DOMINION Presents Blood, Sweat & Tears PPV

Pyro explodes across the stage as "Fired Up" plays while Dominion Wrestling's Blood, Sweat & Tears PPV begins. Jim Ross and JBL are at ringside to open the show.

Jim Ross begins, "Welcome to Dominion Wrestlings Blood, Sweat & Tears PPV. We are coming to you tonight from the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte North Carolina!. JBL, tonight we have an exciting schedule for our fans."

JBL opens up, "That's right JR, tonight World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho defends his championship against the new number one contender Matt Morgan, who won a battle royal last week to earn the chance at the title. Also, James Storm's suspension ends tonight as he faces Abyss in a steel cage."

JR continues, "The ladies champion ODB defends her title against the former champion Awesome Kong and John Cena will defend his newly won North American Championship in a three way with Mr. Anderson and former champion Bobby Roode. But you good folks didn't purchase this PPV to hear us talk about what's gonna happen, you want to see the action. Lilian is standing by."

"Please welcome Oscar winner and recording artist Jennifer Hudson as she sings the National Anthem."
Hudson does a great job of singing the Star Spangled Banner and gets a rousing ovation from the live crowed from the Charlotte crowd.

Lilian begins to introduce the first match, "Introducing first, from Sanford North Carolina, Amy Dumas!" The former "Lita" makes her way to the ring as her music, "It Just Feels Right" plays. She gets a huge pop as she is from North Carolina.

"And her opponent, from Richmond Virginia, making her Domion Wrestling debut, MICKIE JAMES!" As "Hardcore Country" plays, James runs to the ring to another great pop from the fans, as she greets those that are reaching out to her with high fives.

The referee calls for the bell and the two ladies begin to battle. Mickie runs and leaps with a Thez Press and goes for a quick cover which surprises Amy, but she easily kicks out at two. Both square off again, this time Dumas surprises James with a basic armdrag takedown. As Mickie arises, she's taken down again when Dumas hits another armdrag. She quickly kips up but Dumas nails a perfect dropkick. Dumas grabs James and whips her into a turnbuckle. She runs in and leaps to the second rope and flips her with a Monkey Flip into the center of the ring. She goes for a cover but James kicks out at two.

James rolls out of the ring but Dumas is not having that delay tactic and follows her. Mickie turns and hits Dumas with a clothesline. She whips her into the steel steps and rolls her back into the ring. The fans are starting to boo Mickie for her bending of the rules. James climbs to the second rope and leaps with another Thez Press and goes for the cover. Dumas kicks out at two.

Mickie attempts a leaping DDT, but Dumas has her scouted and turns it into a Atomic Smash. Dumas locks Mickie in a Sharpshooter. Mickie tries to escape but decides to fight another day and taps out. Amy Dumas has her hand raised in victory.

Matt Stryker is backstage to interview Bobby Roode. "Bobby, you lost the North American Championship to John Cena and now the match that originally was scheduled with Mr. Anderson is a three way as Cena defends against both you and Anderson. What are your thoughts before your match?"

Roode Answers, "Ever since I won the North American championship, Roddy Piper has had it in for me. Cena walks into Dominion Wrestling and the management is obviously star struck and grants him a championship match right away. I was not prepared to defend the title last week and thereforefore Cena got lucky. Tonight, I will use my superior intellect and get my title back and Cena nor Anderson will know how it happened, but as the leader of the selfish generation, I get what I want."

Lilian Garcia begins another introduction, "This next match is for the Ring of Honor Heavyweight Championship. Introducing the challenger, from Gainesville, Georgia, "The Phenomonal" AJ Styles!" AJ's music, "Get Ready to Fly" plas as he comes to the ring to a decent pop.

"And his opponent, the Ring of Honor Heavyweight Champion, from Elizabeth New Jersey, Jay Lethal!" The champion makes his way to the ring without any music. He is a throwback to the old school before entrance themes were cool.

The two young rivals hook up, Styles applies a headlock, Lethal reverses it and applies a hammerlock. He modifies it into a chicken wing. AJ reverses it and takes Lethal off his feet with a hip lock takedown. AJ applies a single leg Boston Crab. The champion struggles and is able to break the hold. Styles delivers a Pele Kick, stunning the champion. AJ applies a sleeper hold. Lethal struggles and falls back into a turnbuckle causing AJ's grip to loosen enabling him to escape.

Lethal whips AJ into the ropes and leap frogs him as he comes back. AJ hits the other ropes and Lethal drops to the mat and AJ leaps over him and hits the ropes again. Lethal times a dropkick perfectly and the impact sends AJ through the ropes. Lethal springboards off the top rope with a flying body block to the arena floor.

The fans begin to chant, "This is awesome, this is awesome, this is awesome!"

The referee's count is up to six and both men are able to get back into the ring. Lethal maintains the momentum and grabs AJ in a Pump Handle Slam. He goes for a cover but Styles kicks out at two. Lethal pulls AJ up but Styles rolles him up into a Small Package. The ref counts to two and Lethal escapes. AJ dropkicks Lethal and applies a Figure 4 Leglock. Lethal struggles for nearly a minute and manages to reverse it causing the pressure to be on AJ who releases the hold.

AJ hits another Pele Kick and sets up for his signature Styles Clash. He executes it and goes for the cover. One...two...before the ref's hand strikes the mat for the three count, RVD pulls the referee out of the ring and hits a 5 Star Frog splash on Styles. Lethal struggles to his feet and looks at RVD and shrugs his shoulders to say, "What's going on?"

RVD hits a spinning leg lariat on Lethal followed by a Swanton Bomb. Van Dam then hits Rolling Thunder on Lethal and exits the ring. The referee informs the announcer that this is ruled a no contest. The fans are booing RVD as he walks back to the locker room. They are chanting, "RVD sucks, RVD sucks, RVD sucks!" RVD stands at the top of the stage holding Lethal's Ring of Honor championship.

Backstage, Roddy Piper is livid about RVD's interferance. Piper enters President and CEO Paul Heyman's office. "We have go to address this RVD situation. Did you see what he did?"

Heyman agrees. "You're the GM, handle it at your discretion!"

Piper leaves and runs into RVD in the hall. "RVD you are so hell bent on getting involved in these big matches, I'm going to give you a big match. Next week on the show, you will face AJ Styles in a no DQ match. The special referee will be the ROH champion, Jay Lethal!"

Lilian starts to introduce the next match, "This match is for the Dominion Ladies championship. First out is the challenger from Toykyo Japan, Awesome Kong!" As Kong makes her way to "Empire March" she gets a huge pop from the fans.

"Next is the Dominion Ladies champion, from Minneaoplis Minnesota, ODB!" The champion makes her way to the ring wih her flash of liquid courage to her music of "I'm About to Freak." She receives a mixed reaction, but there are some "ODB" chants.

