What's Up With That? Volumn 2 (Eric Bischoff and Immortal)

We have reached the one year anniversary of the Hulk Hogan/Eric Bischoff regime at TNA wrestling. I believe January 4, 2011 was the official date. Recently the Hulkster has not been seen on TV due to his back surgery and recovery. However, with the Immortal One out of action Easy E and Ric Flair have been "running the asylum."

Another "What's Up With That?" Why is Ric Flair helping to run things? Flair undisputably is dirtiest player in the game, and is on a limited schedule with TNA, but he's well past his prime, he's basically there for name recognition for wrestling fans (understandably), but he's become nothing but a shell of what he used to be. If he wants to manage Fortune, more power to him, but get out of Bischoff's office and don't be such a suck up. He's the one that pretty much fired you from WCW years ago.

I like Bischoff, but I am sick of him using his executive powers to keep other TNA stars under his thumb so to speak. Last week he guaranteed all the championship titles of TNA would be coming to Immortal. They all did but the World Title left to Mr. Anderson, who defeated incumbant champion Jeff Hardy.

I'm glad to see Mr. Anderson getting his first run as a world champion, he's very deserving. I hope he's not going to be a transitional champion until someone else recovers from injury or whatever.

I'm sick to death of seeing Bischoff patronize the gimmick of Jeff Jarrett's MMA challenges, which are of course nothing short of a joke to begin with.

I want TNA to succeed, but Bischoff seems to be doing many of the same things that caused WCW (my favorite wrestling organization) to go belly up. Gimmick matches are one thing, running roughshod over the talent is another.

Learn from your mistakes. Create a great product. Let the talent be your best advertisement. Let up and coming and future Hall of Famers such as AJ Styles, Matt Morgan and others be all they can be. Stop bringing in aging WWE castoffs!

Hogan will be back soon. He's after nothing but the spotlight himself. I would like to see the storyline of this "regime" finished and letting the wrestling do what they do best: WRESTLE!!!
