TNA Impact February 10th episode, Random Thoughts

Due to celebrating my wife's birthday we were late getting home so I missed the first 15 minutes or so of Impact. I will give you my thoughts and review what I did see though.

When I turned on the TV, Eric Bischoff was giving Hernadez a "sweet" deal, telling him he could make the big money if he would hurt some folks. Super Mex nodded and accepted, concluding his heel turn once again.

Bischoff really knows how to spew some crap out of his mouth, for that he truly is gifted.

Jeff and Karen Jarrett are in the ring for a contract signing with Karen's ex, Kurt Angle. Of course, the Jarretts are surrounded by security. Out comes the Olympic Gold Medalist and tells Jarrett "Let's just get this over with."

Jarrett then says not so fast there is a stipulation. "If you win you get sole custody of Kody and Kierra (not sure about the correct spelling), if I win you walk the aisle and give Karen away when we renew our views next month."

In my view this storyline is totally uncalled for. The stipulation is totally asinine and TNA should rethink this IMMEDIATELY! I am appalled that creative is actually writing this crap. Those children have been through too much with their parents divorcing last year. Karen needs to go back to the Jarrett home in Nashville or wherever it is and take care of hers and Jarretts children and stay out of the wrestling industry.

Serita with cousin Rosita, Tara and Madison Rayne vs. The Beautiful People, Winter and Mickie James.

The heels get the win with Rosita's moonsault after Velvet was distracted by arguing with Winter. After the match Mickie takes the mic and wants to talk to the champ. Verbal battle back and forth with Madison actually leaving Mickie dumbfounded at the conclusion. Basically told Mickie that it was time she hang up her boots before she is embarrassed even further, otherwise she will see her at Against All Odds.

To be frank, I'm sick of the same old things Tara and Madison love affair. Velvet and Angelina and the Winter thing, it's gotten old already, move on to something fresh.

World champion Mr. Anderson vs. Matt Morgan for the TNA World Belt. Jeff Hardy comes to ringside with a ladder and sits atop watching the match. Anderson gets the win after a ref bumb and Herdandez taking out Morgan. Anderson is attacked also by Hernandez and beaten down with Hardy's swan ton bomb.

Triple threat match Brian Kendrick vs. Robbie E vs. Suicide

Robbie gets the win in typical fashion, Cookie distracts Suicide. I'm over these two Jersey folks already "my dude."

Main Event
AJ Styles and Kurt Angle vs. Jeff Hardy and Jeff Jarrett

Earlier it was scheduled for Robert Roode to team with Styles, but as a favor Roode gave his spot to Angle.

Team Angle gets the win when Karen distracted Kurt, AJ flys with a forearm to Jarrett for the pin. Beatdown of the faces aftewards

RVD comes to the rescue but the numbers are too much and he's beat down too. Mr. Anderson comes and clears the ring

It was a decent show, but the same old storylines are getting boaring. I hope TNA gets some fresh ideas soon before t heir product goes stale.