Kong starts first using her size and power by quickly locking ODB in a bearhug. ODB rakes Kong's eyes and the hold is loosened. ODB kicks her challenger in the thigh and then runs into the ropes and bounces back with a clothesline that only stuns the challenger. ODB repeats this with the same results. She tries a third time but this time Kong scoops her up and hits a running power slam. She goes for a cover but ODB gets a foot across the bottom rope saving her title for the time being.

Kong pulls the champion up and lifts her in a military press. ODB thumbs Kong in the eye and Kong drops her. ODB clips Kong in the back of the knee and applies an ankle lock. Kong rolls to her back and kicks the champion off. However, she is favoring that leg.

ODB hits the ropes and leaps with a flying body block. Kong catches her and executes a fallaway slam. ODB exits the ring to recover. At the count of eight she climbs to the ring apron. Kong charges and clotheslines ODB who falls back to the arena floor. She grabs her head. Kong comes outside the ring to get the champion back into the ring. ODB pushes Kong into the steel ring post. Kong falls to her knees and ODB kicks her in the head.

ODB gets back into the ring and goads the challenger to come back for more. Kong is up and barely beats the ten count. ODB executes a DDT on the challenger and goes for a cover. Kong powers out at two. ODB taunts the crowd. Awesome Kong uses that momentary lack of focus and grabs ODB in a standing suplex. Kong goes for a cover and ODB barely gets a shoulder up before three. Kong glares at the referee in frustration.

Kong chops ODB and whips the champion into the ropes and has a clothesline awaiting as he rebounds. Kong rushes the ropes and drops down with all her 272 pounds with a Big Splash. She covers and the referee counts to three.

"Your winner and NEW Dominion Ladies champion, Awesome Kong!

Backstage RVD barges into Mr. Heyman's office. "Can Piper do that? Place me in a match with AJ Styles and have Lethal as special referee?"

Heyman looks at RVD, "Yes. He has full authority to do that. The match is made now deal with it!" RVD glares at Heyman and grabs him by the collar. "You should not allow this type of actions against your greatest asset in this company!"

"Introducing the opponents for this steel cage match. First, from Liepor's Port Tennessee, Cowboy James Storm!" The cowboy makes his way to the ring and checks the cage while his music, "Sorry About Your Damn Luck" plays. He climbs into the ring and drinks a gulp of beer.

"And his opponent, from Parts Unknown, "the Monster" Abyss!" As "Black Hole" Abyss ring music plays, he makes his way to the ring to huge heat. He has his "girlfriend" Janice; a 2x4 with nails at the top of it all around with him.

The referee orders the door to the cage locked. The bell rings and the two begin to go to war. Storm kicks Abyss in the mid section and clotheslines him with little affect. Storm rushes the ropes an comes back with another clothesline. That move only staggers the monster. Abyss grabs Storm in a headlock and begins to punch him in the head. Abyss then slams Storm agains the steel cage and rakes his head across the it. This causes a cut on Storm and the blood begins to flow.

As Storm tastes his own blood, he snaps. He hits Abyss with lefts and rights. He smashes Abyss' face into the steel cage which causes a cut on Abyss. Storm grabs "Janice" and hits Abyss in the back. Blood is seeping through Abyss' ring attire.

Storm tosses "Janice" out of the cage and hits Abyss with his "Last Call" superkick. He grabs the monster and hits a DDT. He covers the monster who kicks out at two. Storm whips the monster into the ropes but Abyss gets a big boot. Storm is down and Abyss goes for a cover. Storm barely gets a shoulder up. Abyss picks him up and goes for his "Shock Treatment" Storm blocks it and it's another "Last Call" superkick. Abyss is down. Storm climbs the cage and manages to escape getting the win.

Backstage, Piper is down. He is being attended to by medics. Heyman is standing by and has a worried look on his face.

"This next match features from Pittsburgh PA, the only Olympic gold medalist in professiona wrestling, Kurt Angle!" As the gold medalist comes to the ring, his music, "My Quest" plays. He gets a huge pop from the fans.

"And his opponent, from Aberdeen Washington, Bryan Danielson!" As "Free Fall" plays, Danielson comes to the ring to a warm reception from the Carolina fans.

The bell rings and the match begins. Angle strikes first with a leg sweep and an attempt to apply the ankle lock. Danielson blocks it and is back to his feet. Angle charges him and Danielson leap frogs over. He stops and hits a spinning heel kick to the back of Angle's head. He is stunned. Danielson takes Angle down and goes for the Lebell Lock. Angle blocks it and the two are back to their feet squaring off.

Danielson and Angle lock up. Angle twists Danielson's arm and applies an arm bar. Danielson uses the top rope and flips backwards and reverses the arm twist. Angle follows with a clothesline. Danielson is down on the mat. Angle drops an elbow on his back. He applies a Boston Crab but Danielson is close to the ropes and grabs onto them breaking the hold. In frustration, Angle tosses Danielson out of the ring.

The referee is admonishing Angle as Danielson comes back in from the other side with a running high knee to Angle's back that sends him face first into the turnbuckle. Danielson grabs him in a head lock and runs with a running bulldog. He goes for the cover. Angle kicks out at two.

Danielson applies a surfboard and begins to rock back and forth. Angle is in pain but refuses to tap. Danielson screams, "Everybody taps!"

Bryan Danielson releases the hold and goes once again for the Lebell Lock and again Angle blocks it. The olympic gold medalist is quick to his feet and sweeps Danielson's leg and applies his ankle lock. Danielson flips to his back and kicks Angle away. As Angle returns, Danielson drops with a takedown manuever which cases Angle's head to hit the middle turnbuckle. Danielson goes for a cover and again Angle kicks out.

Danielson climbs to the top rope and goes for a missle dropkick. Angle sidesteps it and Danielson crashes and burns. Angle locks in the ankle lock and scissors the leg. Danielson taps out.

Angle has the mic, "That's right, everybody taps!"

Backstage Heyman is on the phone, "You can be here next week for sure? You will have full control until Piper is able to return. You will be the interim GM and I want Van Dam dealt with!"

JR asks, "Who do you suppose Heyman was talking with JBL?"

JBL responds, "I don't know, I guess we'll just have to see next week. I'm sure it will be someone that can manage the chaos here at the asylum!"

"This next match is a three way dance for the Dominion North American Championship. Introducing first, from Green Bay Wisconsin, Mr. Anderson! Next, from Toronto Ontario Canada, Bobby Roode and the NEW North American Heavyweight champion, from West Newbury Massachussetts, John Cena!" The new champ's music, "The Time is Now" plays as he makes his way to ringside to a huge pop from the fans at the Time Warner Cable Arena.

