Spankys Been Released
The WWE has released Brian 'Spanky' Kendrick today, the reason surrounding this are not known, but obviously the end was in sight, when they had him fight Jerry Lawler and lose to Kofi in seconds. Its a shame because Kendrick was a really good wrestler, but with no cruiserweight division in the WWE anymore, wrestlers of a smaller stature are always going to struggle. I think he could have done well as Chris Jerichos partner instead of the Big Show as he has great experience in the tag team division, as part of the team with Paul London. Bye Bye TBK see you in TNA in the near future!

This is awful news. WWE dropped the ball with him and I hope TNA picks him up over Kennedy and Umaga. I think Kendrick has the personality to do big things, especially in TNA where there is a chance for smaller guys to break out. Kendrick vs.. Styles, Creed, Lethal, even Joe and Angle.. these are all matches I'd like to see. And since Brian Kendrick is his real name (right?) With the state of the WWE being as it is I am not shocked if more follow Brian Kendrick. It is getting to that time of the season for releases and I feel bad to see him go and for the sake of Chris Masters getting rehired. I think that is a load of bull when he failed the drug test three times. What makes this run any different?
