Dick and John's 2 Cents: Thoughts on the new WrestleMania Card, and Releases after WrestleMania

Hello everybody! I'm Edawg and welcome to Dick and John's two cents! Today these two men will discuss hot topics here on 4Down as of late like the new WrestleMania card and how about the Releases after WrestleMania. So withough further a do, here is Dick!

D: Alright, thanks Edawg! So ok WWE had a Creative Meeting the other day and I suppose they came up with a new card for WrestleMania 27, so John what are your thoughts about this new card?

J: Well Dick I'm just simply going to break it down match to match so I don't confuse anyone:
John Morrison, Trish Stratus, and Kelly Kelly vs. Dolph Ziggler, Michelle McCool, and Layla
-Alright, well if I had to say so myself, it would be awesome to see John Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler one on one, however, it's a smart move by WWE. Think about it, they have a diva who everyone liked returning, aka Trish Stratus. She will bring the crowd into this and Morrison and Ziggler are so athletic. Also Laycool always does a nice job no matter what there doing, and Kelly Kelly just made her return and the crowd loved that so in my opinion, in the end, this is a smart match by WWE. It's going to interesting to see the crowd's reaction.

Special Refree: Stone Cold or Vickie Guerrero
Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. Michael Cole w/ Jack Swagger
-Ok now this match I really like. I know that Cole has never wrestled ever and Jerry is a legend and may not be entertaining, but the crowd still really loves Jerry and I think this is a great idea because everyone hates Cole and wants to see him get his ass kicked. So the referee is undecided yet. Here's what I think will happen, Cole will chose Vickie as the special referee, but during the match, Stone Cold will come out an deliever the Stunner to Vickie, maybe after her and King get into it or something. Then Lawler will win the match, and Austin will count the 1..2...3. This will get the crowd pumped and ready. Austin should just nail the Stunner on Swagger for good measure.

Diva's Championship
Awesome Kong vs. Melina(c)
-This match hasn't been announced quite yet, however it would be a smart idea by WWE. Kong is such a beast, there's no way the crowd won't be into her. Have Melina beat Eve for the Div'as Championship, or set this up to be a triple threat match. have Eve be the champion and have her defend against Melina and Kong. Either way, Kong should win this match with ease.

Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes
-I'm really curious as to whether or not Rhodes can get the crowd to give him enough heat, but I'm sure they will. Rey Mysterio always excites the crowd no matter what, so I'm gonna say Rey wins this, but it's going to be a good athletic match.

The Corre vs. Big Show, Kane, Kofi Kingston, and Christian
-Well this is itneresting. I know The Corre has just randomly dominated parts of SmackDown since they've got there, so maybe this is just a group of SmackDown superstars getting together and saying, let's beat the crap out of The Corre, which I'm sure will happen. Look it the guys on team SmackDown, there are all guys that can get the crowd on fire.

CM Punk vs. Randy Orton
-I think we all knew this match was coming, and I think it's going to be a really good match. You know, one match overlooked on last year's card was CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio, and it was nicely done. I really think the crowd will be fired up for Orton in this match, and ultimatley in the end, these two men put on a great match and get the crowd into it.

United States Championship
Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan(c)
-This is another smart match here. You have a man who has just crushed the WWE the past couple years in Sheamus and then you have a guy who's really impressing alot of people in Daniel Bryan, so I'm curious as to whether these two men will put on a great match or not, but I'm guessing they will.

World Heavyweight Championship
Alberto Del Rio vs. Edge(c)
-Well I really like this match. It's the young gun vs. the veteran, and a true test of power. If Del Rio wins this match, you have to wonder if the era in WWE is changing a little bit, however I see Edge coming out on top, seeing as if this could be his last WrestleMania and Edge has yet to get that major singles win at WrestleMania.

WWE Championship
John Cena vs. The Miz(c)
-This match is so big, in so many ways. People have said that John Cena winning this match would mean nothing, and I 100% disagree. We've seen matches like this where the era of WWE could be changing. How about Stone Cold vs. Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 14? Triple H vs. John Cena at WrestleMania 22? Both of them signled changes in the air, and I think we all saw them coming. New era's have began after those two matches and if The Miz wins, it may start the new era. However, I think Cena wins here because WWE is not yet ready to move on. I expect The Rock to actually help Cena out somehow by maybe dropping the People's Elbow on The Miz. We'll see what happens!

Triple H vs Undertaker
-Well guys, Game On. Triple H has been in the WWE for many years, and has never met a matchup he couldn't win, until now. Undertaker is undefeated at WrestleMania and I don't see him turning back now. This match is going to be the true test of greatness, two men that have been around for along time, but only one winner, only one outlaw. What a match this will be and it should close out WrestleMania.

D: Alright, nicely done John. So how about the releases? Who should stay and who should go?

J: Alright well let's look at the guys that should go:
Michael Tarver
Darren Young
Curt Hawkins
Primo
Trent Baretta
Kaitlyn
William Regal
Tyson Kidd
The Uso

Now for the guys who should stay, without a doubt:
Ted DiBiase
JTG
Tyler Reks
Zack Ryder
Rosa Mendes
Yoshi Tatsu
David Hart Smith

Ok so the reason all of these guys should stay is DiBiase has so much talent and there wasting it. They should just completley stop the gimmick on JTG, and turn him into a superstar! He's got talent, and they need to show it. Tyler Reks should stay, as he could be one of those weird heels in the future. Zack Ryder should stay, and they should have him and Rosa get back together. Then Yoshi should stay because he's a young, talented star and could really light up the crowd. And I should'nt have to describe David Hart Smith, his dad's a legend and trust me, this kid has talent that WWE is failing to use. Arlight so there are my thoughts.