The bell rings and Anderson goes for Cena with a headlock while Roode stands in the corner laughing. Anderson whips Cena into that corner causing Cena's head to bump with Roode, stunning both. Anderson covers Cena but the champion powers out. Roode slides over and covers Cena and again the champion powers out. Anderson drops an elbow on Roode's back. He picks him up and whips him into the ropes, Roode hangs on as Anderson charges with a clothesline that sends Roode out of the ring.

Anderson turns and Cena grabs him up and attempts to hit his Attitude Adjustment, but Anderson hits some elbows causing Cena to release. Cena whips Anderson into the ropes and hits him with a running shoulder block. He does it again and drops his 5 Knuckle Shuffle on Anderson and goes for the cover. Roode breaks it up. The former champion tosses Cena out of the ring and goes for the cover on Anderson. The referee begins to count but Anderson kicks out at two.

Cena has climbed to the apron and Roode clotheslines him off the apron and he hits his head on the announce table. Anderson hits Roode in the back with a double knee and then goes for his Mic Check finisher. Roode blocks it. Cena is out on the floor trying to recover. Anderson and Roode exchange punches. Anderson gets the upperhand and hits a DDT on Roode. He goes for the pinning attempt, Cena has made it back in the ring and breaks it up. He tosses Anderson out of the ring.

Morgan answers, "To be honest with you Matt, I have some butterflies. But let me say this, I am in the best shape of my life and I've been training for this day for a long, long time. I'm going out there and I'm going to do my best to win that championship. I respect Chris Jericho and all he has accomplished, but tonight, the young upstart takes down the cagey veteran!"

JR answers, "Lethal will want to extract some revenge on his former friend RVD who turned on him a couple of weeks ago. Also President and CEO Paul Heyman is here with a major announcement. As you know, when he says something, it usually creates a buzz so that remains to be seen."

JBL continues, "GM Roddy Piper suffered a mild concussion and received nine stitches after James Storm crashed his beer bottle over his head last week. We will see how Piper will respond to that tonight. Lilian Garcia is ready for the first match so take it away Lilian."

Introducing first, from Aberdeen Washington former DOMINION heavyweight champion, Bryan Danielson. The former champion makes his way to the ring to his theme music to a great reception from the Italian crowd tonight."

And his opponent, from New YorkAnthony Nese!" JR notes while Nese makes his way to the ring. "Not much is known about young Anthony Nese. He is a virtual rookie with little ring experience."

The bell rings and Nese shocks Danielson with his in ring ability. Danielson is able to stay on the defensive and mounts some offense but in the end we have a ten minute draw.

JBL reports,"Many will consider that some sort of upset because of Danielson’s experience and record."

JR adds, "Clearly, Danielson was not at the top of his game tonight. I agree JBL, that could be considered an upset."

"This next match is to determine a new number one contender for the DOMINION World Heavyweight Championship, introducing first, from Liepors Port Tennessee, James Storm!" As Storm's music,'Sorry About Your Damn Luck plays he starts down to the ring. About halfway down the ramp bagpipes begin to play and out comes Rowdy Roddy Piper.

"Storm, after you busted my head with your bottle last week I had to have nine stitches and have a mild concussion! I'm still having headaches and this cut hurts like you know what! With that being said, whoever took it upon themselves to reward you with a match of this magnitude will be dealt with, but I am here to tell you it AINT GONNA HAPPEN! You are hereby suspended from DOMINION Wrestling TV and Live Events until our upcoming PPV without pay. If you are scene in my building or get involved in any match in any form you will be FIRED!"

James Storm stares at Piper and walks away shaking his head. Backstage, a photographer snaps his photo and Storm grabs his camera a busts it against the wall. He turns over some chairs and tables as he exits the building.

Lilian Garcia begins the intro of the next match, "This next match is for the DOMINION Ladies Championship. Introducing from Minneapolis Minnesota, the DOMINION Ladies Champion, ODB! As the champion makes her way to the ring to "I'm About to Freak" she gets a mixed reaction from the crowd.

"And her opponent for this championship match, from San Juan Puerto Rico, Rosa Mendes!

ODB attacks as the bell rings. She hits a devastating clothesline to Mendes and follows with a crushing elbow drop. She finishes her opponent off with her “The Barn” finisher. It’s a fireman’s carry cutter to retain her championship.

"The following match is for the North American Championship! Introducing first, from Denver Colorado, The Boss" Bobby Lashley!" as "Unstoppable" Lashley's ring music plays he makes his way to the ring to a big pop from the fans. The remember him when he helped hometown hero Santino Marella defeat Umaga for the WWE Intercontinental title a few years ago.

"And from Toronto Ontario Canada, the North American Heavyweight Champion, Bobby Roode!" As the champion makes his way to the ring, his music,"Off the Chain" plays, He is getting huge heat from the fans"

The bell rings and Lashley goes on the offense immediately with a series of slams and suplexes that has the champion reeling. The challenger hits a running powerslam and goes for a cover. He gets a count of two. Lashley lifts Roode up into a military press and drops him behind him to the mat. Again, Lashley goes for a cover, but this time the champion gets a foot across the rope to break the count and save his championship. Lashley grabs Roode up again into a backbreaker.

In desperation, Roode thumbs his challenger in the eyes causing Lashley to loose the hold. Roode tosses his opponent over the top rope. The champion follows him out and whips Lashley shoulder first into the steel ring post. Roode smashes a chair across his head and the referee immediately calls for the bell disqualifying the champion.

Roode continues to assault Lashley until Mr. Anderson runs to the ring to make the save. Anderson hits his Mic Check finisher on the champion and takes the championship belt and gazes into it. Anderson lays the belt across Roodes chest and takes the vintage mic, "I am your next North American Champion. I am Mr. Anderson......Anderson

"President and CEO Paul Heyman followed by GM Roddy Piper come to the ring.
JR notes, "When those two are here you just know something big is about to happen. Piper begins first,"Mr. Roode continues to disgrace the prestigious North American championship with intentional disqualifications. At the upcoming PPV if he intentionally is DQ'd the title will exchange hands!

Heyman takes the mic, "As you know, we here at DOMINION Wrestling are intent on bringing you the best wrestlers and athletes as possible. Our stars give you their best week in and week out in appreciation for you paying your hard earned money to buy tickets and merchandise. We have been working behind the scenes to secure the best talent available for this company. With that being said, let me introduce our latest signee to the ladies roster, the former "Lita" Amy Dumas As Dumas comes to the ring to a huge pop, Heyman speaks again, That's not all. We have also signed a major star. He is the only Olympic gold medalist in wrestling history, Kurt Angle. He will be making his debut with us next week. Finally, a very special surprise that you never thought possible, a little bit later we will reveal that to you, so get ready to be shocked!

JR responds, “WOW, Amy Dumas, Kurt Angle are now with DOMINION Wrestling. Business is about to pick up JBL!

