scoring & Results

I'll be covering the Elimination Chamber PPV tonight, keeping all the results and the current scoring for the game right here in this blog post.  If you want to stay up-to-date with the results, along with the complete list of eliminations in each Chamber match, then stick around!  We'll begin with the results as soon as the PPV gets underway!  This blog post is going up at 6pm Eastern, so still 2 hours away from the start of the show..  but as soon as the show starts, I'll be updating this entry!

If at any time the eliminations I list look wrong to you, please let me know.  Some eliminations are tough to track if multiple people are involved in the elimination.  But I'll double-check my results before scoring the PPV later tonight.

I am being challenged by multiple people tonight - three, in fact.  I haven't taken on multiple people in a while.  My challengers are kaihtafc, roadkill25, and Apostle.  You can follow the progress of our scores in this blog.

As you can see below, the blog will start with some fill-in-the-blanks.  I'll update each list live throughout the show.  Below the lists you'll find the actual results for the PPV, and then the very bottom is the full prediction game with my and my challengers' picks for the show.

The Elimination Chamber PPV is starting now! Stay tuned for results!

Match #1: The WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match - Sheamus (c) vs Triple H vs John Cena vs Randy Orton vs Ted DiBiase Jr vs Kofi Kingston

Order of Entry to the Chamber: #1 John Cena (enters pod), #2 Ted DiBiase Jr (enters pod), #3 Randy Orton (enters pod), #4 Triple H (enters pod), #5 Kofi Kingston (entrant #1), #6 Sheamus (entrant #2).

Triple H is the first man released from a pod entering at #3.

Randy Orton is released second, entering at #4 to a huge pop.

Ted DiBiase is the #5 entrant to the match. Still no eliminations. DiBiase helps Orton to his feet and they begin to double-team Triple H, then Sheamus, then Kofi. They force Kofi's head through the chains of the Chamber.

John Cena is the final entrant to the match.

Randy Orton saved Ted DiBiase from an STFU from Cena. Cody Rhodes appears - and brings a pipe to the ring. He hands the pipe to Ted DiBiase. That's interference! DiBiase hits both Cena and Orton with the pipe.

DiBiase eliminates Orton after the shot with the pipe to score the first elimination in the match.

Kofi hits Trouble in Paradise on Ted DiBiase and scores the second elimination.

Sheamus hits the Razor's Edge on Kofi and gets the third elimination.

Sheamus had Cena in the Razor's Edge but was rescued by Triple H. Triple H hits the Pedigree on Sheamus and scores the fourth elimination.

Triple H taps out to the STFU - John Cena scores the final elimination and is the new WWE Champion.

Match #2: Batista vs John Cena (c) for the WWE Championship

Vince McMahon came out and ordered this match to happen immediately. (so much for Edge vs Batista!) Batista wins after a Batista Bomb and is the new WWE Champion. That's 2 title changes so far!

Match #3: Kane vs Drew McIntyre (c) for the Intercontinental Championship

Drew McIntyre wins with the Future Shock DDT by pinfall. No interference.

Match #4: Diva's Championship Tournament Finals - Maryse vs Gail Kim for the Diva's Championship

Wait.. Vickie Guerrero has come out and ordered this match changed. To a tag team match. Team Smackdown Divas vs Team Raw Divas.

Match #4: Michelle McCool & Layla vs Maryse & Gail Kim

Great, so the Diva's Championship match has to get thrown out now! McCool picks up the win by pinfall after the Faith Breaker on Gail Kim. Maryse attacks Gail Kim after the match and hits the French Kiss on her.

Backstage The Miz is interviewed to promote NXT. Miz mentions that Daniel Bryan is both an internet sensation and "King of the Indies." He's also heeling it up quite a bit against Bryan - looks like they're already really setting up a program. MVP then appears and informs us that The Miz will have a match later.

William Regal comes out to the ring to hype NXT. Edge interrupts Regal (he's not dressed to compete) and makes his way into the ring. Edge lets us know that tomorrow night on Raw he'll let us know which champion he's going to challenge at WrestleMania - then spears Regal and leaves.

Match #5: MVP vs The Miz (c) for the United States Championship

Another match that isn't part of the prediction game. Should've been announced on this past Raw! What gives WWE?

Big Show accompanies The Miz to the ring. And Mark Henry does the same with MVP.

The Miz wins after a long match after Big Show knocks MVP out while the referee can't see. They gave Miz and MVP a decent amount of time and as a result this was a pretty good match!

Match #6: The World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber - The Undertaker (c) vs Chris Jericho vs R-Truth vs Rey Mysterio vs John Morrison vs CM Punk

Order of Entry to the Chamber: #1 Rey Mysterio (enters pod), #2 John Morrison (enters pod), #3 Chris Jericho (enters pod), #4 The Undertaker (enters pod), #5 CM Punk (entrant #1), #6 R-Truth (entrant #2).

So everyone has entered the Chamber as scheduled. No one has stolen a spot.

CM Punk eliminates R-Truth with the GTS. Punk, alone in the ring, gets the mic and starts cutting a promo. I've got my hand on the screen - Punk is flowing right through me.

Rey Mysterio enters as the #3 entrant to the match. Punk gains the upper hand eventually and swings Rey like a baseball bat into the Chamber wall. We get a good shot of the crazy clown people sitting at ringside - return of Doink the Clown? Rey then gets thrown like a dart into a pod wall.

Rey then hits a top rope Hurricanrana on Punk to the floor, hits a splash and gets the cover for the second elimination.

Jericho enters as the #4 entrant.

Rey hits the 619, Jericho rolls to the outside. Mysterio goes for a dive off the top rope but Jericho ducks. Mysterio catches himself on the Chamber wall, but Jericho pulls him off and Rey hits the floor.

Rey with a Guillotine Choke on Jericho, but Jericho escapes by slamming Rey into the corner. Jericho then locks on the Walls of Jericho as the countdown begins for the next entrant.

John Morrison enters the Chamber at #5.

Morrison hits a standing Shooting Star Press on Mysterio but only gets a two count. Mysterio goes for a 619 on Morrison but Jericho catches him and hits a backbreaker.

Mysterio goes for a top rope Hurricanrana on Morrison but Morrison blocks it. Morrison hits the Starship Pain on Mysterio and scores the third elimination.

Jericho has Morrison in the Walls of Jericho but the countdown begins for Undertaker to enter. He enters and immediately goes after Jericho.

Taker has Jericho and Morrison set up for a double chokeslam, but Jericho and Morrison counter with a double-team suplex.

The Undertaker eliminates John Morrison by pinfall following a chokeslam to the floor outside the ring.

HBK! HBK appears from under the ring! He hits Taker with Sweet Chin Music. That's interference, for sure.

Jericho pins Undertaker. Jericho is the new World Heavyweight Champion!

I did it! The totals above include everything, the final match and all the remaining questions. Wooo!

The totals above may differ from our final totals, though the rankings of each of us should be the same. (since I'm having to throw some matches out and reduce the PPV to 125 points due to only actually ending up with 3 matches from the game that happened) But I always go by our original totals for the Cletus Challenge - since I'm in control of redistributing the rest of the points!
