DCW: A supergroup emerges

Live from the DCW Arena in downtown Atlanta, Dominion Championship Wrestling, the flagship program of The Wrestling Network is on the air! The Pro Wrestling Network recently released it rankings and DCW is the top ranked show among all the programming with a 4.3 rating average.

The indoor pyro is exploding and the fans are cheering rather loudly here in the Atlanta Civic Center. Jim Ross and JBL are at the announce table ready for the action.

Jim Ross: "Welcome to the DCW Arena wrestling fans. Tonight the new DCW World Heavyweight Champion, The Rock, will be here to find out who is next opponent will be."

JBL: "Last week's program was off the chain JR. As you mentioned we have a new World champion and Mr. America continues to impress the DCW Universe!"

JR: "I just received word that something is going on backstage, we have a camera standing ready, let's see what the problem is."

As the camera focuses in, we find that Mr. America is down and medics are attending to him.

Matt Stryker: "I have been informed that Mr. America is being taken to a local hospital for tests to see what the extent of his injuries are. GM Roddy Piper will be addressing this situation in a few moments."

JBL: "We still have a show to do ladies and gentlemen, less go to the ring for the introductions."

Angel: "This first match features the DCW Women's championship being defended. Introducing first, from Jacksonville FL, Kelly Kelly!" As the beauty from J'ville comes to the ring to her ring music, "Holla" she is greeted with a great pop. "And her opponent, the current DCW Women's champion, from Richmond VA, Mickie James!" The champion makes her way to the ring to another nice pop from the Atlanta fans.

The bell rings and the two lock up in a test of strength. Kelly does a sitdown type manuever and flips Mickie over. Kelly floats over and grabs the legs of the champion. The ref counts two before Mickie can escape. Kelly is up and greets the champion with a running clothesline puts the champ back on the mat. Kelly covers. Mickie kicks out once again.

JR: "It's time for our first break, don't go away, we'll be right back in two minutes."

We see a promo for the upcoming WrestleFest where Gamma Championship Wrestling and Dominion Championship Wrestling combine their respective talents for the biggest card of the year for the two promotions. The first inductions to the GCW/DCW Hall of Fame will be announced as well.

Back from the break, and we see that Mickie James has taken charge of the match. She is delivering a running bulldog on Kelly Kelly. She floats over for a pin, Kelly kicks out at two.

JBL: "We have received word that Mr. America has arrived at a local hospital and is alert and refusing tests. He is demanding to be brought back to the arena!"

Mickie continues her dominance over Kelly Kelly as she hits a running Thez press and follows with punches to Kelly's face. The ref admonishes Mickie about the fists and orders her to break away. Kelly leaps and hooks her legs around Mickie's head and she begins to twist around with a spinning hurricanrana. Kelly climbs to the top rope and hits a Frog Splash to the champion. She goes for a cover. One...two...three...!

Matt Stryker: "Your winner and new DCW Women's champion, Kelly Kelly!"

Kelly holds the newly won title over her head and smiles broadly for the fans. Mickie is sitting in the corner looking on. Mickie arises and walks over to Kelly. She lifts Kelly's hand in victory in a show of good sportsmanship. Suddenly, Mickie snaps and she hits a MickieDT on the new champion. The fans are horrified at Mickie's change of attitude.

Mickie leaves the ring while Kelly Kelly is laid out in the center of the ring with her newly won women's title laid across her by the former champion James.

As Mickie leaves the fans are chanting, "You suck, you suck, you suck!"

JR: "Didn't see that coming JBL. That's very uncharacteristic of Mickie."

JBL: "Sometimes losing a championship will do that to you JR. We will find out more on this later I'm sure."

Matt Stryker: "This next match is a Legends Match. Introducing first, from Brooklyn NY, The Brooklyn Brawler!" The ripped T-Shirt and worn out jeans of The Brawler are vintage fashion by the legendary Brawler. "And his opponent, from Austin TX, The American Dream, Dusty Rhodes!" The Dream makes his way to the ring to a huge pop. As he climbs into the ring, Drew McIntyre comes out from the back followed by Flame and Kevin Nash.

The Brooklyn Brawler looks on as Dusty has a questionable look on his face. Nash, McIntyre, and Flame climb into the ring and attack both legends. Nash takes out Rhodes with his Powerbomb slam while McIntyre takes out the Brawler with his Future Shock DDT.

