ECW's Departure leaves several questions. What happens to the stars on the show?, What happens to the ECW championship leading up to the end of ECW?, Will this cause the WWE Draft to come early this year?

My thoughts are people like Kovloff, Christian, Jackson, and Yoshi will likely be allowed to sign with the other two brands. people like Helms and Regals might be released altogether.

The ECW championshi should be defended at Elimination Chamber and the challenger should be an ECW Original so that the Tiltle can go out with diginty in the hands of one like Rob Van Dam.

I think the draft doesn't come early but it could be the way to solve th issue witht he ECW roster when it breaks up.

I'm wondering what NXT will be like but It's about time they owned up to what ECW had truely became and go with that.

Christian will finally be able to move to either show and be revelant again.

Welcome to my first installment of my weekly blog. in this blog i will opinate about the WWE's week and things I might like to see happen down the road. I decided due to length I will cut this blog some and just do it on the Royal Rumble so I can gauge what I'm doing well and try to do better on the next one.

This week began with the Royal Rumble. This was the first time in probably 7 years I watched a PPV in its entirity. overall it felt a bit rushed as it ended 20 minutes early.

so let's get to work on reviewing the matches.

Match #1 - Ezekiel Jackson vs Christian (c), ECW Championship Match
The match was decent but lacking. I had wanted Christian to drop the title so he'd come to Raw or Smackdown. However Christian proves to be a fighting champion and reigns surprime with his killswitch,
Match rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars

Match #2 - MVP vs The Miz (c), United States Championship Match
Match note: This match was impromptu as it was set up be Smackdown GM Teddy Long.

Match review
This match had a few back and forth moments but i felt the ending ruined an otherwise fine match.
Match rating: 2.9

Match #3 - Randy Orton vs Sheamus (c), WWE Championship Match

Match Review:
This match went exactly as I felt it would with the exception of I had the wrong member of legacy costing orton the title.. I still can't beleive the orton chants at the match start. he's come some way over the fans in gthe last few months. it was a fine match but still lacked something to make it great. the blow-up of orton on legacy was awesome.
match rating: 3.2

Match #4 - Mickie James vs Michelle McCool (c), Women's Championship Match
I'm not wasting space on this match. it would be longer then the actual match.
Match rating: 1.0

Match #5 - Rey Mysterio vs The Undertaker (c), World Heavyweight Championship Match

The final match of the night before the Rumble match was by far the best match of the night. Rey showed that he has the biggest heart in the WWE by making this match a competitive match and by making Taker bleed from the nose/mouth. This surprised me as I didn't think blood was possible anymore in the PG era. I feel this was a good thing. maybe it means the PG era is on it's way out. Taker won by using the Last Ride a move I thought he couldn't do anymore because of his knees.

Match rating: 4.3

ROYAL RUMBLE
I can't remember a faster seeming Rumble.CM Punk's speeches annoyed me as he elimnated people.I was glad when HHH came out to finally shut him up. I was very disappointed in WWE's decision to include Beth Pheonix in match. and to elimnate Khali with a kiss was stupid too. though I guess I understand since that's become his gimmick.
Following this the usual suspect came out and the match seemed to get faster. I was pretty bored untill HBK surprised HHH and superkicked him out of the ring. This I feel is the beginning of the end for DX.. I also feel the push Kofi's had is gonna be rewarded with the MITB contract as they gave him the coveted 27 spot.
Then Number 29 comes out and shocks everyone as it turns out to be Edge. and so the last 4 ended up being HBK, John Cena, Batista, and Edge. HBK's dream was ended by batista and he took his frustation out on a referee. eventually Edge elminated Cena to win the match.

Match rating: 3.5

As I said before this show just didn't stack up to past rumbles. I feel so much could have been so much better. ths show gets an 2.7 rating over all.

Well I didn't get any questions in my previous blog and none in my message box so I can't do this.,

I thought I'd post a format of how my blog will work. I feel this will help people decide as to whether or not they will read it.

I will review each show usually starting with Raw unless there is a PPV. I'm gonna try to start watching the PPV's for my blogs. I'll review the matches and storylines. and then provied a rating for them. so it'll look like this.