JBL answers, "It is indeed JR. But right now I'm anxiously awaiting for Heyman's other surprise to be revealed later tonight! "

This next match is a 10 man over the top rope battle royal. The winner will receive a World Title match next month. Here are your participants, Justin Gabriel, Heath Slater, Curt Hawkins, Christopher Daniels, AJ Styles, Colt Cabana, John Morrison, Carlito, Sting, and Matt Morgan!

Daniels hits a hurricanrana on Slater, Morrison hits a running knee to Carlito, Sting and Matt Morgan are in a test of strength. Gabriel clothelines Hawkins whild AJ Styles hits a Pele kick on Colt Cabana.

Matt Morgan overpowers Sting and sends him into a corner turnbuckle following him in with a running clothesline. Carlito reverses a whip and sends John Morrison into the ropes followed by a dropkick. Heath Slater trades punches with Hawkins. Gabriel is the first eliminated when Daniels tosses him over the top rope. Sting turns and hits a scorpion death drop on Carlito. Daniels hits Sting in the back but Sting only turns and beats his chest and yells, "OOOOOOOOO"

Sting grabs Daniels in a military press and drops him over the top to the floor below. John Morrison is met with a big boot by Morgan and sent over the top rope. Slater and Carlito double team Morgan but are not match for his power. Morgan sends both of them over the top rope with a double clothesline. AJ Styles and Colt Cabana hook up. Cabana springboards with an enziguri on Styles that stuns him. Sting sends AJ over the top as he staggers near the ropes. Morgan hits another big boot on Cabana that sends him over the top, thus eliminating him.

Curt Hawkins attempts to throw Sting over the top, but Sting manages to skin the cat and is back in the ring. Morgan shoulder blocks Hawkins over the top eliminating him leaving only himself and The Icon, Sting.

Sting kicks Morgan in the knee and hits a DDT. He grabs Morgan up but it is blocked with elbows. Morgan hits a chokeslam and follows that by picking Sting up and whipping him into a turnbuckle and following with another running clothesline. Morgan hits a superplex from the second rope. Sting manages to get to his feet first as Morgan landed wrong. Sting hits Morgan with a scorpion death drop.

As Sting grabs Morgan and whips him into the ropes, Sting sets himself early and Morgan capitalizes and kicks him in the chest. Sting falls against the ropes and bounces back with a flying clothesline that stuns the big man. Sting charges Morgan who low bridges the ropes and Sting accidently eliminates himself and Morgan is your winner! J

JR reports, "Great match JBL, Morgan gets his first shot at the World Title next month!

JBL responds, "I've been a fan of Morgan for a few years. He is well deserving and I predict he will become champion!

The following match is tonight’s main event. It is a streetfight match. Introducing from Elizabeth New Jersey, the Ring of Honor heavyweight champion, Jay Lethal! As the ROH champion makes his way to the ring he is dressed in jeans and a t-shirt with boots and leather gloves.

"His opponent, from Battle Creek Michigan, Rob Van Dam! RVD comes to the ring to his music, “The Whole F'N Show dressed in his normal wrestling attire.

CEO Paul Heyman comes out to the stage flanked by GM Roddy Piper. “Gentlemen, I know this match will be brutal and full of chaos. Therefore I have assigned a special referee to enforce this match and here he is....." "The Time is Now" begins to play and out comes none other than former 10 time WWE champion John Cena!">

JR reports "John Cena in DOMINION Wrestling! This will change the landscape of our company! JBL adds, "Paul Heyman has pulled a major coup by signing Cena. He is a major star!" The fans are going wild at Cena’s appearance.

The special referee calls for the bell and Lethal and RVD begin to battle. RVD begins with a kick to the mid section of Lethal followed by a thrust kick that sends him out of the ring. RVD follows him out but Lethal has found a steel chair and slams it into the knee of RVD. Lethal wraps the leg of Van Dam inside the chair and stomps on it and then applies a figure four leglock outside the ring. RVD struggles in pain but after nearly two minutes he reverses the hold and the pressure causing Lethal to release the hold.

Van Dam is slow to his feet and is met with a hard right hand by Lethal. In desperation, RVD hits a spinning kick to Lethal that stuns him. RVD grabs a kendo stick from under the ring and cracks Lethal over the head which opens a cut. RVD begins to pound on the cut opening it further. Lethal swings wildly but misses. RVD sets Lethal in the corner and places a chair over him. He goes to the opposite corner and leaps with his "Van Terminator" crashing with a missle dropkick to the chair into Lethal's face. He goes for a cover. John Cena counts, One... two...thr... Lethal barely kicks out. Jay Lethal struggles to his feet.

Van Dam goes for a DDT but Lethal smartly clings to the top rope causing RVD to crash to the mat. Lethal climbs to the top rope and hits Van Dam with a double leg drop across his chest. Lethal grabs a garbage can and crushes it across RVD’s head. Lethal finds the kendo stick and smacks it across RVD opening a cut on him as well. Lethal attempts a “Lethal Combination” but RVD blocks it. RVD hits “Rolling Thunder” and goes for a pin. Cena makes a count of two.

RVD is furious and complains about a slow count and shoves Cena. John Cena warns RVD. The cocky superstar slaps Cena. The special referee is furious and grabs Van Dam and hits him with an Attitude Adjustment. Cena pulls Lethal to his feet and points to RVD on the canvas. Lethal hits his opponent with his "Lethal Injection" finisher and goes for the pin. One...two...three. Cena raises Lethals arm in victory and points to him as the winner of the match.

JR remarks, "Cena sure made an impact in his first night here!" J

JBL adds, "He should not have attacked RVD. He was an official! This match should be protested! JR retorts, "I believe that RVD goaded Cena JBL, and rightfully deserved what he got!"

John Cena has the microphone, "I am thrilled to be part of DOMINION Wrestling. As you know, when I come to this ring, I give my all. I am all about Hustle, Loyalty and Respect. I was not given that in that other company so I am here to help your company grow and entertain you fans. My personal goal is to become your DOMINION World Heavyweight champion. So whether it’s Chris Jericho or Matt Morgan or whoever, when that match is scheduled, I want you to know that you will not know what hits you and that belt will be around my waist." Cena moves his hand back and forth in front of his face and mouths, "You can't see me!" While his music plays in the background.

The two battle back and forth for over five minutes unitl Cabana hits his Colt .45 finisher to get the victory. While celebrating, Carlito attempts a backstabber, but Cabana was watching the Jumbo Tron and saw it coming. Cabana superkicks Carlito and leaves him lying in the ring to the fans delight.

The Green Bay loudmouth comes to the ring with his vintage mic, "I hail from Green Bay Wisconsin, and I'm the next North American Heavyweight Champion, my name is Mr. Anderson......... Anderson!"

"And his opponent from New York, Anthony Nese!"

