WWE Gamma 2.0 SmackDown 10/5, Week 124

The theme song Know Your Enemy by Green Day is played while the pyro goes off. Michael Cole & Josh Matthews welcome everyone to the show here tonight as the crowd is on fire.

Booker T comes out to start the show and the crowd cheers. Booker announces two huge matches as tonight it will be SmackDown Shakeup Night as Wade Barrett will battle Alberto Del Rio and John Cena will battle Sheamus in the main event and the crowd erupts and loves the idea. This brings out Wade Barrett. Barrett has his Nexus. He is questioning Booker T's decision and tells him it won't matter because after Hell in a Cell, he will no longer have a job. The crowd boo's. Sheamus comes out to a massive pop with the WWE Championship over his shoulder. He gets in and tells Barrett he is sick of his crap. He says not only will he destroy him inside Hell in a Cell but he will save Booker T's job. The crowd cheers as Booker T smiles. Barrett and his Nexus then exit and the crowd boo's. Well we have two huge main event calibar matches tonight!

Kofi Kingston def. JTG to retain the Intercontinental Championship. Kofi won the match after a Trouble In Paradise in a great matchup here. Ezekiel Jackson was at ringside and just sat there on a chair the whole time. After the match, JTG attacks Kofi from behind with the Shout Out and this brings Zeke up as he gets in the ring and JTG flees. Zeke just looks down at Kofi and shakes his head. Zeke is walking out when Teddy Long comes out. Teddy Long tells Zeke that him and Kofi better get along by next week because tonight we have a #1 Contender's Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships as The Uso's will take on Epico & Primo and that's later tonight! The crowd loves this as Zeke shakes his head and walks to the back.

We see WWE Champion Sheamus walking in the back when John Cena interupts and the crowd cheers! Cena smiles and takes off his hat. He says well I guess tonight we put on a show and offers his hand to Sheamus. Sheamus says indeed we do fella and shakes his hand! What a main event we have tonight! Well ladies and gentlemen, we see Alicia Fox headed to the ring as yes she must face Tamina Snuka and she must do it next!

Tamina Snuka def. Diva's Champion Alicia Fox with the Superfly Splash. The crowd erupted and loved this as Tamina is getting a huge pop. Alicia crawls up the ramp like she has seen a ghost! Is the champions title reign running short?

Cody Rhodes is in the back and the crowd gives him heat as he is being interviewed by Matt Striker. Striker asked him how he feels about his match tonight with Percy Watson? Rhodes says it's ridiculous he has to waste his time as this match means nothing. He is Mr. Money In The Bank and no one, no one knows when he will cash in. Rey Mysteiro interupts. He tells Cody he believes we should add to this match tonight as Brodus Clay appears behind Rey and the crowd erupts. He says let's make a 6-man tag, my team of myself, Brodus, and Percy against you, Mahal, & Tensai. The crowd cheers as Rhodes says no but then Booker T shows up and makes the match official and it's next! The crowd loves it as Rhodes complains with an earful to Booker but the match is next!

Rey Mysterio, Brodus Clay, & Percy Watson def. Cody Rhodes, Tensai, & Jinder Mahal after Rhodes brought his briefcase into play and tried using it but Rey used a drop toe hold and sent Rhodes into the ropes and nailed the 619! Rey then tagged in Watson and Waston nailed the Percycution for the win and the 3 Count as Brodus and Rey fought off Tensai and Mahal! Rhodes walks up the mat throwing a hissy fit as Rey has embarrassed him tonight and Mr. Money In The Bank has been pinned by a rookie!

Well non the less, we see that rat Paul Heyman smiling and he's headed to the ring next!

Heyman comes out and the crowd gives him heat. He gets in the ring and grabs a mic. He announces that next week, the offical contract signing between Orton and Lesnar will take place for Hell in a Cell as Lesnar will be here live. The crowd cheers. Heyman thanks the crowd and is about to leave when Randy Orton comes out and the crowd gives him a huge pop as he gets in the ring and grabs a mic. He tells Heyman to stay put. He says that he is wondering why, just why Brock Lesnar himself never shows off. He says instead we have to see you, you slimy, dirty rat. The crowd cheers as Heyman gets all flustered. Orton says it doesn't matter because at Hell in a Cell, he will finally be able to accomplish what everyone knew he could do all along, beat Brock Lesnar. The crowd cheers. Heyman says I'll see you next week and begins to leave but Orton grabs him and goes for another RKO to Heyman but Heyman sneaks out before it happens and the crowd boo's. Well this place is going to need to be reenforced next week as Brock Lesnar will be here to sign the contract! Well we see Del Rio on his way to the ring as he faces Barrett next!

Wade Barrett def. Alberto Del Rio. The match ends after the Nexus caused the distraction and Barrett won with the Wasteland. After the match, the Del Rio & Barrett argue as Barrett and the Nexus exits.

Well we find out that when we come back, the #1 Contenders Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship is happening!

The Uso's: Jey Uso & Jimmy Uso def. Epico & Primo to become #1 Contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championships next week after Jey hit a massive Samoan Drop! The crowd was behind the Uso's from the beginning and they came up with a huge win tonight! They have Kofi & Zeke for the Tag Titles next week!

Speaking of which, we see Kofi walking in back when he walks in by Zeke. He tells Zeke that this has got to stop. There partners. The tag titles come first. Zeke gets up and says ok and apologizes and says he just let JTG get in his head. The two hug it out as next week they have a huge tag team match!

We then see Del Rio walking in back, steaming when Matt Striker interupts. Striker asked him how he feels about what happend not long ago? Del Rio says something in Spanish and the camera's follow him as he walks into the Nexus' lockeroom but Del Rio pushes the camera man out and shuts the door. What is this all about? Well the main event is next!

John Cena vs. WWE Champion Sheamus ends in a No Contest. This happens after the Nexus and Del Rio come running down and the Nexus attacks Sheamus and Del Rio attacks Cena. Then Justin Gabriel comes running down as Gabriel helps the odds and Cena and Sheamus fight back and here we go as Cena clotheslines Del Rio out of the ring and him and Del Rio fight into the back! Sheamus then nails the Brogue Kick on Otunga while Gabriel dropkicks Slater out of the ring! Then Gabriel turns and spears Otunga right out of the ring! The crowd erupts as it's just Barrett and Sheamus! Barrett tries to run but Sheamus catches him and nails the White Noise! Sheamus then roars and looks at the announcers table and points and the crowd erupts. Sheamus picks up Barrett and throws him out of the ring. Sheamus then takes apart the announcers table, throws Barrett on it, picks him on his shoulders and nails the White Noise right through the table as the crowd erupts! Sheamus roars with an adreneline rush as the crowd loves it! Again the heart of a champions stands tonight!