The Royal Rumble Match

I've put some thought into this and I realize I need to blog more. it's fun to put my ideas and opinions out there and here what others have to say. debates are awesome in my opinion. So with that in mind starting next week after the royal rumble I will start to blog weekly. I'll will only blog about WWE. in specific to raw and smackdown. I don't watch ECW so that won't be bloged about much unless I opinionate that someone on that show needs to move to another show. These will be my opinions, wishes, dream seneriaros, predictions and anything else along those paths. I don't read the other weekly shows so I'll apoligize now if what I do ends up being similar or something like that.

I was thinking about the guest host and thinking who'd i'd like to be host for raw. here are some wrestlers and a couple famous peole I'd like to see as host.

so who are some people you'd like to host raw?

Well as we all know on next weeks Raw Cena will Face Sheamus for the title. Well I was thinking todayabout what might be the best way to do that match.

Cena winning the title doesn't seem like it's the right thing to do right now.

So I can see two situations happening.
1. Orton and legacy in an attemt to keep cena from winning the championship from going back to cena thus keeping orton from being champ interfere and cost cena th match by getting sheamus DQ's. Cena wins the match but Sheamus retains the title. This works for Cena's whol I will not lose again til I'm champ again angle.

or and this one is the one I like.

2) Start the show with Sheamus coming out to declare he will beat cena and have orton come down to say soemthing about either helping him or saying that he has to so he can take the title. Sheamus does soemthing to piss orton off. and durign the match Orton coems down and attacks SHeamus which would DQ cena though allowing sheamus to retain and ending Cena's Undefeated streak thing. the Orton could potentially insert himself into the next title shot though I'd prefer it be Shawn michaels.

WWE wrestling star Umaga has died in a Texas hospital.

The 36-year-old American Samoa-born wrestler, whose real name is Eddie Fatu, was found at home by his wife, unable to breath and bleeding from the nose, various websites have reported.

On its website, the WWE expressed its "deepest condolences to Mr. Fatu's family, friends and fans on his tragic passing".

Fatu was a member of the Anoa'i wrestling family. He was the cousin of wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock, and also believed to be related to boxer David Tua.

Fatu left WWE in June of this year.

He had just finished working the Hulkamania tour in Australia in the last week.

He had left the company after a second violation of WWE's Wellness Policy and when refusing to enter drug rehabilitation.

This is sad news. I liked Umaga as far as his wrestling ability and had hoped the WWE would eventually bring him back. I wish his family the best and I will miss him.

Well I know that I won the Challenege at Survivor series sunday but I feel like going ahead and posting my storyline idea for Edge and Christian. also I'm sick today so every detail of it I can't remember but this was the best I could do.

We all speculate that Edge is gonna pull the Cena-esque surprise return at the Royal Rumble or at least I do. So my theory is to have him come back but prehaps lose the match this way it doesn't appear to be the same with Cena. Yet make him the last SmackDown Guy left standing.

This would provide an out to give him a change at the #1 contendership in a Elimation chamber match at Elimation Chamber. Now we take ECW Champion Christian and have him lose the title to someone like Sheldon at Royal Rumble. Then Have an Extreme rules match rematch with a Loser leaves town match rules. Christian Loses and is banished from ECW. Later in the evening after Edge wins the Chamber match and is crown the new #1 for the World Heavyweight Championship he's attack by Jericho, Batista, or one or both members of the current tag team champions, and Christian comes out to save his former partner.

Edge then Wins the World title at Wrestlemania while Christian Wins the IC Championship. They begin to partner up like they used too through a feud with the current tag champs at the time and become double champs.

The double championships works out for say 4 months until Christian in an attempt to help Edge in a match for the World title ends up costing him the championship. Edge pretends to brush it off saying that he knows it's not on purpose and blah blah. Edge and Christian defend the tag titles against some up and coming duo and Edge turn his back on christian taking him out costing them the titles and thus starts a running fued between them of Christian's IC title.

I think this would work and be pretty enteraining especially if They had Edge and Christian be like the old team with the funny humor and things.