Anderson takes Nese's best, but his experience proves too much for the youngster and applies the Mic Check at the six minute mark of the match to secure the victory.
After a short celebration, Anderson has a mic, "I understand that the North American champion Bobby Roode is contemplating retirement. He says that the only way I will win that belt is when he retires. Well, after the PPV later this month, I guess Mr. Roode will be on his way to the golf course or whereever he goes for relaxation, because I will be the NEW North American Heavyweight champion Mr. Anderson.....Anderson!"

General Manager Rowdy Roddy Piper comes to the ring. "I have received an official request from Jay Lethal to reinstate Rob Van Dam so that he can take care of matters himself. I have decided that RVD will be reinstated and next week it will be RVD vs. Jay Lethal in a Street fight right here on DOMINION!"

"Introducing from Tokyo Japan, Awesome Kong!" As the former champion's entrance, "Empire March" plays she makes her way to the ring.

"And her opponent, from Minneapolis Minnesota, the DOMINION ladies champion, ODB! This will be for the championship!"

Backstage, Matt Stryker is sporting a neck brace and is interviewing Ring of Honor champion Jay Lethal.

"Jay, GM Roddy Piper has reinstated RVD and has scheduled a streetfight with you two next week, what are your thoughts?"

Lethal responds, "It's this way Matt, I come from New Jersey wher eyou have a streetfight just to get to school and home, not to mention to go to work or the local store. Next week, RVD better beware because I am from the streets of New Jersey and I will take care of business Jersey style!"

The two warriors battle back and forth for ten minutes until Lethal hits his "Lethal Combination" finisher to gain the victory. As he celebrates, the newly reinstated Rob Van Dam comes through the crowd and over the barrier and attacks Lethal. The champion battles back and RVD leaves the area.

"Cowboy" James Storm comes to the ring. "Abyss, we have a cage match at the PPV in a couple of weeks. Normally you intimidate your opponents, but I'm here in the center of this ring, easy to find, I say let's get it on right now, right here!"

Abyss comes out and heads towards the ring, but is intercepted by Roddy Piper. "Stop! I do not want you two destroying one another. Save it for the PPV! However, you both will see action tonight and each of you gets to choose the opponent for the other. James, since you are already in the ring, I want Abyss to name your opponent now!"

Abyss takes the mic, "I choose Bobby Lashely!" As the handpicked opponent for Storm comes to the ring his "Unstoppable" entrance plays.

The two battle for over ten minutes until Abyss gets involved by tripping Storm as he hits the ropes. The two battle outside the ring until Lashley and several security staffers separate Storm and Abyss.

Roddy Piper comes out once again, "Abyss, since you are so eager for action, your match is next, Storm, who will he be facing?"

Storm takes the mic, "Your opponent is Matt Morgan!" As Matt Morgan runs to the ring, his ring music, "Sleeping Giant" begins. Immediately the two big men begin to battle. Storm is at ringside watching the action but with security standing around him to prevent his involvement in the match.

Storm manages to restrain himself for the first several minutes until Abyss throws Morgan over the top rope into the security and Storm. The Cowboy starts toward the ring but the security intervenes. Storm takes them out and he and Abyss tear into each other. After another ten minute melee, the two are finally separated and escorted to the back.

James Storm is seen backstage, he is angry and turning over tables and tossing chairs. Rowdy Roddy Piper approaches him carefully.

Piper address Storm, "James, I know you are upset. You and Abyss can tear into each other at the PPV. Until then, I'm giving you time off to keep this type of crap from taking place at the next TV show."

Storm looks at Piper, "You're what? Giving me time off! I want that monster and I want him next week."

Piper responds, "Not gonna happen!" James Storm smashes his beer bottle over Piper's head leaving him laying on the floor in a bloody mess. Storm leaves the building as Piper is being tended to.

JR notes, "As soon as we have an update on Piper we will pass that on to you."

JBL adds, "I've never known James Storm to lose control as he has tonight. I would not want to be in any of his opponent's shoes."

The next match is being introduced, "From Ayr Scotland, former DOMINION World Heavyweight champion, Drew McIntyre!" As McIntyre's entrance music, "Broken Dreams" plays he comes to the ring for his championship match.

"His opponent, from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, the DOMINION World Heavyweight champion, Chris Jericho!" The ring entrance, "Break the Walls" for Jerich plays as the champion comes to the ring sporting his championship over his shoulder.

The match is underway, the two lock up, McIntyre knees Jericho in the mid section and takes him down with a reverse neckbreaker. McIntyre applies a side headlock and maintains the pressure. Jericho struggles to his feet and lifts McIntyre up with a suplext. The opponent maintains the hold and rolls through keeping the pressure applied. Jericho uses his momentum to run McIntyre into the corner turnbuckle and he releases the hold.

Jericho goes to work with a knee drop across McIntyre's arm and applies an armbar and reverses it into a hammerlock. The champion picks his challenger up and body slams his oppoent with the hammerlock still applied.

Jericho grabs the challenger and whips him shoulder first into the steel ring post between the ropes. The champion twists McIntyre's arm across the top rope and jumps from the ring jamming the arm. McIntyre arm is limp. Jericho kicks him in the injured arm. The champion grabs his opponent and whips him into the ropes. As McIntyre rebounds he holds on to the ropes and Jericho misses with his dropkick attempt.

McIntyre drops a double leg drop across Jericho's chest. McIntyre floats over into a pinning attempt but his arm is weakened and cannot hook the leg. Jericho escapes. The challenger clotheslines Jericho with his uninjured arm.

The challenger tosses Jericho over the top rope. While Jericho is down outside McIntyre works his injured arm trying to get it loosened up and usable. Jericho fakes climbing on the ring apron and McIntyre gets too close. Jericho pulls his feet from under him and outside the ring. Jericho smashes McIntyre's head into the ring apron. As he attempts it again, it's blocked and Jericho gets his head smashed.

McIntyre bodyslams Jericho outside the ring. As the challenger attempts to whip the champion into the barrier, Jericho reverses it and McIntyre crashes into it. Jericho turns and the referee has reached the ten count and the match is ruled a no contest.

As Jericho retrieves his championship belt, Bryan Danielson leaps over the barrier from crowd and hits a high knee to Jericho on the ropes. Danielson stands over Jericho and has the title belt in hand gazing into it.

DOMINION closes another broadcast and JR informs us that the European tour will conclude next week from Italy.

What's Up With That? (1st of 2012)

It's 2012 and this is the first episode of "What's Up With That?" The questions that myself as a longtime wrestling fan just wants to know about the strange and bizarre world that we know as professional rasslin'. I'm Dare2believe, and I'll be asking the question on certain things I've seen recently primarily in WWE and TNA.

Let's get started:

TNA: Robert Roode is the TNA/Impact Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion. I get that, but when you defend your title at a PPV where folks pay their hard earned money to watch. Last night at the Genesis PPV Robert Roode got himself DQ's against Jeff Hardy, "What's Up With That?" I think getting DQ's intentionally is bogus and should not be tolerated. I understand his heel persona, but come on TNA or Impact Wrestling, stop shooting yourself in the foot with this stuff and get on board and grow as a company.

