That's right, both Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam are scheduled to appear on Impact tonight!

Can't say I'm too surprised about Jeff appearing. I was never a big fan and after his latest bust I'd be happy never to hear about him again. Shouldn't be rewarding a person like that! But of course TNA has no problem with that, if it might pop the rating!

RVD however I am looking forward to see back in wrestling, even though I can't believe he decided to go with Hogan and Bischoff.

That's what I'm hearing. Hogan apparently did RVD's signature thumbs pointing to himself pose yesterday when talking about new talent coming in to TNA.

So this is what I have to thank Hogan for. For taking a guy I would pay to see over on WWE and bringing him in to a company that so far I won't watch for free for more than a few minutes at a time. Thanks! RVD is probably my favorite wrestler but one wrestler doesn't make a company so it's not going to change my opinion of which show I plan to watch on Monday nights. (I can still watch the TNA PPVs I guess, but funny thing, I think they care more about their TV ratings right now!)

Now, if RVD stays in TNA and Dixie finally wises up and dumps Hogan and Bischoff - then I'll give TNA another chance. Just can't believe anyone could be tricked by those bozos in freakin 2010! What's that old saying about history and being doomed to repeat it? Don't ask Dixie - I guess she wouldn't know either.

After Batista won the WWE title from John Cena tonight - Cena won the Chamber only to have Vince McMahon appear and force Cena to defend immediately against Batista, presumably because of Cena's support of Bret Hart - it seems as if WWE has decided to go with John Cena vs Batista for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 26.

This seems to free up both Sheamus and Triple H for the card. Sheamus vs Triple H with no title involved doesn't seem WrestleMania worthy (not yet, that is). Does this mean Triple H and Shawn Michaels will be happening? Could Sheamus then challenge Undertaker's streak? (since it seems unlikely Edge vs Undertaker is going to happen again - that's a match we've seen a lot over the past few years)

Or could we see Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker vs Triple H? That's a good possibility - if Taker's knee isn't perfect, throwing a third man in the match can help protect him. He can recover on the outside while HHH and HBK throw down.

Where do you guys see HHH at WrestleMania?

There's a new Chris Jericho autobiography coming this year. Here's the info they're releasing about it -

One thing I couldn't figure out is if this is getting released under WWE. I assume it must be, since he's currently under contract, but I'm not sure how that works since he's technically not an employee. Guess it depends on the contract. Some of the items that it says Jericho will discuss seem like they might not be ones WWE would want him talking about!

But then on the flip side, these items appear to be ones that would put Jericho in a positive light. Could he be turning face by the time this book gets released?

I would really think the part about him being held back and the internal politics are going to HAVE to deal with Triple H. So a big feud with HHH to coincide with the book could be awesome. Of course on TV WWE can decide to either make Jericho a sympathetic babyface, possibly explaining his heel turn after returning as him having to find a different way to the top to break out of the glass ceiling, or they can make him the whiny heel who unfairly targets HHH as the person who held him back.

Could be interesting! I got A Lion's Tale not too long ago but haven't read it yet, and now I think I'll have to schedule time to read it soon!

Just saw Cletus actually brought this up on the Facebook group, but it actually seems like it could be a smart move by TNA.

Since we know not many matches have been announced yet, even if you read the spoilers, what if TNA decided to do a huge Battle Royale?  Not sure if they'd have 30 people to put in it, but even 20 would be enough.

Could possibly take some of the allure away from the Rumble, doing something like that just weeks before.

Would it be a good idea for them?  I have no idea.  If it led to a title shot and someone besides a former WWE star wins it, I could be down with it.

But I'm sure it'd still pale in comparison to the Royal Rumble match.

Anyone have any thoughts on TNA doing something like that?  Would you like it or think it's stupid?

They've been doing this whole "Jericho's off"/"Jericho's on" thing on Monday Night RAW for too long now.  They can't do another match to bring him back, it's been like two weeks in a row now.

So what about either a debuting masked team (or Big Show has a masked partner) or the return of the legendary Killer Bees?  (with one of the bees obviously a Queen Bee now)

It could make for some fun.  I'm sure they could find something humorous for Hornswoggle with it, too.

Of course I'd want the Killer Bees to win the titles from DX.  Jericho needs to be able to be on RAW, he's one of the best parts.  I think we'd end up seeing the Bees caught and something humiliating done to them, though.

But I do want the tag titles off DX ASAP.  Triple H and Shawn Michaels don't need the tag titles.  I like steinersaysuhhh's idea of HBK facing Sheamus at the Rumble.  It makes sense as a way to get the Undertaker match, to try and take out the champ.  Dunno if I want to see the whole Bret Hart thing he talked about after, but regardless, DX should drop the belts.  We may even see them lose them this coming week to The Hart Dynasty (DH Smith and Tyson Kidd).  Wouldn't shock me one bit!!

From the way John Cena spoke tonight, it almost sounded like he was planning on not challenging for the championship until WrestleMania - and was going to remain undefeated until then.  (ugh, great, steal something that could have made Jack Swagger a bigger star and give it to someone who doesn't need it and who we're sick of)

So who would be a good challenger for Sheamus at the Royal Rumble?  One would HAVE to think he's dropping the title there, since there's no chance he's going into WM at the champ.  I suppose he could keep it til Elimination Chamber, but I think the champ going into EC is best as a face than a heel.

Out of the Raw superstars, I would like to see him potentially face:

Triple H - the irresistible force meets the immovable object kind of thing
Mark Henry - someone bigger and stronger than Sheamus, big man vs big man
Jack Swagger - another great physique to match up against him
