nXt Redemption

NXT Redemption starts off with a replay of last weeks episode, it shows the Semi Final matches where JTG and Tyson Kidd both advanced to the finals tonight. It also showed Michael McGillicutty winning the nXt Internet Championship, only for the General Manager of nXt Redemption, William Regal, forcing Michael McGillicutty to defend hid newly won title against the newly hired Nick Air.

Michael McGillicutty is in the middle of the ring and he has a microphone in his hand. He looks extremely ticked at what transpired last week, but who can blame him, he was screwed out of his newly regained nXt Internet Championship.

Michael McGillicutty: Regal, I want answers and I want them right now! Get out here and explain why you screwed me out of the nXt Internet Championship!

As Michael McGillicutty and the fans are waiting for a response from William Regal, the fans are chanting “McGillicutty”

The General Manager of nXt Redemption, William Regal, walks out onto the stage ramp wearing his managerial suit. The fans are booing him as he walks down to the ring. He is handed a microphone by one of the people around the ring, and when he walks up the ring steps and climbs into the ring, the fans are really booing him.

Mr. Regal: Michael, I didn’t cost you the nXt Internet Championship, you did that yourself. You were the Internet Champion, the champion must be ready to defend the title at any moment, anywhere and against anyone! “Mr. Regal took a step toward Michael McGillicutty”: You weren’t prepared don’t blame your failings as a champion on the General Manager!

The fans are booing that statement and Michael McGillicutty is pacing back and forth.

Michael McGillicutty: Regal,

I wasn’t prepared, I would have defended that title every week if you wanted me to. But you forced me to defend the title that I just won, mere minutes after winning the title for a second time. Regal, “But Mr. Regal interrupts Michael McGillicutty”

Mr. Regal: When you or any of the other wrestlers in the backstage area address me, you will respect my position of power as the General Manager of nXt Redemption and you will address me as Mr. Regal!

The fans are booing Mr. Regal after he is finished lecturing Michael McGillicutty. The fans are chanting “Regal”

Trent Berretta vs. Drew McIntyre

Trent Berretta is already in the ring, as Drew McIntyre begins making his way down to the ringside area. He has a microphone in his hand.

Drew McIntyre: I am the Chosen One, I was personally picked and signed by Mr. Vincent McMahon. He christened me as a future World Champion, why am I going against a lowly wrestler like Trent Berretta? “The fans are booing this”: I am going to use Trent Berretta to remind you all just who I am!

Drew McIntyre and Trent Berretta lock up in the middle of the ring and he Irish whips Trent Berretta into the ring ropes and kicks Trent Berretta hard in the knee. Trent Berretta falls to the mat holding his knee and Drew McIntyre smirking, he kicks Trent Berretta hard in the head. Drew McIntyre Irish whips Trent Berretta into the ring corner, he tries to follow that up with a hard clothesline in the corner, but Trent Berretta gets his foot up catching Drew McIntyre. Trent Berretta climbs to the top rope and is going to go for a moon sault, but Drew McIntyre knocks Trent Berretta off of the top rope and onto the back of his head. Drew McIntyre picks Trent Berretta up and drops him on his head with a Future Shock DDT. 1, 2, 3.

After the match Drew McIntyre throws Trent Berretta out of the ring and placing Trent Beretta’s head on the ring steps, he stomps hard on Trent Beretta’s head, even after the referee warned him not to.

The referee has reversed his decision, here is your winner by disqualification, Trent Berretta.

Security and referees are standing between Drew McIntyre and Trent Berretta as Drew McIntyre is being lead away and referees check on Trent Berretta.

Non-Title: Kaitlyn vs. Michelle McCool

The nXt Divas Champion, Kaitlyn walks down to the ring to the cheers of the nXt Redemption fans.

Her opponent for tonight, Michelle McCool as she is making her way to the ringside area is being booed.

Kaitlyn and Michelle McCool lock up in the middle of the ring with Kaitlyn getting the advantage with an uppercut to Michelle McCool. Kaitlyn follows that advantage up by Irish whipping her into the ropes and hitting her with a stiff clothesline. Kaitlyn goes for the pin, but Michelle McCool kicks out before even a 1 count.