WWE: Building up this "It begins" promos for weeks only to have Jericho come out and smile a lot (he's not on Dancing with the Stars now) and not say a word was totally disrespectful to the WWE Universe/fans. "What's Up With That?"

TNA: Karen Jarrett was the Vice President of the Knockout Divison and was fired (storyline), she supposedly appointed Madison Rayne to be in charge until Sting fired her from that post. Why do we need a VP of the Knockout's especially one that always sides with the "heels" WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

TNA: Recently I read where Kurt Angle is offended because Jack Swagger is using "his" ankle lock over in the WWE. He claims the WWE is disrespecting him by allowing that! Even though that may be his finisher and such, I didn't know that he had "rights" to that hold. "What's Up With That?"

WWE: Daniels Bryan or Bryan Danielson is the World Heavyweight Champion on Smackdown. Congratulations to him. Why does he celebrate after each win like he can't believe he actualy won a match. Ever since the WWE has signed him he has been treated as a rookie even though he has over 10 years experience on the indy circuit. "What's Up With That?"

WWE: John Laurenitis as we all hear week in and week out that he is the VP of Talent Relations and interim GM of Raw. First of all, when is the full time GM coming? "What's Up With That?" Secondly, why is he getting involved in CM Punk's matches on a regular basis, "What's Up With That?"

That about does it for this episode of What's Up With That? Stayed tuned and we will be back with another series of questions. Please feel free to leave comments and don't forget to rate the program.

DOMINION (European Tour Begins)

"Far From Home" the theme song of DOMINION Wrestling begins. The cameras pan the sellout crowd in the O2 Arena in London England. Many have homemade signs in support of their favorite superstar.

JR remarks, "That Colt .45 finisher is a double underhook backbreaker drop. That was a big win for Cabana JBL."

JBL adds, "Right, he has been on a long losing streak for weeks and has dropped out of the title picture."

In the next match we have women's tag action. Kelly Kelly and Eve Torres defeat Tamina and Rosa Mendes in three minutes, when Kelly hits her K2 on Rosa. As Kelly and Eve celebrate in the ring Awesome Kong comes to the ring and takes both of them out and grabs a mic.

"ODB, you and I both know your win at Christmas Chaos was a fluke! I am evoking my rematch clause next week! You just witnessed what I'm cabable of and next week, you will pay for making a fool out of me!"

The ring announcer introduces the next segment, "Please welcome the NEW DOMINION World heavyweight Champion, Chris Jericho!"

"Break the Walls" plays as the new champion comes to the ring dressed in a suit with the DOMINION title draped over his shoulder. He gets a mixed reaction from the Brits as he scans the arena. After a brief pause he begins to speak.

"Did you expect different results? When you are the best in the world at what you do, you do what you say you're going to do! The pundits said I would be rusty from being away for two years, but Jericho is and always will be # 1 in the wrestling world. No matter which company I work for. Later tonight, you hypocrits will witness my greatness, so get your nachos, your popcorn and your beer now, because you will not want to miss seeing your World Heavyweight Champion in actions right here in this very ring!"

Mr. Anderson's entrance, "Feedback" begins to play as he comes to the center of the stage. The vintage microphone drops down, he takes it and begins.... "I hail from Green Bay Wisconsin, and I am your next North American Heavyweight Champion. I am Mr. Anderson.........Anderson!"

On the JumboTron, North American Champion Bobby Roode appears while Anderson celebrates in the ring.

"Anderson, you are living a pipedream if you think you're gonna take this strap from me. The only way you will be champion is when you're old and gray and using a walker to get around, after I'm retired and they hold another tournament for this gold. You don't want to embarrass yourself in the ring with me!"

The next introductions begin, "Introducing from Los Angelas California, John Morrison!" His ring entrance, "Ain't No Make Believe" plays as he comes to the ring. He pauses by a 10 year old kid and plays his sunglasses on him earning a fan for life.

"And his opponent from New York, Tony Nese!"

In a decent match, where Nese showed promise, Morrison's experience proved to much and defeated Nese at the four minute fifteen secon mark with Starship Pain.

CEO Paul Heyman and GM Roddy Piper are seen in their office backstage. Heyman asks a staffer to invite RVD to the ring for a public meeting.

"Introducing from Parts Unknown, "The Monster" Abyss!" As "Black Hole", Abyss' ring entrance plays the Monster makes his way to the ring with a lot of heat from the fans.

"And his opponent from Leipor's Port Tennessee, "Cowboy" James Storm!" As Storm's entrance theme, "Sorry About Y Our Damn Luck" plays, he makes his way to ringside with a beer in his hand. Abyss holds his ears to the loud pop that Storm receives.

The two brawl in and out of the ring for twelve minutes until the referree in desperation calls for a double disqualification. They continue to battle to the stage until GM Roddy Piper finally gets their attention.

Piper: "I don't have a problem with you two beating each other, however, I do want to control the enviroment,so at our January PPV, you will be in a steel cage!"

Piper continues to the ring joined by Paul Heyman. CEO and President Heyman takes the mic, "RVD, you were asked to meet us here in this ring, get down here now!" RVD's music, "The Whole F'N Show begins to play. Heyman orders the music stopped.

The fans chant "RVD sucks, RVD sucks, RVD sucks!"

Mr. Heyman addresses RVD: "Rob, you and I have known each other since we started a little company in a south Philly bingo hall. While I have been known to break a rule or two in my time, I have always respected the announcers. When you DDT'd Matt Stryker at Christmas Chaos, that was reprehensible and must be addressed. Stryker is home with a concussion and neck injuries and not able to work. With that being said, as President and CEO of this company, Roddy Piper and I have agreed taht we have no choice in our actions. RVD, YOU'RE FIRED! Now get out of my ring and out of my building. Security, excort him from the premises now!"

The fans begin to sing, "Na na na na, hey hey, goodbye, na na na na hey hey goodbye!

JR: "JBL, can you believe it, RVD has just found himself in the unemployement line?"

JBL "Not a great way to begin the new year, but you never cross Mr. Heyman!""

Introducing from Denver Colorado, "The Boss, Bobby Lashley!" Bobby Lashley's music, "Unstoppable" plays as he makes his way to the ring with high fives to his fans and a huge pop.

JBL adds, " DOMINION offers main event matches of this magnitude each and every week, that is why we are the fastest growing rasslin' company in the industry today!"

The two superstars battle for fifteen minutes resulting in a time limit draw. Both hit their best moves but neither was able to get a pin. After the draw is declared, they shake hands and celebrate witht he fans that are cheering them on as a show of respect for their efforts in the great match.