McIntyre has a mic. "I've been telling you for the last several weeks that I'm demanding more time on TV and better matches. The management here at DCW has ignored my demands even after I have taken out a couple of their so called superstars. I have went out and found myself a couple of friends and we together are The Elite World Order and we are here to take over this company and turn it in the right direction. Mr. Nash, would you like to say something?"

Kevin Nash: "Just as McIntyre said, we are here to point this company back in the right direction. I'm here as an enforcer of The Elite World Order and McIntyre will become the next Elite World Champion."

Bagpipes begin to play and Rowdy Roddy Piper comes to the stage. "Looks like we have an old fashioned invasion attempting to take place. I have a few friend here as well boys, let me introduce them to you."

Joining Piper on the stage are James Storm, Sting, Bryan Danielson and Bobby Roode.

McIntyre: "Piper, you are so stupid. Do you think that we are the only three? There are more of us and we will choose the time and place when they will be revealed. You better watch your backs because you will never know who will take you out."

Just as McIntyre finishes speaking, Bobby Roode attacks James Storm and hits a piledriver on the stage. He pulls his robe off and reveals a t shirt that says, Elite World Order. Roode joins McIntyre, Flame and Nash in the ring.

Roode: "I've been saying for months that I'm the leader of the selfish generation. Did you not realize that to be a leader you have to have someone to lead. I've been secretly organizing this invasion right under your stinking nose. We are tired of being held back by you, Paul Heyman, and the Board of Directors of DCW. The Selfish Generation has arisen and we will rule as The Elite World Order!"

McIttyre uses a spray can and paints the letters EWO in the center of the ring as Roode, Nash, Flame, and McIntyre leave the ring.

JR: "This is a mess fans, we will try to gather ourselves and be back in a few moments."

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Back from the break and we see Paul Heyman in Roddy Piper's office. Heyman: "You didn't see this coming?"

Piper: "No I didn't! We will regroup and run these hooligans out of here."

Heyman: "We cannot have anyone trying to invade our company. We are not quite there financially and cannot afford a long drawn out war with these guys! Let me know what you need and I'll see what strings I can pull to get us out of this."

Stryker: "This next match is for the number one contender ship for the DCW World Heavyweight Championship. Introducing first....."

Mr. America works his way through the crowd and climbs over the ring barrier. He is taped up in his ribs and has a arm in a sling.

Mr. America: "You cowards that attacked me earlier, I know who you are. I will be coming after you and you will pay for this. I'm still the United States Heavyweight champion, but more importantly, I still stand for The United States of America and as I've said before the red, white and blue will rise from the ashes and regain that prominence that we had before people like you came here to run roughshod over folks. So whether you are the selfish generation or call yourself the Elite World Order, I call you cowards and bullies. You are going down!"

The fans chant, "USA, USA, USA" as Sting, Bryan Danielson and Cowboy James Storm come to the ring to stand by Mr. America.

Piper is watching on a monitor backstage and he is smiling and says, "Looks like I have my team!" Just as Piper ends that statement, he is hit over the head with a steel chair by Drew McIntyre.

McIntyre stands over piper as the cameras take us to another commercial break.

Back from the break and JR and JBL are near speechless.

JR: "We apologize fans, we are shaken to the core here at DCW. If you're just joining us a group of Elitests have attempted to take over the show and they seemingly have been successful. We have regained some composure and our next match is starting."

Stryker: "From Las Vegas, The Gambler!" As the Gambler makes his way to the ring he hands out poker chips to some fans. "And his opponent, from Aberdeen WA, Bryan Danielson!"

The match begins and Danielson starts strong. He hits a running dropkick on the masked man from Nevada that takes him down. Danielson quickly applies his LeBell Lock and the Gambler taps out immediately.

Danielson: "It's question and answer time with Bryan Danielson. Is Bryan Danielson the best pound for pound wrestler here in DCW.....YES! Is Bryan Danielson winning the DCW World Heavyweight championship....YES! More importanly...is Bryan Danielson standing with Roddy Piper's team of Sting, James Storm, and Mr. American to take down this invasion force...YES!"

The fans begin a "YES, YES, YES!" chant

Paul Heyman comes on the JumboTon. "Thank you Mr. Danielson for that show of support. I've just received word that Roddy Piper has a concussion and will be out for a few weeks recovering. I have contacted someone that will be the interim GM of DCW until he is able to return to his duties. He is on his way to arena and will be here before we go off the air tonight. I am urging all those that are loyal to the DCW brand to be on red alert for further attacks tonight."

