What John Cena Will Do With His MITB Contract

I always love the Money in the Bank PPV because the MITB matches themselves create so many high spots. Now, while I did still enjoy this years MITB, I did think it was a little underwhelming.

I had no interest in the Sheamus vs Del Rio fight. Sheamus's character has gotten stale lately and Del Rio's has always been pathetic. The Punk vs Bryan match was main event quality (as always), but unfortunately, it was before the WWE Championship MITB match, so there wasn't even the opportunity for an immediate cash-in.

The World Heavyweight Championship MITB match had some good moments. I'm very impressed with Damien Sandow. I think he is a surefire future main eventer. But the outcome of that match was disappointing. Dolph Ziggler has been in and out of the major title picture for a couple years now. So, what is the point of him having the briefcase, when he will already have countless opportunities at the World Title? I thought giving it to Cody Rhodes would've made more sense.

The WWE Championship MITB was unconventional since there were no high fliers like most MITB matches. I thought Chris Jericho carried the match and it wouldn't have been nearly as good without him. The Miz added nothing.

But at the end of the PPV in quite a twist, WWE had John Cena come out on top. Now, the question is what will Cena do with the contract? I honestly believe Cena will announce tonight on Raw that he is cashing in at Summerslam vs Punk. I just cannot see Cena carrying around a briefcase every week. If Cena doesn't cash in at Summerslam, I think he'll wait until Wrestlemania.