Suddenly, Abyss rushes to the ring and hits his "Black Hole Slam" on Lashley and "Shock Treatment" on Sting. He stands over the two and raises his hands overhead to huge heat. While Abyss remains in the ring, Matt Morgan rushes the ring and clotheslines The Monster over the top rope. Abyss climbs up on the ring apron only to be met with Morgan's "Carbon Footprint" sending the big man to the arena floor on his back.

Christy Hemme is backstage,"pleae welome my guest at this time, the Ring of Honor Heavyweight Champion, Jay Lethal!"

"Jay, your victory at Christmas Chaos was bittersweet. You successfully defended your championship but your longtime friend, RVD turned on you. How are you doing?"

Lethal answers, "To be honest, Christy, I never saw it coming. But in this business you learn quickly that friends come and go. Yes, it hurts, not only physically, but emothionally as well. I am going to have a meeting with Mr. Heyman and Mr. Piper and request that RVD's firing be overturned so that he and I can deal with whatever his issue is face to face!"

Rowdy Roddy Poper comes out, "Jericho, while you are the World Heavyweight Champion, that does not tive you the authority to pick and choose your matches at will. What's Up With That? (Year End Episode)

Welcome to the year end episode of "What's Up With That?" I'm Dare2Believe and I'll be asking the question most wrestling fans want to know about the goings on in the industry. So let's get started.

John Laurenitis, the Executive in charge of Talent Relations and interim Raw GM. He is as CM Punk described boring and uncharismatic, yet he has lasted longer as the interim GM than Triple H who was more received with the fans. 'WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

Jim Ross has been the voice of the WWE since the 90's, and a WWE Hall of Famer, I understand his medical issues, but why is he so disrespected by the storylines, especially recently with Michael Cole and his so called "challenge". "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

The WWE continues to use Santino Marella as a comic. While he is entertaining, is his in ring ability lacking so much that this is why they keep him around to be a jobber to the other main eventers? "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

Zach Ryder begins a You Tube show, starts the Woo, Woo, Woo, you know it catch phrase. Has an online petition for a United States title match signed by countless (ok, I think they did count them) fans. He wins the US title at TLC. Why is he so popular? "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

TNA changes their show to Impact Wrestling and uses the slogan, "Wrestling Matters." Yet, they are still running in place (or should I say treading water), why do they continue to take 2 steps forward and 5 steps backwards? "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

Karent Jarrett was promoted to Vice President of the Knockouts division by Eric Bischoff. "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?" Thank goodness she was recently (storyline) fired by Sting.

Kane returns after about a 4 or 5 month hiatus. He has begun to wear the mask once again, and even has a top mask, if you will over the ring mask. He appears as dominant as ever. Does the mask do that for him? "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

Josh Matthews interviewed Big Show on Raw this past week after holding the World Heavyweight Championship for a mere 45 seconds before Daniel Bryan cashed in his MITB contract. Show appeared upset. Is there a heel turn in the works with him possibly by Royal Rumble or Wrestlemania? "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

Wade Barrett was disqualified for thumbing Randy Orton in the eye on Smackdown this past week. Wrestlers have done that for years with only a verbal warning. Why was he DQ'd so fast? "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?"

That's about all the time for this edition of "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?" We will return in 2012 to continue to ask everybody's favorite question, "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?" I hope you all have a safe and joyous Christmas Season. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

JR remarks, "Starting out the show with a title match, now that is off the chain!"

JBL notes, "Lethal has been defending the Ring of Honor championship all over the east coast for the past few weeks."

The bell rings and the two hook up. Morrison surprises Lethal with a dropkick that sends the champion out of the ring to the floor below. Morrison leaps through the second rope with a cross body that sends Lethal into the barrier. Morrison is stunned as well and the referee begins his ten count.

Both men make it to the ring by the nine count and JBL and JR take us to our first break.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

Back from the break we see that Lethal has taken charge of the match and is controling Morrison with a series of mat wrestling manuevers wearing him down. Lethal locks in a cross armbar, which is typically a submission hold, but Morrison gains the leverage and escapes before Lethal can lock it in completley. Morrison hits Lethal with a spinning heel kick that stuns the champion again.

Morrison attempts Starship Pain but Lethal is able to roll out of the way as Morrison lands on his feet. Lethal's quickness surprises Morrison as he hits a Spiringboard DDT on the challenger. Lethal goes for the cover, Morrison barely kicks out at two. Lethal goes for his Lethal Combination finisher, but Morrison blocks it and attempts his Moonlight Drive finisher and lands it perfectly. He goes for the pin. Lethal gets a foot across the ropes to end the three count and avoid the loss of his title.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

After the break Lethal is up and he is backflipping Morrison. Lethal hits the Lethal Injection: a pumphandle sitout powerbomb. He goes for the cover and has retained his Ring of Honor championship.

Lethal celebrates in the ring to a huge pop from the fans. He turns and assists Morrison up and offers his hand as a gesture of good sportsmanship. Morrison hesitates, but accepts and the two are cheered as they leave the ring.

SEGMENT 1.2 (Second match)
Lillian immediately starts the introductions for this next match. "This next match is the semi final match for the North American Championship Tournament.. Introducing first, from Parts Unknown, "The Monster" Abyss!"

Abyss' entrance music plays as the Monster comes to the ring to heat from the fans.

The introductions continue, "And his opponent, from Denver Colorado, "The Boss" Bobby Lashley!"

Lashley's entrance, "Unstoppable" plays as he makes his way to the ring to a great pop from the fans.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

In a hard fought battle that lasts almost ten minutes, Bobby Lashley is victorious over Abyss with his Dominator finisher, a inverted front power slam.

"Your winner and advancing to the finals at Christmas Chaos, Bobby Lashley!"

SEGMENT 1.3 (Interview)

Matt Stryker catches Bobby Lashley as he leaves the ring. "Bobby, you just advanced to the finals in the North American Championship tournament, who do you prefer to face at Christmas Chaos, Sting or Bobby Roode?"

Lashley replies, "Well....Matt, it would be an honor to face Sting seeing as he is The Icon, but Roode really needs to be taken down a notch for his recent behavor in the ring. Whoever it will be, I will be The Boss, and I will DOMINATE to become the 1st North American Heavyweight Champion!"

COMMERCIAL

SEGMENT 1.4 (Third Match)

Lillian Garcia begins the introduction, "PLease welcome from Long Island New York, the Hardcore Legend, Mick Foley!"

The crowed gives Foley a great pop as his ring music, "Wreck" plays and he comes out to the stage and makes his way to the ring.

"His opponent, from Queen's New York, Brian Myers!"

JR states, "Myers is better known to wrestling fans as the former WWE star, Curt Hawkins."

In less than three minutes Foley has Myers/Hawkins down with the Mandible Claw with Mr. Socko doing the honors. After his hand is raised, Foley holds his fingers like a gun and says, "Bang, Bang" followed by "have a nice day!"