Kaitlyn picks Michelle McCool up, but Michelle McCool pulls her t the mat and locks in an arm bar on the current Divas Champion. Michelle McCool is really pulling back on the arm, but Kaitlyn refuses to submit. She manages to get to the ropes and Michelle McCool has to release the wrestling hold.

Kaitlyn is going for a clothesline, but Michelle McCool moves out of the way and when Kaitlyn rebounds off of the ropes, she gets met with a big boot from Michelle McCool who , when Kaitlyn gets to her feet hits her in the midsection and then nails her finishing move on Kaitlyn. 1, 2, 3.

The camera man s walking down the hallway in the backstage area and it catches Nick Air and Kid British walk into William Regal’s office, Nick Air closes the door behind them.

What could the new nXt Internet Champion, Nick Air and his tag team partner Kid British have to talk to William Regal about?

Nick Air w/Kid British vs. Justin Gabriel w/Tyson Kidd

The new nXt Internet Champion, Nick Air and Kid British walk out onto the entrance ramp of the stage and they are greeted with boos from the fans of nXt Redemption. They both ignore the reaction of the fans as best as they can as they walks down to the ring, before Nick Air climbs into the ring he hands the nXt Internet Championship belt to Kid British.

His opponent for tonight, Justin Gabriel is being accompanied by his tag team partner and one of the three men who are going to be facing off against each other in a triple threat match to determine a new nXt Champion.

Justin Gabriel and Nick Air lock up in the middle of the ring. Justin Gabriel gets the upper hand with multiple kicks to Nick Air’s legs and follows that up with hard kick to Nick Air’s chest. Justin Gabriel follows that up with a standing moon sault. Justin Gabriel goes for the pin, but Nick Air kicks out after a 1 count only.

Justin Gabriel picks Nick Air up and when he goes for a face buster, Nick Air reverses that landing on his feet and hitting Justin Gabriel with a dropkick. Nick Air springs off of the ring ropes and lands a springboards moon sault. He goes for the pin, but only gets a 1 count.

Nick Air hit’s the ropes and then running against the ropes drops a knee across Justin Gabriel’s face. He goes for the pin and once again only gets a 1 count.

Nick Air goes for a sharpshooter, but Justin Gabriel rolls him up in a small package. 1, 2, 3.

Justin Gabriel rolls out of the ring. Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd are making their way to the backstage area as Nick Air and Kid British are fuming in the ring.

NXt Championship(Triple Threat): JTG vs. Tyson Kidd vs. Kid British

JT G one third of the triple threat makes his way down to the ring to the boos of the audience. He motions that he will be the new nXt Champion. Tyson Kidd, enters the arena for the match to a large ovation from the audience as he makes his way down to the ring. And the finally contestant in this match is still fuming over hid tag team partners loss earlier in the night and as he climbs into the ring he goes right after Tyson Kidd.

Kid British and Tyson Kidd are locked up in the middle of the ring, and JTG is just standing in a corner watching his two opponents for tonight’s match wear each other out. Tyson Kidd knocks Kid British onto his back and grabbing his leg he goes for sharpshooter, but Kid British manages to get slip out of the attempt and rolls to the outside of the ring. JTG takes advantage of this opening to attack Tyson Kidd from behind knocking Tyson Kidd into the turnbuckle.

While Tyson Kidd is in the corner, JTG is punching him with several closed fists to the head while the crowed counts along, Tyson Kidd knocks JTG out of the corner, he follows this up hitting JTG with a hard drop kick. But when Tyson Kidd gets to his feet he is knocked back to the mat with a clothesline, Kid British was waiting for an opportunity to sucker punch Tyson Kidd.

Kid British picks JTG up, but he gets jaw jacked as JTG drives Kid British’s jaw down onto the top of hit head He then hits Kid British with a modified neck breaker. He goes for the pin, but Tyson Kidd breaks the pinfall attempt up, pulling JTG off of the pin and locking him into the sharpshooter.

JTG reverses the submission hold, using his upper body strength to make it to the ropes and force the move to be broken. As JTG is getting to his feet Kid British knocks him over the top rope from behind. Kid British is then caught with a chop block from Tyson Kidd. Tyson Kidd then pulls Kid British to the center of the ring and puts him in a sharpshooter. Kid British has no option but to submit.

Justin Gabriel runs down to the ring and raises Tyson Kidd’s arm in celebration, the show ends with both Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel celebrating Tyson Kidd winning the nXt Championship.
