Tell Me That Didn't Just Happen!!!
Hello, my name is Dare2Believe, your host of one of 4Down's non fantasy shows, "What's Up With That?"
On this special episode, I will be asking the question that is perhaps on many wrestling fans minds of the goings on in the wacky world of pro wrestling. So let's get started with "What's Up With That?"
So Direct TV has not reached an agreement with Spike TV (Viacom) and now the network is going dark on the satellite provider. That means if a agreement is not made before Thursday, TNA Impact Wrestling will not be seen by those that subscribe to Direct TV. "What's Up With That?"
The anonymous RAW general manager (the computer) was back this week making matches and decided to have a Wrestlemania rematch between Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole. The King defeated Cole with Booker's help and the decision was reversed by the "gm". What's Up With That?"
More on the anonymous RAW general manager. Santino Marella donned his best Sherlock Holmes persona, not to mention the eyeglass and cap and began searching for the GM. A subtile hint was given that he was NOT under the ring. Finally, we see that all along Hornswoggle was the RAW anonymous GM. After all this time that was the best the WWE could give us? "What's Up With That?"
I have been enjoying watching Heath Slater get squashed each and every week by a returning RAW alumni. However, he actually defeated Doink the Clown. "What's Up With That?"
AJ, Daniel Bryan and CM Punk are all caught up in a "love triangle" in what is perhaps the top storyline of the year with WWE. AJ asks Punk to marry her and Daniel follows up by asking AJ to marry him. Entertaining, yet bizzare. "What's Up With That?"
More on AJ. She's not the Diva's champion, yet she is getting more TV time and the program actually ended the other night with her standing on the ropes after pushing CM Punk through a table along with Daniel Bryan. "What's Up With That?"
The storyline over at TNA is that AJ Styles is the father of Claire Lynch's baby. This makes me sad for TNA going with this and continuing it this long. "What's Up With That?"
Zema Ion is the new TNA X division champion after Destination X. He won after spraying hairspray in his opponent's eye. "What's Up With That?"
It seems Earl Hebner is the love interest of Madison Rayne. The other night she gave him a liplock that even made AJ's kiss to Kane in WWE look like a smack. "What's Up With That?"
Finally, congratulations to Austin Aries on becoming the new TNA Impact World Heavyweight Champion by defeating Bobby Roode at Destination X.