SEGMENT 1.5 (Backstage segment with Piper)
Backstage GM Roddy Piper is overheard talking on his cell phone, "You are signed to face James Storm at Christmas Chaos as his mystery opponent. You are not to show yourself until then."

SEGMENT 1.6 (Fourth Match)

"Introducing your next match, from the Fiji Islands, the daughter of WWE legend and Hall of Famer, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, Tamina!"

Tamina's entrance, "Get Up" plays as she makes her way to the ring.

"And her opponent from Minneapolis Minnesota, ODB!"

"I'm About to Freak", ODB's entrance plays as she comes to the ring with flask in hand taking several drinks of liquid courage.

Before the bell ODB attacks Tamina and takes her out. ODB stands over her and has a mic, "Awesome Kong, I'm not your average female rassler, I'm meaner and badder than most of the pretty girls back there that are more concerned with their makeup and nails. I'm coming for that so called "Ladies" championship at Christmas Chaos, so you better be ready because you haven't seen anything like me!"

SEGMENT 1.7 (Fifth Match)

"Introducing, from Aberdeen Washington, the former DOMINION World champion, Bryan Danielson!"

Danielson's entrance, "Free Fall" plays as the ever popular star makes his way to the ring.

"And his opponent, from Green Bay Wisconsin, Mr. Anderson!"

Anderson's entrance, "Feedback" is heard as the Green Bay loudmouth makes his way to the ring.

JR tells us that after the commercial the match will begin

COMMERCIAL

Back from the break and the bell rings. The two stars are matched up evenly and battle to a ten minute draw. Both displayed their ring skills with effectiveness but simply ran short of time.

SEGMENT 1.8 (Interview)

Christy Hemme is backstage with Chris Jericho. "Chris, you have a opportunity to take the World Heavyweight championship from Drew McIntyre at Christmas Chaos. Do you have a set stategy going into the PPV?"

Jericho leers at Christy, "Give me that microphone red! Do you really think I'm going to discuss my strategy with the likes of you? McIntyre, I know you here me. There are some in the wrestling industry that are saying they are the Best in the World, but let me remind you that I am the first ever Undisputed Champion. I defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock in a single night to become that title holder. I am the Best in the World at what I do and come Christmas Chaos, you and the rest of these hypocrites will see that championship belt around my sexy waist!"

COMMERCIAL

SEGMENT 1.9 (MAIN EVENT)

Lillian Garcia begins the formal introductions, "The main event for the evening will determine the next finalist in the North American Championship Tournament. Introducing first, from Toronto Ontario Canada, Bobby Roode!"

Bobby Roode comes to the ring to his music, "Off the Chain" to huge heat from the fans.

The introductions continue, "And his opponent, from Venice Beach California, "The Icon" Sting!"

The future Hall of Famer makes his way to the ring to his entrance music, "Slay Me" to a huge pop, probably the best of the night from the fans in attendance.

The referee calls for the bell and the two lock up in a test of strength.

JR reminds the viewers, "Sting and Roode have been developing a huge rivalry in the past few weeks. This match will only add fuel to that fire! JBL, you've been mighty quiety tonight."

JBL responds, "Yep, just enjoying the actions of our stars tonight and honoring Piper's edict of Less Talk & More Action!"

The two go back and forth with wear down holds feeling each other out, trying to gain an advantage. Roode drops to the mat and sweeps Sting's legs causing him to go to the mat. Roode pounces on him with a head scissors. Sting easily escapes and follows the escape with a clothesline to Roode that sends him over the top rope.

Roode delays returning to the ring and Sting comes out to gather him in. Just as Sting rounds the corner, Roode grabs him by the arm and pulls him into the steel ring post. The blow causes a cut on Sting's head. Roode whips Sting into the announce table causing JBL and JR to scurry from their seats. Roode climbs back into the ring as Sting lies stunned on the floor. Roode is recieving more heat.

COMMERCIAL

Back from the break and Sting has mounted a comeback. He is whipping Roode into the ropes and back flips him getting a lot of height on the flip. Roode comes down hard. Sting runs with another clothesline that puts Roode back on the mat. Sting slams Roode's head into the turnbuckle the typical 10 times as the fans count each one.

Roode is holding himself up in the corner as Sting takes a running start from the opposite corner. He delivers an impactful Stinger Splash to his opponent. and follows it with a Scorpion Death Drop. He goes for the cover, but amazingly, Roode kicks out at two. Sting drops a leg drop across Roode's chest. Roode rolls out of the ring trying to catch his breath.

COMMERCIAL

As we come back, the two are back in the ring battling. Roode delivers a dropkick to Sting, but does not go for a cover. Instead, he starts to take the protective covering off the turnbuckle exposing the steel. The referee is distracted, trying to replace the cover. With the distraction, Roode kicks Sting with a low blow and throws him over the top rope. He argues with the ref and attempts to remove the cover again. The hapless offical again is distracted trying to put the cover back on. Roode uses the distraction again and this time hits Sting with a steel chair opening up the cut even more. Sting's face paint is hidden by the blood running down his face.

Roode rolls Sting back into the ring and goes for the cover. Sting kicks out to Roode's amazement. Sting mounts a brief comeback, but is slowed by the blood loss. He attempts another Stinger Splash, but Roode pulls the referee in and Sting hits the referee. The ref is down.

Roode signals toward the back. "Black Hole" begins to play. JR yells into the headset, "That's Abyss, what's he doing here?"

JBL finally says, "To use one of your lines JR, looks like business is about to pick up!"

Abyss and Roode work Sting over. Roode goes to the referee trying to revive him pretending it was all an accident.

JR says, "They're beating him like a government mule!"

Abyss hits the "Shock Treatment" on Sting and leaves the ring. Roode goes for the cover. The ref counts slowly as he is still groggy. One....Two....Three!

Garcia announces the results: "Your winner and the second finalist to enter the North American Championship tournament to face Bobby Lashley as the Christmas Chaos PPV, Bobby Roode!"

The fans begin throwing debris into the ring and Roode is laughing. He's hit with a cup of beer as he exits the ring. Sting is still lying motionless in the ring while the ref checks on him.

FINAL SEGMENT

At the top of the entrance ramp, Abyss comes out and meets Roode, he says, "You said $5,000 if I took him out, right?" Roode says, "The check's in the mail" and walks away from Abyss. The Monster grabs Roode and turns him around, "I am a Cash and Carry person. I want my money now!"

Roode waves off Abyss and turns once again. Abyss again grabs Roode, but this time he hits The Black Hole Slam on the stage. Abyss stands over Roode and says, "No charge for that Mr. Roode!"

JR and JBL are shocked at the turn of events, but manage to go over the final card of The Christmas Chaos PPV to close out the show.

DOMINION Wrestling ends with the cameras on Abyss standing over Roode and the screen also showing Sting lying in the ring being attended to by trainers.
