The original DCW

Hello and welcome to the original DCW! My name is John Stephens and I am wearing many hats tonight. I will be your analyst, ring announcer and interviewer. We are eminating tonight from the gym of Cass High School near Atlanta Georgia. We have leased some televisio cameras and we have some volunteer camera operators to bring you the action live! You may be wondering about this unusual format; let me briefly update you and we will get right to the action. Recently, the offices of DCW was robbed and ransacked. We had all of our equipment either stolen or destroyed. The show was presented to you from Gamma Championship Wrestling but their company could not continue with DCW which meant our company as going down the drain. With that being said the show is cmong to you in this form. We had to cut the staff and roster in order to afford TV time. But without further ado and sad stories let's get busy! "introducing first from Kalamazoo MI, Jimmy "The Truck" Johnson." The Truck makes his way to the ring in front of about 250 fans n the local gym. "His opponent, from Parts Unknown, Flame!" The former WHC makes his way to the ring to a nice pop from the fans. The bell rings and Flame attacks withe his usual intensity. He hits a clothesline that practically turns Johnson inside out. Flame pulls The Truck up and hits a snap suplex. Flame climbs to the second rope and drops a huge fist to Johnson's head which opens him up. The loyal fans begin the DCW chat. Flame continues to attack his young foe. He places him in the Tree of Woe and and goes to the opposite corner. Flame runs across the ring and hits a dropkick to the chest. He goes for a cover but pulls him up at two. The former world champ picks his opponent up and applies a rear naked choke. Johnson taps out. John Stephens approaches Flame after the match. "Flame, first I want to thank you for remaining with the company as we rebuild. Next, congrats on your impressive win. What is next for you?" Flame answers: "I remained with DCW because you and the Board gave me a shot when no other company would. As for my plans, I intend to dominate and once again be the top dog as the DCW champion!" "Introducing next from Chicago, Vendetta!" The Chicagoan comes to the ring to a lot of heat. "His opponent from also from Chicago, Colt Cabana!" As Colt makes his way to ringside he gets a nice pop. Vendetta kicks Cabana in the mid section. As Cabana is doubled over, Vendetta clubs him across the back of the neck and he hits the mat. Vendetta drops a knee into the lower back. Vendetta steps onto the first rope and drops another knee but Cabana rolls out of the way. Cabana begins a series of kicks to Vendetta's legs. He connects with a dropkick to the knee. John Stephens: "don't go away we will be back after we pay some bills with the commercials" An announcer talks about buying previously used cars. As we cone back from the break Cabana has applied a Figure 4 Leglock. Vendetta being more powerful than Cabana reverses and forces Cabana to release the hold. Vendetta is slow to his feet and Cabana hits a dropkick that sends his opponent out of the ring. Cabana dives through the ropes and hits a double axe handle to Vendetta's chest. Cabana is back in the ring and the ref begins his 10 count. Vendetta is on his feet and grabs Colt's legs and pulls him outside the ring. He slams Cabana I to the steps. Vendetta removes the top portion of the steps and powerbombs Cabana on top of it. Vendetta is back in the ring as the ref makes the count. Amazingly, Cabana manages to get into the ring at 9. Vendetta confronts the referee about a slow count. Cabana climbs to the second rope and springboards with a kick to the back of Vendetta's head . He goes for a cover. 1...2...3! John Stephens meets Cabana outside the ring. "Colt that was an amazing win! How do you feel?" Cabana: "it actually feels great to get a win! I'm proud to be part of DCW and help it to rise again to it's former glory!" "We'll be right back with our main event!" Introducing first from Knoxville TN Big Country!" the fans claps as Big Country arrives in the ring in overalls and work muddy workboots. "his opponent, from Philadelphia PA..... Give it up for Mr. America!" All the fans cheer the former US champion as he makes his way to the ring. Mr. America comes back with a clothesline that has no effect. Mr. America attempts a running shoulder block but to no avail. Big Country scoops his opponent up and hits a power slam. He goes for a big splash but Mr. America rolls out of the way. With the larger man down, Mr. America begins to work on his lower back with elbow drops and knee drops. He pulls him up and attempts a standing vertical suplex but the big man blocks it and backdrops the popular Mr. America. He goes for the cover 1....2....3! Mr. America celebrates the win as the fans chant DCW, DCW, DCW. John Stephens climbs into the ring for the afterthought. "Mr. America give our viewers your thoughts." "I'm proud to represent the United States right here in DCW! We may have been knocked down but we are not defeated! DCW will once again be the talk of the wrestling community and will be bigger and better than ever! I I tend to help you, Mr. Stephens to bring honor and prestige back to DCW!" John Stephens: "there you have it fans, we here at DCW are picking ourselves up off the mat and will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes! Tune in again next week for more DCW!"