Stryker: "Let's try this again, this match is for the number one contendership for the DCW World Heavyweight Championship, from Dublin Ireland, Finlay!" As the former hardcore champion comes to the ring he is given a nice pop. "And his opponent, from Leipors Fork TN, The Cowboy, James Storm!"

The match begins and the Cowboy takes charge. He takes Finlay down with a series of arm drags and hip tosses. Storm continues to dominate the Irishman as we go to commercial.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Back from the break and James Storm is setting up for his Last Call superkick. Finlay turns and Storm strikes. He covers and easily gets the win.

Stryker: "You winner and new number 1 contender for the DCW World Heavyweight Championship, Cowboy James Storm!"

Bobby Roode comes out with his new found friends, Drew McIntyre, Flame and Kevin Nash. Roode is applauding his former tag partner's win.

Bobby Roode: "Storm, I have a proposal for you. It's quite simple and even a country hick like yourself can even understand it. Join our group right now and when you are granted that championship match, I can personally guarantee you will become the new....excuse the term...the DCW World Heavyweight champion. Why do I make such a boastful claim? Because it pays to be Roode!"

James Storm: "Roode, let me tell you right now. I don't need you nor your Elite World Order or Selfish Generation groupees to win the DCW World Championship. I have the talent and the desire to do it on my own. Take your proposal and shove it where the sun don't shine!"

The fans are chanting "DCW, DCW, DCW"!"

Nash, Roode, Flame, and McIntyre gather around the ring. Storm is surrounded. Out comes Mr. America, Sting, and Bryan Danielson to join Storm in the ring. They are standing their ground.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

After the break, order has been restored.

JR is in the center of the ring. "Fans, tonights show has been chaotic. We apologize for the lack of matches that you've become accustomed to. However, we will move on and do what we do best. Speaking of what we do best, please welcome at this time, the DCW World Heavyweight Champion.....The Rock!"

The sound system of the arena begins with, "If you smelllllll what the Rock is cooking!"

The newly crowned DCW World Heavyweight Champion makes his way to the ring to a huge pop.

JR: "Welcome champ to the DCW Arena." The Rock pauses, raises an eyebrow and smiles that flashy smile as only the Rock can do.

The Rock: "Finally, The Rock has come to the DCW Arena!" The fans are chanting "Rocky, Rocky, Rocky!"

The Rock: "The Rock is here and is proud to be the new DCW World heavyweight champion. The Rock understands that a group of selfish punks have decided to take over this company. The Rock has seen this before and let the Rock say this one thing....it will not work! If you want the recognition you get your butts out to this ring and you fight and you win and when you do that, you will earn your spot on this roster and perhaps you will one day wear the gold such as this...." As the holds up the DCW World Championship Belt.

"Now The Rock has seen that Cowboy James Storm has become his number one contender for this championship. The Rock has watched James Storm from afar for quite some time and The Rock is impressed. The Rock is looking forward to his match with The Tennessee Cowboy! Rest assured, when we meet we will tear the house down, 'IF YOU SMELLLLLLLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING!"

Paul Heyman is in the center of the ring. "Since Roddy Piper was visciously attacked earlier by these Elitests, I have made a phone call and have an interim GM to fill the duties of Piper until he's able to return. Let me introduce to you someone that doesn't need any introduction....."

The sound of glass breaking is heard. The fans are on their feet as none other than The Texas Rattlesnake, Stone Cold Steve Austin comes out to a huge pop.

Heyman shakes Austin's hand welcoming him to the helm of DCW.

Heyman: "Steve, I'm giving you the keys to the kingdom right now. As you have been made aware of this takeover, DCW needs your help to take the helm and lead us through this first major hurdle in becoming the best organization in the world."

Austin: "if you don't mind, I think I'll drink to that!" Austin cracks open a beer and guzzles it. The fans are chanting, "Austin, Austin, Austin!"

Stone Cold: "Paul, you know me. I am a take no prisoners type person. I shoot first and ask questions later.....hell, I don't even bother to ask questions...I just shoot! I will take over for Piper while he's recovering from the cowardly attack by this so called Elite World order or Selfish Generation. With the loyal support of the likes of Sting, Mr. America and others we will stop these punks from taking over and take back what you and Piper have begun, and that's the bottom line, because Stone Cold said so!!!!"

With that, DCW Closes another broadcast and the DCW logo appears on the screen.
