If you don't get the email alerts for the WWE 4-UP Fantasy Wrestling game here, then you might be about to miss out on setting up your roster for game week one!

If you don't know what the game is all about, let me try to explain (and Cletus feel free to add a comment if I leave anything out!) -

1) You pick a roster for each week of the season (which lasts about 3-4 months) of WWE superstars. The superstars are split up into categories - so for instance you can choose 1 Main Eventer (HHH, John Cena, Randy Orton, etc.), 2 Upper Midcarders (John Morrison, Sheamus, The Miz, etc.), 3 Midcarders (MVP, Dolph Ziggler, R-Truth, etc.), 1 Diva, 1 Tag Team Wrestler, and 2 Undercarders.

2) You're always picking a roster for the UPCOMING week. Cause if you were picking for the current week, then people who read the spoilers for Smackdown on Tuesday nights would have a big unfair advantage. So you have to think ahead and also make sure to note if a PPV is the next week, because you may want to choose champions or challengers predominantly.

3) Once the week is up, Cletus and a lot of awesome people who help him run the game (nighte, apsouthern, Glamarella, and HeartbreakGod are some of the ones I see helping a lot, but I know there are more) get the scores entered for each wrestler for each of the shows that week - Raw, Superstars, NXT, Smackdown, and a PPV (if there was one).

4) You earn the points for each of the wrestlers on your roster, with a few tricks to it. There are bonuses and penalties. The bonuses come from things like you picking a guy who very few other people picked, or wrestlers who were voted highly here on the site in your top 5 picks of the week. The penalties only come into play later in the season, if you've picked a guy too many times for your roster. That's just to keep you from picking John Cena every week. (and also to keep people who just let their rosters auto-run from having a great chance of winning)

5) The auto-run I just mentioned is what I think Cletus calls rollovers. If you pick a roster this week, and forget to pick one next week, your roster from the last week will get pulled over automatically when the scores are run. It's like auto-pilot. So if you get sick or go on vacation, at least you still have the chance to earn points. And you don't have to feel obligated to keep coming every week to change your picks.

So hopefully my info was helpful to some of you who didn't know about the game! It's tougher than the regular PPV prediction games because you really have no idea who's going to make it on TV every week, though for a PPV you know you have a certain percentage chance of getting points. You could earn 0 points for a week of 4-UP though it's unlikely you'd ever get 0 points on a PPV!

That's right, both Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam are scheduled to appear on Impact tonight!

Can't say I'm too surprised about Jeff appearing. I was never a big fan and after his latest bust I'd be happy never to hear about him again. Shouldn't be rewarding a person like that! But of course TNA has no problem with that, if it might pop the rating!

RVD however I am looking forward to see back in wrestling, even though I can't believe he decided to go with Hogan and Bischoff.

That's what I'm hearing. Hogan apparently did RVD's signature thumbs pointing to himself pose yesterday when talking about new talent coming in to TNA.

So this is what I have to thank Hogan for. For taking a guy I would pay to see over on WWE and bringing him in to a company that so far I won't watch for free for more than a few minutes at a time. Thanks! RVD is probably my favorite wrestler but one wrestler doesn't make a company so it's not going to change my opinion of which show I plan to watch on Monday nights. (I can still watch the TNA PPVs I guess, but funny thing, I think they care more about their TV ratings right now!)

Now, if RVD stays in TNA and Dixie finally wises up and dumps Hogan and Bischoff - then I'll give TNA another chance. Just can't believe anyone could be tricked by those bozos in freakin 2010! What's that old saying about history and being doomed to repeat it? Don't ask Dixie - I guess she wouldn't know either.

After Batista won the WWE title from John Cena tonight - Cena won the Chamber only to have Vince McMahon appear and force Cena to defend immediately against Batista, presumably because of Cena's support of Bret Hart - it seems as if WWE has decided to go with John Cena vs Batista for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 26.

This seems to free up both Sheamus and Triple H for the card. Sheamus vs Triple H with no title involved doesn't seem WrestleMania worthy (not yet, that is). Does this mean Triple H and Shawn Michaels will be happening? Could Sheamus then challenge Undertaker's streak? (since it seems unlikely Edge vs Undertaker is going to happen again - that's a match we've seen a lot over the past few years)

Or could we see Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker vs Triple H? That's a good possibility - if Taker's knee isn't perfect, throwing a third man in the match can help protect him. He can recover on the outside while HHH and HBK throw down.

Where do you guys see HHH at WrestleMania?

There's a new Chris Jericho autobiography coming this year. Here's the info they're releasing about it -

A Lion's Tale documented Chris Jericho's journey from small-time dreamer to big-time superstar, from Winnipeg, Canada, to undisputed WWE heavyweight champion of the world. Having achieved his wildest dreams in A Lion's Tale, Chris Jericho's sequel kicks off just as the fantasy begins to unravel. Faced with endless internal politics on his rise to the top of the WWE company ladder, Jericho has to draw on the super-human resources that got him there in the first place. There are bruising encounters aplenty both inside and outside the ring. He reveals why he temporarily left WWE, includes the inside story of his time in Hollywood, and opens the can of worms that is life on the road with Fozzy. He also re-visits the premature birth of his twins and the pain of his mother's death, as well as the shock of Eddy Guerrero's and the Benoit family deaths. As upfront and outspoken as A Lion's Tale, the sequel is outspoken and direct as the man himself.

One thing I couldn't figure out is if this is getting released under WWE. I assume it must be, since he's currently under contract, but I'm not sure how that works since he's technically not an employee. Guess it depends on the contract. Some of the items that it says Jericho will discuss seem like they might not be ones WWE would want him talking about!

But then on the flip side, these items appear to be ones that would put Jericho in a positive light. Could he be turning face by the time this book gets released?

I would really think the part about him being held back and the internal politics are going to HAVE to deal with Triple H. So a big feud with HHH to coincide with the book could be awesome. Of course on TV WWE can decide to either make Jericho a sympathetic babyface, possibly explaining his heel turn after returning as him having to find a different way to the top to break out of the glass ceiling, or they can make him the whiny heel who unfairly targets HHH as the person who held him back.

Could be interesting! I got A Lion's Tale not too long ago but haven't read it yet, and now I think I'll have to schedule time to read it soon!
