Information Collected:
Email address and date of birth are collected when registering at this site and must be entered by the person seeking access to the site. The email address is only kept in order to verify unique individuals and to facilitate communication between the site and the user. Date of birth is used to calculate results of data entered on the site by age groups - though date of birth is never visible to any visitor of the site and is in no way linked to the user account on the public-facing website. This information is kept confidential.

Profiles:
The site also allows for users to enter information to a profile page that can be viewed by any visitor to the site. The information does not need to be valid and is in no way required to participate in the site activities.

Removal of Information:
At any time, user information can be purged from our database at the request of the user or at the request of the parent or guardian of the user in the case of a minor.
