WWE WrestleMania 27 - Live Scoring & Results

Many of our players will be discussing WrestleMania live over on this blog - WWE Wrestlemania 27 Live Roundtable

WrestleMania 27 will be starting in an hour.  With the Cletus Challenge making a return again tonight, I'll be tracking the scores for those of us in the challenge here on the blog, along with all of the results for the PPV.  The PPV results will come first in the blog, so if you're not interested in the scoring, just don't scroll all the way down!

PRE-SHOW The countdown show is on now. Nothing of note so far. But if you haven't heard, Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus is not taking place on the show now - instead it was the dark match, and it sounds like it somehow became a battle royale. The match will be deleted from the PPV game before scores are run.

WRESTLEMANIA IS STARTING!

Match #1: Alberto Del Rio vs Edge (c), World Heavyweight Championship
There was interference during the match. Edge wins via pinfall following a spear to retain the title.

Match #2: Cody Rhodes vs Rey Mysterio
Cody Rhodes wins via pinfall following Cross Rhodes.

Match #3: The Corre vs The Cobras
The Cobras win via pinfall. Big Show scored the win by pinning Heath Slater.

Match #4: Randy Orton vs CM Punk
Randy Orton wins via pinfall following an RKO.

Match #5: Jerry Lawler vs Michael Cole w/ Jack Swagger, Guest Referee Stone Cold Steve Austin
Hm, interference? Yeah, lots of it! Jerry Lawler wins by submission with an ankle lock. Wait, hold on. The decision was reversed by the anonymous Raw GM - the official decision is Michael Cole by DQ.

Match #6: Triple H vs The Undertaker, No Holds Barred
The Undertaker wins via submission with the Hell's Gate.

Match #7: Snooki's Soldiers vs ZiggLayCool
Snooki's Soldiers win following a Snooki Assault! Snooki pinned Michelle McCool to secure the victory.

Match #8: John Cena vs The Miz (c), WWE Championship Match
There was interference in the match. The Miz wins via pinfall following a Rock Bottom delivered to John Cena.

That was close pretty much the whole way through. I'd say I got lucky with picking The Miz.. I thought for sure I was going to lose from a Cena win! Good game, y'all. We'll do it again sometime. :)
