#10 - CM Punk
The Chicago Made one has appeared to lose some momentum after feuding with Randy Orton the past couple of months. Punk has not come out on top of many encounters with Orton. I don't think the feud has been a bad thing for the straight edge Superstar though. I believe it has solidified his status as a top heel in the company. He can promo with anyone at anytime and his skill in the ring tells you he should win several more major championships before his career is over.
#23 - Dolph Ziggler
Dolph has altered his look recently. He now sports an A.J. Styles insipred haircut. His attire has also changed slightly, but his character remains the same. He still has the most hideous diva in WWE at his side. That may be detrimental to him at this point. My reasoning is that Dolph is pretty good on the mic, but he never gets to show it because Vickie gets all the air time. I don't think anyone can thrive in the business at this time with a separate person speaking on their behalf (Sorry Khali fans). This may have worked in the 1980s, but not now.
