Have you noticed that ever since Hulk took over and started to bring in old veterans, and change the ring, that Impact ratings have dropped? Heck, the last Impact show drew an all-time low of 0.5 on the TV ratings, one-sixth of Raw's Draft Night ratings, and certainly less than those that were busy watching the NBA or NHL playoffs. Well, having followed TNA enough to know what they need to do, here are some of my ideas that they need to do:

1 - Get rid of Vince Russo. He definitely doesn't fit in a promotion where Hulk & Bischoff run things, ala WCW.

2 - Let Dixie have more control over which talent stays, and which ones go.

3 - Revamp the X-Division, the Tag Team Divisions, and most definitely the Knockouts division. Once upon a time, I would've said TNA tops WWE in their Tag Team & Women's Divisions. Now I find myself thinking that the way things go in the Knockouts Division, it makes the SHIMMER roster far, far better! The same goes with the Tag Team & X-Divisions. Those divisions needs to be revamped, especially when you got a hot talent like Generation Me!

4 - GO BACK TO THE SIX-SIDED RING! SIX-SIDED RING...IS...T-N-A!!!

5 - Move back to Thursday nights, because it's obvious that they just can't compete head-to-head with Raw, and with Raw looking as it is now, it's just flat-out impossible!

With WWE Draft Night 2010 Coming, looks like the first group of "Future Endeavoured" wrestlers have been disclosed, and the first two are...IMO...shocking.

MICKIE JAMES - 5-time Women's Champion & former Divas Champion. Looks like she'll be concentrating more on her fledgling country music career now, especially since she's hardly getting pushed on SmackDown these days, and it was reported that she was constantly late during the European tour. This means that Beth Phoenix is now the top--& only--Diva face on SD, so I'm predicting at least one babyface Diva on Raw being drafted to the blue brand (most likely Gail Kim or Kelly Kelly).

SHELTON BENJAMIN - Seems to be stuck in low-mid card these days, so this is kinda expected, though not this soon IMO.

KATIE LEA BURCHILL - All she's been doing, besides jobbing in the ring, is entertaining the WWE Universe on the Live Blogs.

Don't be surprised to see more "future endeavoured" press releases soon. This is, after all, WWE's annual "roster cleaning", and this could be the first step in them making room for any of the NXT proteges to move into the main roster, and/or FCW developmental wrestlers to move up.

Maybe it's just me, but there's something about England that makes it ripe for title changes in the Divas Divisions. 2008, it was Mickie James getting the victory roll on Beth Phoenix to win her 4th Women's Championship. 2010, Eve Torres gets the roll-up on Maryse to win her first Divas Championship. Eve is definitely the first Diva to go from Diva Search winner, to eye-candy interviewer, to Divas Champion.

I don't know how long her reign will last, but congratulations to Eve Torres, today's hottest WWE Diva.

With so many great matches on tonight's WM26 card, there are a few big matches that could main event what could be an "Instant Classic" PPV.

"MONDAY NIGHT WAR" ON 1/4/2010 BETWEEN WWE & TNA

This could get real ugly, with the NFL winding down its regular season, with no MNF. WWE hopes to garner high 3's in the TV ratings with Bret "The Hitman" Hart guest-hosting, while TNA & Spike TV goes live with Impact in Orlando, featuring Hulk Hogan's appearance on TV. With TNA going full steam in their "new era", and WWE starting their build-up for their 2010 Royal Rumble, this could be a very interesting night for wrestling fans. Question is, at this point, who will win?


NEW WWE SPEARHEAD?

IMO, it may be time for Mr. McMahon to choose a new spearhead for the company. Cena has been the spearhead for quite some time, and with all the divided sentiment that he has, and that he seems to have little or no real respect in the locker room--since noone wants to watch his back, maybe it's time for someone new to take the reins. Someone like Randy Orton, or Sheamus O'Shaunessey. Cena has led the way long enough, and someone young and ready to lead WWE is, more or less, needed to compete against the growing challenge from TNA.

I don't know about you guys, but I believe that Sheamus made history in the WWE at the TLC ppv. Not only does he becomes one of the wrestlers to win the WWE Championship in only a matter of months in the big league, but more or less the first former FCW Champion & product to win the WWE Championship.

So Cena-haters, & older WWE fans rejoice! Sheamus O'Shaunessy is the new WWE Champion! Congratulations to The Celtic Warrior! A pint of Guiness for the new champ.

Is it just me, or did the WWE Universe and all other pro wrestling fans got another jolt of "Dean Douglas"? Yeah, the man that was Intercontinental Champion for 30 mins before getting floored for it by Scott Hall & his Razor Ramon persona. Flash forward to October 2009, where Jillian Hall used underhanded tactics to beat Mickie James to become the 4th Divas Champion, only to lose it minutes later when Melina, Raw's biggest acquisition in the Divas trade, comes out and floors Jillian with the Last Call to become the 5th Divas Champion.

Couldn't they have let Jillian hold the belt for at least a few weeks, then have Melina, Gail Kim, or Kelly Kelly win it at Bragging Rights?
